104 A shitty plan

There was no discernible change in Clyde after the forceful consumption of the substance that Elliott had hurled down his throat. He had only experienced a burning sensation in his throat, and then nothing! However, he was still on guard, as the wicked smile on Eliott's face was still there and was even deeper. 

For some reason, he already knew that it was over for him, even if he didn't know why, he was sure that thing would have great consequences on his body. 

Eliott did not dwell on time and directly inquired about the matter at hand. Clyde couldn't have been brave enough to come into Alex's room alone.

Firstly, the hotel was very secure. Even though he could have stayed in the room next to Alex's to get into hers, he knew it was not possible because of his situation after PRICELESS fell. Someone had to help them, and in order to achieve it that easily, that person must be a higher up in Royal Corporation.
