8 Disperse

Next Morning he woke up to the sound of Hima saying "Brother, Wake Up" and she was shaking me to get me out of my sleep. He slowly opened his eyes drowsily and said "Good Morning, Hima".

Hima said immediately "Brother, you're gonna be late". Then I lazily looked at the time without even waking up and saw it was already 9:10. He then woke up like a cat in pain. He has a mission today and the meeting time was supposed to be 9:30. He didn't want to be late for his first mission(in his perspective). He said "Thanks, Hima" and kissed on her forehead. He then rushed to bathroom and was out in a few mins.

He went down and had food which Hinata served. But everyone already ate, so he was the only one eating now. He then rushed out and started running and jumping from building to building. As he was doing that he realized he didn't jump yesterday at all but now that he did he really liked the feeling of being in the air.

So he gave up on rushing to the location as it was already 9:30 and leisurely enjoyed jumping from building to building. He finally reached the location of meeting at 9:50.

As he reached the spot both Mitsuki and Sarada were already there and Konohamaru was also present. He asked Boruto why he was late and Boruto replied "I was taught to be kind and I saw a Old woman whose legs were shaking as if she's falling so I helped her to get to her destination."

Kon: "Even if you carried her it wouldn't take more than a few mins. So why are you soo late"

Bor: "She was insisting on walking by herself so I ended up supporting her rather than carrying her. I didn't want to corrupt her resolve on walking by herself."

Kon: "Is that so? Fine, We'll meet that resolved old lady after this mission"

Bor: "W-What? Why?"

Konohamaru didn't bother with his questions and said to assemble even though they were only 3 people.

Boruto went beside Sarada and smiled triumphantly and winked to her as he escaped successfully with an excuse. Sarada was flabbergasted at his shamelessness. But she didn't respond as Konohamaru was about to start briefing. Mitsuki was cool since he's always on Boruto's side.

Kon: "This time the mission is in Land of Tea. There's a port city named Coit(made up), where we got a tip saying that illegal body modification experiments were being conducted. We got to know that because they found a strange looking body which resemble a human but upon testing was found that it was human and had multiple DNA's embedded in it. We're still not sure if that body ended up there from somewhere else or if the Lab is there. We just know that something is wrong. This time our mission is to confirm the veracity of the Human experiments and if possible destroy and capture the people doing it. It'll take at least 2 days from here to reach Coit so we'll start in 5 mins"

Boruto was kinda happy upon hearing that someone was doing Human experiments that too on DNA. The sole reason he wanted the power of complete Body control was so that he can change his appearance from Boruto. Honestly, I don't like it. What the hell are those lines on his face and Blonde hair is definitely not my type, I want clear Black or light Brownish hair.

He planned to make body modifications over a period of time after some incident so that he'll retain his status as Hokage's son and his family. Now, all of a sudden this mission came up where Human experiment is happening. I'll have to somehow get affected by it so that I can slowly change my appearance after this mission over the period of next 2 weeks.

Sarada and Mitsuki didn't have much reactions as sometimes ugly things happen and it's their job to fix them. Sarada might react if she sees those bodies but now it was just information so it didn't bother her much at the moment.

After 5 mins they departed in the direction of Land of Tea. After a few breaks and 2 nights they reached their destination Coit in the morning at 11.

Since it was a port city the Sea breeze was very clear. As they reached the City they stopped and looked at the City from a high point of a Mountain. It was just as if not more bustling with people than Konoha. Probably because it's a port city with a Harbor. People move stuff all the time.

Konohamaru also observed the City for a few mins and said "We're parting ways here. I'll go talk to the client and get some details meanwhile you guys split up and get information. We're gonna gather here in the evening. Any doubts?"

All three of them said "No" in unison.

Kon: "Do not take any action. Do not draw Attention. Just gather intel. We're meeting here in the evening at 4. Disperse"

Then all three of them dispersed and went about their own way into the City to gather information. Meanwhile Konohamaru also moved to meet with the client.

Mitsuki went towards the least developed place - the slums to find information.

Sarada went towards the market place where majority of the trade happens. People who trade are usually well informed so she thought she might be able to get something from them.

Boruto also went towards Market place but not because he was interested in what traders say but because most of the carts were going that way. So he thought that they would lead him to some rich people.

And he came across some rich people and eventually focused on a intoxicated rich young man who looks like he's in his 20's. He saw him entering a store and coming out with a money pouch. Then that man despite being heavily drunk headed towards the entertainment district. He was about to go into a bar and he was dashed by a teen boy. The teen boy apologized as soon as he was hit and since he was in a hurry he didn't try to trouble the teen and went into the bar.
