First Challenge 1

"What did you say?!" The three angrily spoke.

"So young yet so deaf." Li Wei mocks and passed through them without looking back. She had just taken 3 steps when a hand grabs her wrist. She looked back at the person chillingly.

"Let go." Only two words but that made the three trembled. Her voice was calm but threatening as well. The middle girl subconsciously let go of her wrist.

First and most of all, what Li Wei hated the most is a person who she did not even know touches her without her permission especially that she was hungry or in a bad mood.

"Just you wait! I'll tell this to Princess Yue!" All of them run away, dragging their heavy dresses. Li Wei continued to walk until she finds the schools garden. This is the only place she finds quite peaceful. She sats under the tree and opens her lunch box, munching the delicious food her maid Meimei made for her.

Li Wei was admiring the flowers when she heard footsteps behind her. She turned to look at the people who arrived. The same trio girls earlier and an arrogant girl with some men behind her back.

"Princess! That is the girl! Earlier, she seduces Prince Ao!" The one in red opens her mouth. The words that came from her mouth startled the arrogant girl for a second, she then smiled at Li Wei beautifully like a flower blossoming, but her eyes nonetheless send a message differently.

'Two-face.' Li Wei returns back the smile. Her heart laughing looking at the white lotus bitch. She just got here in the academy but trouble seems to knock at her door. If they want trouble, she will open the door willingly. If they want a fight, she will use her fist to knock them out.

"You're Li Wei? I heard you caught Prince Ao's attention." The Princess spoke calmly but her heart is spitting out blood. She was in a panic. The girl she is facing right now is equal to her beauty but the Prince didn't give her a glance, treating her like she was just air. But this girl! The Prince took the initiative to asked her name!

'This girl! This girl is a good rival.' The Princess thought of a solution to get rid of the girl. A light bulb shine on top of her head.

"Miss Li Wei, in this world, we showed our strength through a fight. I can see that your strength is at the same level as mine. How about you made a bet with me?"

'Here comes a challenge. My strength is on the level with her? Is this woman kidding me?'

"What kind of bet, Princess?"

"If you lose, you'll be one of my stepping stone. It's your fault that you're weak. So, if I win you have to leave the academy and never come back again."

"Hmm? And if I win?" The Princess pause and she smiled widely. Also, the people around her started to snigger.

"You? Against the third genius of the city can win against her? Stop dreaming! Princess Yue is already a Fifth-star cultivator!"

'Fifth-star cultivator? Then, what is the level of my cultivation? One star? Am I going to face my humiliation and doom today?' Li Wei thought and jokingly mock herself.

Li Wei smirked.

"Fifth-star or not, it wouldn't be fair on my side. The challenge has not started so the winner isn't decided yet. How about this, Princess. If I win, you should call me Big Boss whenever we met." The laughter stopped when they heard what Li Wei said. They stared at her incredulously.

"Then it's a deal. I'll see you in the arena at 3." Princess Yue accepted her deal. She was confident with her ability, after all, she was a rank third genius.

"I'll be expecting you there." She turned around quickly, with hasty steps she leaves the garden followed by the 3 men and 3 girls.

Li Wei laughs lightly.

"The Princess appearance may look sweet but the thoughts in her head are twisted. Far from what she looked like. Really a two-faced woman."

"She wanted to get rid of me on my first day? She must really like that Prince Ao!" She said amuse! Girls jealousy is really scary! They can do things surprisingly crazy.

Li Wei turned to look at the calm lake. As she sat their peacefully the wind blew gently giving off the scenery a vibe of tranquility.
