SPARE MY DAUGHTER

Xavier's eyes scanned the bedroom as he walked around. He opened the drawers and found some old books inside, he brought out one of them and flipped a few pages.

He didn't seem interested in the book and so he dropped it back inside the drawer and continued to walk around. He moved towards the open terrace as he looked outside. 

He could see the stars that were appearing in the sky, he continued to look at them for a while like he was trying to understand something. He couldn't remember the last time he looked at the stars, it seemed so ordinary and natural that he couldn't explain the feeling he was getting.

His gaze shifted from the stars and noticed the man who was also looking at the stars. He looked at the man with disdain in his eyes, for years Xavier had known this man and all his evil ways.

But Xavier wasn't that surprised to see him, he knew that one day he would meet him again, the universe had it's own way of bringing the past back.
