Help me

I was running in the forest away from the village and suddenly I tripped over a log and rolled down a steep hill full of thorns and logs.i suddenly passed out due to me hitting my head on a tree.Iwoke up hours later in the same place but no one was there .i got up and fell back down from the pain in my leg."ow."
