let me come clean, as this is a review, I must say that the novel is just about a gold digger who found out that her ex was destined to be successful, and then she used her means to secure him back, thereby getting back together with him so as to leech off his greatness. I dislike such behavior.

this is by far one of the most cliché novels I've seen here on webnovel(and I've seen a lot). There is just so much unnecessary writing and the plot is not really good. Also very predictable.👀

A classic but not in the good way. For newcomers, sure. This is not bad. An arrogant female lead who thinks of the MC as trash until she can see his future. Then when he wants to break off the plot cliche engagement, she refuses thereby giving the author more idiotic reasons to put in filler and extend the plot by sending shameless bootlickers so he can get in the word count a d give him something to write about. Not to mention the fact that the MC will just take it lying down and say that he will try again another time. Boring, cliche, predictable, annoying and then the end result leads to the empress being conquered. Other than that everything else is ok I guess

Starting was good but later mc became a son-in-law charecter and started to live a stupid life with many ups and downs which is overly extreme. The charecter of mc is very stupid, naive and he does not have any conviction.

Good potential Trash and dumb MC . can't even see that he's being used by his Fiance, if he can't even see that after living two lives then he's not worthy of the title MC

Trash novel. Trash pacing. Trash characters. After chapter 20 it goes from goofy bad, to Trash bad. No redeeming qualities to be found.

Too many problems in the story. mc has to face lots of problems because of his family. and the author keeps on forgetting the setting he made in previous chapters. Don't waste time on this story
