Going To Hometown (Part 1)

After a brief yet effective conversation, Alice finally hung up the phone.

"I remember you just graduated from junior high school," Alice's expression was complex.

"Maybe I'm just a little bit of a genius," Riley replied.

Alice: "..."

She suddenly feels like she doesn't want to talk to him anymore.

After a while, Alice couldn't help but ask him, "Why did you contract a ghost-type spirit beast as your second one? You could have contracted a more manageable spirit beast first and then considered a ghost-type once you've strengthened your abilities in a few years."

Alice was puzzled.
