1 I'm through

I sat up from my dream and sighed. I was dreaming of Inuyasha and Sesshomaru fighting and Sesshomaru got hurt... Tell, tell fucking sign it was a dream Sesshomaru is far to go do be defeated by Inuyasha and would probably kill me for having such a dream but luckily for me it was stuck in the recesses of my mind where no one else could ever get to. I sighed and looked around Shippo was next to me fast asleep, Sango lay next to the fire her battle gear on she and I had agreed that if we weren't going to be going into any villages at any close time period we might as well wear battle gear so that we don't have to worry about being ambushed, Miroku sat up back against a tree chin against his chest that has to be very unconfrontable in my own opponent but you know it's not me going to have a sore neck come tomorrow., Kilala was curled up next to Sango's head and Inuyasha was no wear insight but I felt a pull on my soul meaning she's near. I get up and head towards to little stream and thought about this last week's event the closing of the well and the fact I have lost my family and friend's on that side of the well made me very sad I spent three day's crying then Inuyasha says I'm overreacting and that I need to grow up and stop acting like a baby. His inconsiderate ass was sitted about thirty times.

"Come on Kagome you know we need to finish the jewel so we can get rid of Naraku so grow up and stop crying already." I believe these were his exact words.

"Inuyasha." I hear someone say making me stop and look around I see them. Him holding her and my heart felt like it was going to break again! Why why why can't he love me back? I asked as I turned to walk away. Why do you travel with her if you do not care for her?" She asked making me stop.

"I have to have something or someone to protect in order to use Tessaiga and so since she reminded me so much of you I promised to protect her." He said my heart fell to peices at that I ran back to camp and crawled back into my sleeping bag hoping this was all a bad dream. I had an even worse dream of everyone leaving me because I was no longer needed I begged them not to go I cried and pleaded with them each on asking them to give me one more chance. I was shaken awake to a very worried Shippo and Sango both over me.

"Kagome are you alright?" Sango asked me as I said up.

"Yea yea I'm fine just a nightmare," I said softly and hugged them. "Thank Kami it was just a nightmare." I said as tears ran down my cheek.

"That bad?" She asked and I nodded.

"It's ok mama I will always be here I will always watch after you. Unlike someone, we knew who still hasn't come back from leaving us last night." I sigh and release my hold on Sango and look at Shippo.

"He was with Kykio ...again." I said picking up my son and sat him next to Kilala next to the fire.

"Stupid jerk," Sango said shaking her head. "Monk if you touch my ass again I will knock you out." She said. I grabbed my bag and started pulling things out to make breakfast and set to work. We couldn't leave til Inuyasha got back so might as well relax. I smiled at them they had been dating now for a month Maroku had nearly stopped his lecherous ways other than to Sango herself.

"Awww but Sango my hand has a mind of its own when it comes to that." He said. I sigh as breakfast starts cooking I can no longer pass through the well so I can no longer bring stuff the make food with. I feel a ping of remorse about that but what else can I do? I am needed here to find the shards, after all, I am the one that broke it.

"Hey, Mama are you ok?" Shippo asked me as I stirred the pot of food.

"Yea I'll be fine." I said to him and ruffled his hair. "I'll be fine." I said again even softer trying to convince myself of this. I could not, no would not allow myself to get depressed because of it. I smiled at my Kit and kissed the top of his head if anything I will push forward for him.

"You know what."

"What?" He asked.

"I love you." I said hugging him.

"I love you too mama." He asked hugging me back,

"Ok, so what are we going to do while we wait for him to get back?" I asked the group.

"Well, we can just rest since he's been pushing up from dawn till about Midnight." Miroku said I nodded and smiled at him.

"Wise idea." I said smiling I had changed from my school clothes to a traditional priestess outfit. with a yawn and a smile I dished out breakfast then I and Shippo took a nap just like the others. I dreamed of Inuyasha once again betraying me for Kykio and that Shippo no longer wanted to be with me. Sango and Miroku were married which made me happy but they didn't need me no one needed me I was all alone again. I sat bolt right up and gasped for air.

"Kagome you ok?" Sango said.

"Yea yea just another nightmare." I said sighing.

"WHAT THE HELL IS VERY ONE STILL SLEEPING FOR!" Inuyasha yelled as he walked into camp with Kykio behind him.

"We were resting till you go back but why is she here?" Sango asked looking at Kykio.

"She's joining us duh." Inuyasha said.

"Since when!" I asked.

"Since I said so." Inuyasha said crossing his arms.

"Inuyasha." Miroku said coming up to him.

"I don't want to hear it monk and don't put your hands on her!" He snarled at Miroku.

"I have no interest in the dead Inuyasha." He said. as he turned.

"Why you." He said.

"SIT." I said almost in anger but he still fell face first. "Inuyasha don't you think you should talk to us before you go saying they could join the group?" I asked as he pushed himself up.

"No I'm the leader and you're going to listen." He said.

"SIT!" I yelled and he made a crater this time.

"What the hell are you doing girl?" Kykio asked me.

"It's Kagome not girl." I said glaring at her and my eyes narrowed. "You if you were the pure Miko you were back when you were alive then you would allow yourself to die again." I said.

"Damn it Wench don't say that!" Inuyasha yelled as he got up.

"Don't call my Mama wench Inuyasha!" Shippo yelled at him.

"Shut up you runt!" he said and tried to hit him.

"Sit sit sit sit sit SIT." I yelled. "That's it I have had it." I yelled at him. "I'm leaving so good luck with the new jewel finder and I really hope she doesn't betray you as you have me!" I said and grabbed my stuff and picked Shippo up. "Sango Miroku please stay with this idiot because he going to need someone to fall back o when she falls through." I said and walked off.
