Catching Up.

CHAPTER 1

A young girl sat in a church pew in the early hours of the night. She listened to the preacher yell and tell everyone about Jesus. She sighed and answered her brothers texts that were blowing up her phone. *He should have never gotten a phone* she though. She tried to ignore the yelling going on at the front of the room. She hated the step-in preacher. He yelled too much and was way jumpy. She knew it was because of nerves, that he yelled like that. The girl talked to God on her free time and knew that God was a sweet and gentle person. She knew that there should never be yelling in God's house. The soft preaching of her normal preacher was more Godly-like. She sighed and looked at her phone again. Another text from her brother.

Noah='Ash, stop texting in Church!'

The girl, Ash, sighed again and disregarded her message. Noah was her youngest brother. Ash is 15, Noah is 11, and they have a middle brother called Goliath that was 13. Goliath and Ash where closer then Ash and Noah where simply because they liked more of the same videogames and music. All of a sudden, Ash's phone started flashing with an incoming call. Ash got up and walked to the restroom while answering the call. Once she was alone, she asked "hello?"

"Hey Ash, its C."

Oh. C. C is short for Christian. Christian is an 17yr old. Him and Ash have been talking for some time now. They both want the chance to date, but are waiting.

"Oh. Hey C." A smile could be heard in Ash's voice.

"I have something to ask you Ashlee."

"Oh? What is it Princess?" Princess is Christian's nickname. It came to be his once he had admitted to Ashlee that 'Frozen' was his favorite movie.

"My birthday is on Thursday of this week... Do you wanna come..?"

"Oh...uh... Princess... School starts this week..."
