Prologue

Upon reaching the age of thirty and attaining the position of the youngest Outer Elder in the Heavenly Cosmic sect, Fu Yang found himself confronted with an unexpected predicament: Having a disciple.

Throughout his life, Fu Yang had enjoyed a smooth journey, thanks to his exceptional talent, until he reached the Nascent Realm.

He had never attracted the envy of others or made enemies due to his innate abilities.

Among the other genius of the Five Major Sect, his aptitude was deemed normal.

Seeking a disciple would not have been an issue if not for the inheritance he stumbled upon in an Unnamed Mystic Realm a year ago.

As soon as he conquered the realm, he received a small mirror known as the Aptitude Seeking Mirror, which revealed the aptitude of each individual.

Additionally, he acquired a cultivation book of heavenly-grade, capable of aiding him in reaching the Emperor Realm.

Eager to explore the cultivation book's contents, Fu Yang promptly delved into its pages, disregarding its actual title.

Since the book's minimum cultivation threshold was at the Nascent Realm, he could proceed with his cultivation without starting anew, much to his delight.

Utilizing the book's teachings, he successfully stabilized his Nascent Core and ascended to the Peak of the first Nascent Realm.

However, when he struggled to break through to the second Nascent Realm he decided to temporarily set the book aside. It was only after closing the book that he realized, one year later, the extent of his mistake.

The title of the cultivation book was none other than "Be a Good Master and Cultivate!"

Distressed, Fu Yang hurriedly read through the remaining sections of the book to understand the reason behind such a name.

The revelation that followed left him dumbfounded.

To cultivate effectively, he needed a disciple with an aptitude surpassing seventy. Only by teaching this exceptional disciple could he progress in his own cultivation.

A year ago, he had been more than content with such requirements, but now...

He longed to turn back time and prevent his younger self from venturing into the Mystic Realm, or even using the book at all.

Regrettably, he didn't possessed any Time skills, leaving him unable to undo his cultivation and start afresh.

Doing so would reduce him to a Foundation Realm cultivator, a whole two major realms below his current standing.

Although finding gifted disciples proved relatively easy, every time Fu Yang used the Aptitude Seeking Mirror to assess their abilities, their aptitudes would ranged around in the 10s and 20s. On rare occasions, he actually came across aptitudes in the 30s.

Would Fu Yang ever encounter a disciple capable of aiding him in his cultivation, or would he forever remain a cultivator confined to the first Nascent Realm?
