1 A bad day.

As I was in the backseat of my son's car I heard a little girl crying.

I told my son to stop the car and I looked out the window.

There was a homeless girl sitting on the sidewalk bawling her eyes out.

Yet no one decided to help her.

Truly despicable.

I walked up to her and asked what's wrong, but before I could get another word out I felt a sharp pain in my chest, it felt like heartburn.

I looked down and saw the hilt of a knife in my chest.

I put my hand to my heart and felt no beating, she struck my vitals.

I had less than ten minutes to live, based on the fact that my heart couldn't pump blood.

I saw my son running to my side screaming something I couldn't make out.

I looked him in his eyes, and I only had one thing to say to him.

"Delete..... my browser history.

Drown my..... computer."

The afterlife sucks.

There was nothing to do but sing songs on repeat.

Can't a guy get some entertainment or something.

I know I'm not going to heaven, and I didn't do anything bad enough to go to hell, so I'm probably in limbo.

(God POV)

I went to check on the souls of limbo and see if there were any worthy souls.

As I was leaving due to the lack of souls I heard, "just keep swimming, just keep swimming."

As I was swimming I felt an overwhelming heat.

The feeling was smoldering.

I turned around and saw a being of pure light.

His presence was intense, yet it had a welcoming aura.

I couldn't look at him directly,so I had to squint. It didn't get any dimmer.

I think he caught on to the situation as it got less smothering I saw an old man that looked... kind?

I asked who he was, and immediately knew. He was god.

"Hello Alexander."

God said, his voice sounded soothing.

"I'm sorry you have been here so long, I don't check on this place often."

"It's alright, I'm just glad that there's finally someone else here.

'Though you could have gotten here sooner.'"

"I know Alexander, but I am very busy.

Being ruler of this universe is not as easy or fun as you think."

God replied.

"Can you hear my thoughts?"

"Of course, I'm god."

"As An apology I will give you three wishes."

"Thank you.

May I please get some time to think about my wish."
