Chapter 4: Tornado

Sophia Uzushi silently tried to listen to the trio who were sitting across her. She was aware that the subject of the discussion was her.

She noticed a brown haired boy with an extremely handsome face walking towards her.

"Hello Uzushi-san." Yuki greeted with a bright smile.

"Hello new kid." She looked up at him and responded.

'She's so calm that it's suspicious.'

Yuki thought.

"I just wanted to know if...."

"Yes, I'm the one you saw yesterday." She said with a serious expression on her face.

"Now that you know you saw me, what do you want to do?" She suddenly asked.

"Well, I wanted to ask what you did." He said while scratching the back of his head.

"Are you asking why my ki was worked up?" Her question was on the mark.

"Actually, using my amazing deduction skills I assumed you were fighting an awesome villain and got your ki worked up." Yuki acted like a detective.

'He has a five year old's imagination, but he's quite amusing.'

This was Sophia Uzushi's first impression of Yuki.

"You're wrong, Kinatarou-kun." She smiled and said. "I actually saved you."

'I wonder what she means. How did she save me.'

Yuki thought as he tried to understand what she meant.

She noticed the confused expression on his face.

"Don't you have a duel right now, I'll explain to you after your duel." She adjusted her glasses and said.

Just the action of adjusting her glasses was majestic.

"Oh yeah, I'm late for the duel. I'll see you later." Yuki waved and walked away.

Tamiko and Derek followed behind him.

At the kizo mat.

The kizo mat was a large circular room that looked exactly like a gymnasium. There was a large round mat in the middle of the room. Several students gathered around the mat and sat on the floor. An arrogant looking guy was standing in the middle of the mat.

This was Hiroto Hiroshima.

'He is a coward, he didn't even show up to the duel.'

Hiroto who had been waiting for Yuki for a while insulted him in his mind.

The doors suddenly opened and three figures walked in.

It was Yuki, Derek and Tamiko.

Derek and Tamiko sat down by the kizo mat while Yuki walked on the mat towards Hiroto.

"I had a feeling that a coward like you wouldn't show up, but I was wrong." Hiroto's tone was filled with arrogance.

"Are we here to share our feelings or fight?" Yuki smiled and scratched the back of his head. "I suggest we start now and leave the drama behind."

Tamiko and Derek glanced at each other.

"Looks like he's excited." Tamiko said in a whisper.

Derek had his eyes locked on Yuki.

A man dressed in black and white walked up to Yuki and Hiroto, he was the referee.

"Are there any rules you would like to address." He asked.

"First one to give up or step of the mat loses. Use of excessive force is allowed." Hiroto Hiroshima set the rules.

'Looks like he really wants to beat me. This fight might be tougher than I thought.'

The referee looked at Yuki and asked. "Do you agree with these set of rules."

"I suppose it's alright." Yuki scratched the back of his head and answered.

The referee stepped of the mat.

"Begin!!!" The referee shouted.

Yuki immediately felt an amount of ki being emitted from Hiroto.

'Looks like I'll find out what his kizo is.'

Yuki thought. He was really curious about Hiroto's kizo.

Hiroto ran up to Yuki and attempted to punch Yuki.

Bang!

Yuki had blocked the punch using his arms. The punch felt intense and emitted a huge amount of wind. This wind made Yuki's clothes and hair to blow around.

'That's it, his kizo is wind.'

Yuki had gotten his answer in his mind.

On the other end Hiroto's mind was in chaos.

'He blocked my punch and didn't even move. He has an incredibly strong body.'

Everyone watching this was shocked, everyone except Derek.

Hiroto continuously punched at Yuki, but all his punches were blocked.

Tamiko who was shocked by Yuki being able to block all these punches, looked at Derek with an inquiring expression.

"Yuki has been exercising at home since he was seven. Even if he has a heart disease that blocks his ki, he still has incredible strength and speed." He gave a brief explanation.

'He is really.... Awesome.'

Tamiko thought as she looked at Yuki with sparkling eyes.

Hiroto had grown tired if trying to punch Yuki so he jumped backwards.

Hiroto forcefully pushed his hand towards Yuki and an arrow made out of wind shot out with high speed.

The target of this arrow was Yuki. He formed an X with his hands and a large round shield made out of ice appeared infront of him.

"Whoa" Tamiko said in what seemed to be a whisper.

She had never seen Yuki use his power like this before. It was a new experience to her.

The wind arrow hit the icy shield.

Whoosh!

An enormous amount of wind swept throughout the entire room.

The shield had successfully blocked the arrow.

Hiroto was panting, he had gotten tired from punching Yuki and this wind arrow attack had drained a bit of his ki.

On the other end of the mat Yuki looked excited.

'Fighting is actually pretty fun, why didn't I do this earlier.'

Yuki thought of why he hadn't done this before, he felt regret for not fighting earlier.

Hiroto continuously shot more wind arrows at Yuki's icy shield, the shield began to crack and it eventually broke.

Hiroto didn't stop when the shield broke, he released three more arrows before stopping.

The three arrows hit Yuki's stomach. It wasn't sharp, but it felt like he was being punched. These arrows had the force of three grown men.

Yuki fell on the mat.

Hiroto had an arrogant look in his eyes, he felt he had already won.

"Ouch, that hurt." Yuki clutched his stomach as he got up.

Hiroto felt incredibly helpless, he was shocked that an incredibly weak boy was actually troubling him.

"Fighting is actually pretty fun, I need to do this more often." Yuki smiled at Hiroto.

'I need to end this, I should use the ki I have left on a powerful attack.'

While Hiroto was thinking of a strategy, Yuki ran towards him with great speed. In a second Yuki had appeared in front of him.

'Shit, he's fast.'

Hiroto tried jumping backwards, but he was to slow.

Kick

A powerful kick had hit his face, sending him flying to the other side of the mat.

"Go Yuki!!!!" Tamiko got up cheered him without feeling any shame.

Hiroto fell to the ground and quickly got up again. He noticed Yuki was already infront of him.

'He's way too fast.'

Hiroto punched towards Yuki.

Punch

Yuki had caught his punch using one hand, the punch was emitting wind but it wasn't as powerful as before.

Yuki countered by ramming his knee into Hiroto's stomach.

Hiroto fell to the ground and clutched his stomach in pain.

"Derek, why did Hiroto become so weak?" The blue eyed girl sat down and asked her friend.

"It's because he's almost out of ki. When he was fighting Yuki he excessively poured his ki into his attacks hoping to defeat Yuki quickly, while Yuki preserved the little ki he had and waited for Hiroto to become tired. Looks like Yuki was actually planning on winning." Derek gave Tamiko an explanation.

"Looks like Yuki is actually smart." She said in a whisper.

Hiroto slowly got up and adjusted his stance. He still clutched his stomach in pain.

Yuki waited for him to attack, he really wanted to see him release an awesome skill.

Hiroto pointed at the ground and moved his hand in a circle, like he was drawing a circle on the ground.

Whoosh

It started to become windy in the room. In two seconds a 15 foot tall tornado appeared on the mat. Everyone backed away from the mat.

The tornado began to move towards Yuki who was standing still.

'Wow, a tornado. That's so cool.'

Yuki praised the tornado in his mind with sparkling eyes.

The tornado had gotten close to Yuki and enveloped him. The wind lifted him up and tossed him towards the end of the mat.

While in mid air Yuki straightened his body and landed on his feet, he was already at the edge of the mat, if he took a step back he would lose.

'His plan is to throw me off the mat. I'll do the same to him.'

Yuki thought as he froze his feet to the ground, he did this so that the tornado wouldn't be able to lift him up.

The tornado moved towards Yuki once more and enveloped him again. This time it wasn't able to lift him up.

His clothes and hair fluttered around vigorously.

Yuki looked at Hiroto and pushed his hand towards him.
