To Arabasta

Jayr POV - Blue Star, Grand Line, Paradise - 20 GAP

After signing the contract witnessed and enforced by all the Concepts and forming an official alliance with Zandeer to ensure that no foul play happens between us, we returned back to Hitomi Village and started to help with repairing the damages done to the village by the chaotic three-way battle that took place here, where I may or may not cheat my way out using Restoration Magic to instantly fix everything and not waste too much time with that. 

Of course, I also "blessed" the land, with the help of Meliae and a few other Nymphs, who are the undisputed masters in this field as they are basically spirits of nature, to make it more fertile so that their yield will be fast and big enough to not make them die of hunger as most of their fields where destroyed by both the battles that took place and the sudden weather change that basically ruined everything, especially since the usually rich yield of Hi Island also feed also the five other islands.

After taking care of that, we said goodbyes to the grateful villagers and Law and the rest of the Heart Pirates, who are forced to stay on the Nanatsu Islands for a few more days waiting for their Log Pose to set on the next destination and returned to the Athena's God Bidoof to leave this archipelago behind onto our next destination.

Since then, a few days passed and now the Athena's God Bidoof is calmly moving at cruise speed as she is heading toward Sandy Island, where the Arabasta Kingdom is located.

The current situation on the ship isn't the best as there is some kind of strange tension in the air, and not because of the presence of Gad and his wives, who just a few days ago, were our "enemies", after all, they are quite good and funny guys and they get along very well with everyone on the ship, even if Gad drools every time he is the presence of all the other girls on the ship that honestly speaking are quite the beauties, but since he only genuinely admires their beauty without flirting or doing something untoward we just let him be, especially since the bond between him, Saphir, Rubis, and Emeraude is very strong as they know each other since they were kids.

Neither is the Zandeer's presence the reason behind it, even if he and Nikita are lovey-dovey all over the ship after they finally confirm their relationship, which ends up with Nikita happily trying to narrate their "private rendezvous" with as many details as possible at any chance, only to end up encased in a block of ice as I use Freezing Coffin to stop her as most of the times she doesn't even care that the kids are present.

Especially Kharna as my baby girl shouldn't know that sex exists until she is at the very least 500 years old and has enough power to wipe out a universe or two, then and only then, I will ask Seika to give her the "talk" as I don't trust Tio too much on that front, moreover, her future lover must first pass my trial to show that he or she is worthy of my baby girl.

Anyway, the cause behind the strange tension in the air is Alvida, but not because of her past with Koby as he has already forgiven her once he realized she changed for the better and they fought the Simon Pirates together, and it isn't either because the girls are causing her problems, after all, after their women talk, Seika, Saori, Tio, and a reluctant Eri, accepted her and gave her the green light to pursue her relationship with me and join our family realizing that she genuinely wants to purse me and doesn't mind the whole polygamy situation, especially since as the more time we spend together, the more we learn to love each other, and the closer our situation becomes closer to that of polyamory.

But that was the start of my problems as with the girls' permission and encouragement, Alvida started to relentlessly pursue me trying to seduce me in all kinds of ways, from relatively harmless ones like showing me a bit more of her skin to kissing me, or whisper sweet nothings in my ears, to more crude ones like touching my little brother or even "carelessly" rubbing her bountiful behind on my little brother to straight up offering a blowjob in the middle of the day or telling me how horny she is, or describe some "fun" use of the Sube Sube no Mi (Smooth Smooth Fruit) she thought of in other activities besides fighting.

At this point, everyone on the ship, excluding the kid obviously, is basically betting on how long I can endure Alvida's relentless approach with most of the people agreeing that it would be before we reach the Arabasta Kingdom, and some even believe it is a matter of days or even hours at this point, only Vivi and Koby seem to believe that I'd last a little bit more, in fact, they bet on the period after Crocodile's defeat.

Meanwhile, Seika, Saori, and Eri are sure that I would last only another day at most, and the reason for that is quite simple and direct, a very horny Tio is now fully on Alvida's side using her knowledge and personal experience to coach Alvida in the most effective way to seduce me.

At the moment, I'm standing on the deck of the Athena's God Bidoof watching over Koby's training, but we aren't alone, Gad and his wives, Saphir, Rubis, and Emeraude, are also present doing their own training, moreover, there are also Zandeer, who is his training his sword's techniques with a wooden sword sparring with Nikita, who is fighting with a pair of wooden daggers, and Alvida, who is swinging around a training Iron Mace I made for her.

The Iron Mace itself has a pretty basic design, but it is enhanced with Gravity Magic, making it possible for her to train her whole body under increased gravity, this training is particularly effective in increasing the basic strength of her body thanks to the powers of Sube Sube no Mi (Smooth Smooth Fruit) she ate, the harder she trains, the more effective it is, moreover, no matter how much she develops her muscles, all the unnecessary stuff will simply slip out of her body and her muscles will further compress to make her body always "smooth" and perfect, which is crazy as her physical strength will continue to improve at astonishing speed without the need of actual rest, especially now that I can easily heal any damage that overtraining could cause.

Thanks to that, in these few days, Alvida became one of the third physically strongest people on this ship, below, Tio and me, she is now even stronger than Gad, who is able to generate a tornado using physical strength alone.

Moreover, let's not forget that the Sube Sube no Mi (Smooth Smooth Fruit) also makes her invincible in front of all kinds of pure physical attacks, and with that, you have one of the most broken Devil Fruits in the world of One Piece, especially when I think about the possibilities that come with the Awakening of her Devil Fruit.

Being able to turn everything around you "Smooth" is crazy, she could make anything, slip anywhere, making her enemies slip on the ground they are standing or even make their weapons slip off their hands, and those are only the most basic and obvious things.

She could make any enemy "slip" on the air, being able to move him or her from a distance, or even teleport him or her as Kuma does, hell she could make the air itself slip, which means that she can create a void to dispel sound, shockwaves, make her enemies suffocate, or even create a strong deadly implosion. 

But that isn't everything yet, if my theory is right, with enough mastery and power, she could make the atoms, and even the smallest matter of everything slip apart, and the effects of such power are disturbingly scary, she could dismantle and destroy swords and guns, and everything making it turn into dust and not only that if even atoms and matter are under the effects of her powers, this means that nothing stops her from applying such effect on her enemies' body to dismantle their own bodies into fine dust, well, nothing but Haki and other similar energies capable of protecting their users from such effects.

But even with that small weakness, the potential of Alvida's Devil Fruit is fucking scary, for sure Oda did her dirty in the manga/anime, well, not that he had any choice after all, she isn't the Main Character, or a supporting character, or even the main villain which usually has some very crazy powers to the point that they seem invincible, and many times, they actually are and the only reason they lose is something called plot armor.

At this point, I can't help but look at Zandeer as he swings around a wooden sword as he continues his sparring with Nikita, and think, 'Talking about villains done dirty by the plot armor, Sosuke Aizen of the Bleach Universe is for sure one of them, I still can't forget the fact, that he never unleashed his Bankai throughout the whole series, I'm pretty sure that if he did, the power would be truly overpowered to the level of a hax, something the likes, "An illusion powerful enough that is able to even fool reality itself." or some absurd unbeatable shit like that. Something very likely since the guy was already able to fool all his opponents' senses, and I'm not only talking about the five regular ones, but even the supernatural ones, it is logical that an upgrade of that would be at the very least on that level of pure bullshit, crazy hax.' 

While I'm thinking that, time quickly passes by and the morning training session comes to an end, then all of a sudden, I find Alvida's figure standing in front of me as she leans forward showing me the heavenly sight of her glistering, bountiful mountains, as she smiles and suggestively asks, "Ara ara Jayr, this long, heavy, thick Iron Mace really drained me~, now I really need a hot bath and maybe a very relaxing and deep massage~ Would you like to join and help me? I'm sure I'll find a way to make it worthwhile and enjoyable for you too~."

After the morning training session, I head to the kitchen and start to prepare breakfast with Seika, Saphir, Rubis, and Emeraude's help, and then, after the chaotic and happy breakfast, I spend the rest of the morning playing and watching Frozen with Galen, Kharna, Python, and Bidi, and of course, when it came to the "Let it Go" part of the move, Galen and Kharna enjoyed it so much that their Spiral Cosmo got a little out of control, and so, they started to make snow fall all over inside the Athena's God Bidoof as they hummed along the song at some point, they even started to affect the weather outside, so I had to stop them forcefully restaining their Spiral Cosmo, not that they mind it as they were too focused on watching Frozen.

As I watch over the kids as they enjoy the movie, my mind can't help but wander a little thinking about the reasons why this particular song was so popular among both kids and adults alike, 'After analyzing the lyrics, I realize that this song is that it is a very cleverly formulated, it is based on the narrative of the film which has been based on the conflict between the two ideas raised in the ancient Chinese philosophies of Confucianism and Taoism. As far-fetched as it sounds, that's the truth. After all, Confucianism advocates that we should do our duty of being benevolent, good, kind, loving, and/or compassionate to others, especially members of our own family while Taoism promulgates the idea that we should not be so anxious about undertaking man-made duties that we forget to be ourselves.'

I watch as Elsa finishes creating her ice castle while I continue that train of thought, 'This is the dilemma Elsa in the film struggles with. She wants to "honor her parents" by being a "good girl" who protects her younger sister and a "good queen" who protects the kingdom. These she sees as her moral obligation. This is what Confucius would praise her for. However, Elsa also has special powers endowed to her by nature which distinguishes her from others and which she struggles to "conceal." She feels like it's a fire in her soul/bones and she is weary of shutting it in. The song captures this emotion well: "Let it go!" This imperative is actually a Taoist encouragement. "When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be." these are the words of Lao Zi the Founder of Taoism.'

The scene moves back to Anna as she is traveling slowly through knee-deep snow on horseback and my mind continues to wander, 'By nature, Elsa's heart, soul, and inner-self are telling her she needs to just "let it go!" which means she needs to set herself free from the bonds of tradition and socio-political duties she has grown up with and "go walkabout" in order to express herself and just be her true nature. Confucianism teaches that life is a moral web of socio-political relationships that requires the individual to submit oneself to it. Taoism, on the other hand, tells us that we need not worry and just to be ourselves: "No right, no wrong, no rules…I'm free." I guess this is the reason why the song and film are so popular. It cleverly reflects the great ancient philosophical conflict that began with Lao Zi and Kong Zi and it is a very common adult struggle we all face today. After all is said and done, who would not want to "let it go"... Goddammit! Alvida's situation is really getting me...'

After some time the movie finally ends and it is now time for lunch after which, we all gather on the deck as Vivi and Igaram decide to give us some useful information about our next destination, the Arabasta Kingdom.

Vivi is the one who starts the lesson by saying, "Arabasta is an established kingdom with a long history. It is located on Sandy Island roughly halfway through the first part of the Grand Line. Sandy Island is a Summer Island and as such you can expect a quite hot and harsh climate. It is arguably one of the largest islands in the first half of Grand Line, containing 8 cities, two of which are port towns situated on the south and east sides of the island, and of course, there is also a massive river." 

Then Igaram continues, "Arabasta Kingdom has a long, and illustrious history so much that the Royal Palace of Alubarna predates the kingdom itself, having existed for around 4000 years if we trust what our records say. Moreover, 800 years ago, the Nefertari royal family was one of the twenty royal families who founded the World Government. Notably, they are the only family to remain in rule of their own country, rather than moving to Mary Geoise and letting new royalty take over. Needless to say, the current ruler of the Arabasta Kingdom is Princess Vivi's father, the current head of the Nefertari royal family, King Nefertari Cobra."

Like that, Vivi and Igaram continue to give us some useful information about the Arabasta Kingdom, like the location of the 8 cities and their names, some of the customs, notable landmarks like the Sandora Desert, a large desert that makes up the majority of the land of Arabasta that is not inhabited near oases, or the Sandora River, a large river the runs through Arabasta, right down the center. 

After that, the rest of the day passed in relative calm as Koby and the others went through their afternoon and evening training sessions, and of course, Alvida continued to seduce and entice me at any possible occasion.

So at the end of the day, before going to sleep I decided to take a good refreshing cold shower, not that it helps much as now that I'm alone and relaxed a little, my raging erection makes itself known once more as my little brother stands straight as an arrow, but I don't mind it too much and as the cold droplets of waters fall on my body, I wash myself while singing the iconic opening of Digimon Adventure, "♪Gokigen na chou ni natte kirameku kaze ni notte.
