47 A strange world

I had passed out  when I was falling through the portal. When I woke up my whole body was fully healed and I was in what appeared to be a very comfortable room with transparent walls on each side of it.

"Heya handsome, didya have a nice nap?" a young girls voice in the room beside mine asked as I was sitting up.  Looking at the young girl in a red and black jester outfit that had asked me the question, I felt I had a basic idea of where I was. 

"Harley Quinn?" I asked

"It's tough bein' famous. Everybody seems to know my name, but I don't seem to know theirs. So wudya do? You musta been a real bad boy, I haven't seen the big pretend hero in white bring someone as seriously damaged as you in before and I thought what he did to my puddin' was terrible." 

I didn't know of any hero in the DC universe that would put me in a cage like this. Curious I asked what was on my mind. "Hero? you mean like Batman? Are we in Arkham?" 

"HA! You got jokes new fish! I wish it was Batman that had grabbed me and mistah J up. No, we got the one that's worse than him".

I was still drawing a blank. "Superman?" Although I wouldn't describe Superman as worse than batman. Superman was a nice guy in most Universes. 

Harley with a face full of pity looked at me. "Poor baby, he musta given you brain damage. Don't worry though, this place isn't that bad and I'm told Im' great company, just be quiet when I'm trying to sleep and we will get along swell". 

"I don't plan to stick around that long, sorry". I said as I punched the cells door with all my strength, which did nothing. Seeing this, I grabbed my lightsaber and tried using it to cut away at the cell and found that it also couldn't help me escape. No matter what I did, I couldn't get out. After trying enough things, I temporarily gave up and took in my surroundings a bit more. 

"Thougtya was leavin'?" Harley asked as she was eating popcorn and sitting up in her bed. 

This was clearly a prison of some sort, but I didn't understand how I got here. I could probably escape using my portal ability, but at the moment my curiosity was peaked and I could really benefit from the dc universe, no matter which one it was. 

Seeing a tv in the room I was in, I found a remote and turned it on. As I was flipping through the channels, one of the channels in particular caught my eye. It was out of place with the DC Universes that I knew of. 

On the TV was a man that looked almost identical to Vegeta of the Dragon ball Universe, only he wasn't on TV for saving the world or doing martial arts, he was singing. The differences were obvious. This man went by the name Prince Aeric and was not only a lot more handsome, taller, and younger looking, but he was also a Celebrity of sorts in this Universe. 

As I was sitting there trying to understand exactly where I was, my spider sense went off as the room seemed to get a few degrees colder and a man in a white outfit with a moon on it walked in, he also resembled Vegeta in some ways, only he had white hair and white eyes and looked a lot less friendly. The mans whole being gave me a scarier feeling than the kid that had just torn me apart not long ago. 

"OoOoO the big scary hero is here" said Harley as she pretended to be scared while mocking the clearly powerful man that had just walked in.

"Vegeta?" I asked out of shock. 

The man approached my cell. "What a strange thing to call me" he said as he locked eyes with my own. "Who are you and where are you from?" 

I didn't quite understand what was going on, but I didn't like how he was talking to me regardless of how powerful he may have been. 

Seeing that I wasn't replying the man spoke again. "I see, well I can't let you out till I know you aren't a threat. A big alien guy like you with regeneration powers like that, you could be dangerous". 

I shrugged my shoulders " I can get out any time I want". 

The man raised his eyebrow "Id like to see that" 

Raising my hand I produced a portal to the Stargate Universe and walked through. No, I tried to walk through but couldn't. It was like there was some type of barrier I couldn't see that was preventing me from walking through. 

"Ugh, this just iisn't my day" I said suddenly feeling awkward. "Fine, My name is Sisyphus and I come in peace". 

The man chuckled. "Was that so bad? Your people skills are worse than my own, now I'm going to let you out, but as soon as you do something to harm my city or this world, I'll be putting you back in. By the way why did you call me Vegeta? My name is Moonlight Knight...". 

The mans voice sounded distorted and nothing like Vegeta, but that could just be a voice changer of some sort, but then again, I might just be mistaken and he just kind of looks like Vegeta. Vegeta shouldn't be this tall or as good looking anyway. 

"What kind of name is Moonlight Knight?" I asked trying to avoid his question for now..

Moonlight knight looked me in the eyes and without missing a beat he asked. "What kind of name is Sisyphus?" 

Both of us went silent for the next few minutes as he opened my prison door and let me out. I could hear Harley protesting in the background due to my release. 

"Sorry, but I don't want to walk you through my vault so this is the only way" The man said before I found myself in a completely different place just outside the outskirts of some city. An odd robotic voice spoke inside my head. "You have been kicked out of Moonlight City by the King and are no longer permitted inside the city until further notice". 

From start to finish, I still have no idea to where I was. It seemed to be some weird cross between the DC universe and some other I wasn't aware of. Opening a portal, I thought Id go back home for now and check out this universe a bit more later when I was stronger. This Universe was obviously full of power, but what good is power if I got swatted and killed like a fly trying to get it.
