Chapter 5: Regrets

After a few hours at Wendy's house it was time for Chilli to pick up Bluey and Bingo. DING DONG* The bell rang. "Hey Wendy! Just came to pick up the girls." "Alright, Bluey! Bingo! Your mum is here!" Wendy calls the girls then eventually the girls walk back to their car with Chilli. "Oh hey Chilli? What happened with Bingo and Bandit?" "Oh um, Bingo was using scissors for a craft and accidently cut herself, they were blue scissors." Chilli tried lying. "You're a terrible liar Chilli." Chilli thought to herself, how did Wendy know she lied? "I asked Bingo and she told me the scissors were red." "Oh, sorry I meant red-" "I lied again, Bingo said it was a knife and it was orange." Wendy was starting to get suspicious.

"Tell me what happened Chilli, or I'd call the cops." Wendy threatened Chilli. "It's none of your darn business Wendy." Chilli says trying to get away from the conversation. "Oh I'd be glad to tell the cops you attempted to cut your daughter's throat." That's when Wendy realizes she's gone too far. "I said ENOUGH!" Chilli lunged at Wendy going absolutely savage and attempted to rip one of Wendy's limbs off. "CHILLI STOP!" Chilli finally stopped and tried to apologize to Wendy. "I-I'm sorry Wendy, it's just, her throat was cut, but I didn't do it, Bandit did." That answer shocked Wendy. "B-But how? Bandit loves his kids-" "The doctors told me he has Rabies, these Rabie cells are causing him to act aggressive. So they made him bite Bingo." Wendy was shocked when Chilli said that Bandit bit Bingo. "B-But Chilli, doesn't Rabies spread when one bites another dog and the saliva gets into the bite the dog has? So, will Bingo get Rabies soon?" The question shocked Chilli, after hearing her youngest daughter might get Rabies is just too much for one mother. 

"It's just, I'm feeling really stressed today, and you came and accused me for doing such thing to my own daughter." Chilli was starting to cry so Wendy started comforting her."I'm so sorry Chilli, for accusing you of attempting to murder your own child, I hope Bandit and Bingo gets better." Wendy patted Chilli's back. "Thank you Wendy." Chilli got back up and walked to her house to stay in for the rest of the day until Dr. Kennel called her to come back to see Bandit, they made her wait 6-8 hours to come back.

AT THE HOSPITAL

Chilli then decided to try and leave the kids at home for atleast a few minutes, Chilli checked herself in the hospital again and when she saw Dr. Kennel she walked up to him asking him if she could visit Bandit. "Oh yes Mrs. Heeler you can come see him." Dr. Kennel walked next to Bandit's room and entered. "Hey Bandit, I came to tell you something." Chilli walked next to Bandit's bed and gave him a kiss on his forehead. "Bandit, do us a favor please." "What is it?" Bandit asked. "You're going to have to eat." Bandit looked at Chilli hesitantly, then he found the right words to say. "B-but I can't, every time I try to I vomit it back out." "Please Bandit."Chilli yells hopelessly. "You've got it babe."
