Chapter 5

In a private room, there were around ten students present. Two of them spoke with each other, while a few more approached. soon after the conversation became a bit more hushed changing from everyday matters to a slightly darker conversation.

The girls were well made up; small faces filled with delicate makeup, hair flowing down the length of their slim backs. The dresses they wore were all from famous brands, along with their jewellery priced in the seven figures. Looking at them, you can tell that they were all young heiresses and heirs present speaking among each other about trivial and important matters.

For instance, there was a small gathering of female students together discussing an appalling matter among each other.

"Are you sure she will fall for it?" this one wore a coral coloured dress, her form was slim, her skin snow white with small painted lips and bangs. Looking at her, you can see she is extremely pampered.

On the opposite end is a girl who wore a white dress with a tight waist, exposing its size, with long sleeves falling to cover her ankles. The dress was the newest collection from the top brand in their country. Around her neck is a chain delicately made to compliment her slim snow-white neck. One has to say, at present, she is the most beautiful but also the most vicious. Though it is only seen by a few.

"Yes, they said he had arrived earlier and is next to our room."

"Ah, but he is quite famous and is known to be quite rude to females in general." Another girl with an oval face and slightly wide eyes sneered, then spoke in a disdainful tone. "Eh, it's her fault for being too antisocial and high and mighty."

If the girl they spoke about heard them, she would have rolled her eyes in disappointment.

"Well, I hope she will be OK." The gaggle of girls stood together taking sips of their wine while continuing to discuss the matter among themselves.

I was led directly into the room; the room was quiet; I felt strange that so many students would be this quiet but I still continued forward.

Today I let my hair down. The girls were medium and full, with a heart-shaped face like mine added with makeup and red lipstick I looked between innocent and seductive.

My attire was bright but not gaudy, but my favourite colours are bright and filled with prints.

First, it was thanks to my dad, a brother and a group of friends I had abandoned back home and did not look back.

In fact, I felt that they were a bit too clingy.

With those freaks around, how am I supposed to find my own men?

They were simply too handsome and would most likely scare away my potential test subjects. It's like having four gods while trying to find my true love among mortals. In fact, these four are the reason I have never had a boyfriend even though my mind is actually scum level.

Fully entering the room I thought to myself, now this is what I am talking about. Large, with a sunken area in the middle surrounding a fire pit. Wrap around low seated chairs, and on the side is a bar and kitchen. If that is not classy, you have a view of the city on the far right side and directly next to it is a fish tank filled with colourful fish. Immediately I praised the students for picking such a nice room but frowned directly after when the first person appeared.

The server called in a respectful tone, "Miss…" I zoned him out.

I turned to the right to see if the rain was falling, or lightning was flashing or something. No, seriously, I can not believe that what I am seeing is not an illusion of some sort.

'I am dreaming, this is a nightmare… wake up Curly, WAKE UP!'

I shouted inwardly, when I saw the male unfold himself and slowly swagger towards me from behind the divider. I am panicking now because if there is one… there are four.

I mean seriously they are never far apart. Eyes becoming wild and mind working like crazy to get away from the giant for a male approaching.

When he spoke, I wanted to pass out. "Thanks, we will take it from him, you can leave."

The server who led me in was tipped and led from the room.

I quickly turned to join him, but my hand was grabbed. When I left the island I had been twelve. I had basically become enlightened.

In our family of three, my brother married a wife. She was nice and quite tolerant. Because my brother has a somewhat sister complex. Of course there I the main family. Even though we lived in the west indies commonly called the Caribbean. We have a diversity of cultures from all walks of life. Like all races of people, we are sometimes biased by the majority and the ethnic race of that specific island seeing those that are not like us as strange. Luckily, where we lived was different. My dad is Asian by descent. My mom was Caribbean born and had cocoa brown skin, long thick dark mid-length hair. My mom was the only child born to her family and raised like a princess. Her family was into cooking specialising in baking but had a wide variety of skills. In the end, they opened chain restaurants around the Caribbean chain Islands and published a few cookbooks worldwide, sometimes teaching.
