29 The Horrors Committed by the Bao Family FINAL PART

Bai Ling shoved the bleeding corpse to the side.

"Look! I want all of you to look at this scene and never forget." As if her voice held command over their will, they turned wide-eyed to Bai Ling.

So soon? A figure of a man flashed in his mind. Could his appearance be the reason why it appeared earlier than anticipated?

Xiao Bao calmed his mind down. The appearance of the second flame might not mean it is time yet. Thinking like this, the worried Xiao Bao relaxed completely.

Besides, she didn't remember anything.

Bai Ling sliced to the right, and her flame followed, toppling the heads of all those who stepped forward. It didn't matter if it was someone old, young or in between since they all played a part, Bai Ling got rid of them.

His brave front did not reveal the anxiousness he felt. "I am Du Lin, the general of this army."

Bai Ling nodded, approving his aura and presence. Without delay, she threw the pouch towards him. Du Lin caught the bag and then looked at Bai Ling.

"Open it." Du Lin obeyed her command. "There are only ten for now. Give it to those who are close to breaking through."

Bai Ling was going to sell the pills for money, but she didn't need to go through the hassle now. She already conquered Bao Manor and all of its resources, what else did she need?

When the pouch opened and the scent of the pills scattered, Du Lin sucked in a sharp breath. These pills were the Chi Gathering pills. For practitioners like him, it was a miracle to be able to find one much less ten.

His hands trembled as he closed the pouch.

Maybe following Miss Xia won't be a bad deal. In their first meeting, he got his hands on priceless pills like these. Du Lin dropped to his feet and bowed to Bai Ling as if she were a goddess.

"I know. I saw it all." He smiled as he watched Bai Ling disappear in the distance. The aura he felt coming from here resonated with his very soul. He had to find a way to get closer to her to know why.
