Wonderful story. With great world background and good characters design. Even the story pace and translation are both good. But please, please fix your frickin chapters updates. It's all good if it would have been just couple of chapters, but the same frickin identical chapters just keeps accumulating. Fire your editor or whomever does it. Blessings xoxo

I like the book quite a bit. The story is unique and it has elements that I like. I feel like the group at the beginning is a group of weak people and as they grow stronger they are in harmony with the powerful. This shows realism as in real life higher up won't attack the weak due to fear of retaliation. They might take advantage of the weak but they won't cross the bottom line.

The story by far is pretty good for the first 50ish chapters. There is development going on and a lot story progression. For the negative reviews I would not listen to them because they qualities they point out aren’t negative things especially when the MC was only 6 years old. No young child can start off great. The development in the beginning progresses pretty well for now.

I am about a hundred chapter into the raw, yet I am still unable to confirm if chapter 1 is a prologue of the past or a time skip into the future. The girl named Myers share the same name as the goddess introduced further on into the story. The protagonist share the same name as the dean introduced chapter 1. I would just like someone to classify to me if chapter 1 represent a prologue of the past or prolepsis of the future?

This could be considered a slight spoiler for the first 10 chapters or so. The story is about a 12 year old boy that is from a run down family of mage decent. His parents died at the age of six only leaving him with their house and what was left of it. He ends up selling his house to a mage, which in return he becomes his apprentice. To his dismay he has no talent for magic, so must forge his own path to success.

Honestly I like this one so far it's not a rip off of WMW (which itself was pretty much just a straight rip off of the magus world) like so many people thought it would be, the magic casting system seems pretty unique so far and the protag is unstantly super OP due some cheat system. I saw a review here saying that it was **** and rushed because of the fact that there are time skips but I really don't see any problem here, the author is avoiding overly detailed infodumps while still tellibg us everything we need to know to understand the story, just because time isn't moving at a snails pace like in other novels doesn't mean it's ****. The protag Saleen is ruthless though he hardly seems to be the sociopath that Leylin was. Also he starts out dumb but that's because until he became a mage he was an illiterate orphan who was abandoned at age 6 and we can visibly see him grow into his role of being a mage as he becomes more intelligent, more assertive, independent, etc.

Just want to ask... Is the protagonist ruthless? Like kills without hesitation... Or has a pussy pacifist approach? Will update ratings after getting a reply.

I'm voting on this novel, because i really love stories with Magic, and this one looks like its not a recarnation thing with a AI, and a psyco MC without morals, lets see what will happen.

Hehehe, I see eastern author writing western novel, I up vote hehehe I expect a lot from this novel since it has more than 6M views. Plus I did some research and found out that the novel has some ups and downs in terms of development. But the western setting is pulled in a good manner.

Is this novel good? I never read this story before, but i quite interesting with synopsis. Even i haven't read it, but because many of the review written that the story was great. I will vote it. Wow, read 42 chapters so far, there were a lot of stuff I did not like, but still am reading, I can say without a doubt I'm addicted, and there's 1.5k chapters yay

Great story but some of the spelling and grammer could use work. I love how the characters stayed the same in many ways but changed every so slightly leading to bigger changes later on as the story progressed rather than something big happens to cause every change.
