Hey, there I'm Chase Salazar Im seventeen with a popularity that others would want.

The school I attend Hampton High, you need money to be in this school.

I have a temper but I'm not the type of person to control it for long.

I love to cause chaos in school my reputation is being the bad boy.

I'm not alone though my friends Zach, Xavier, Silvio, and Tyler are there to help me as well.

My mom says I'm handsome I know I am.

I have the same cobalt-blue eyes that she has and the same dark brown hair well I dyed the tips of my hair blue to get more noticed by the girls.

It's a new year and we are getting our new roommates assigned.

"Chase do you really think that we will all be in a group again?" asked Silv. (Silvio)

"Relax will you? I'm positive we didn't do anything bad last year" I protested.

"Uhuh except we did pull a prank on the principal and on the teachers and that one time we-" said Zach.

I cut him off midsentence "Okay we did cause chaos but It wasn't that bad..."

"Mhmm," said Xavier not convinced.

When it was my turn to get a paper with the name of my roommate and the dorm I got an unexpected surprise.

"I got Xavier!" said Tyler grinning.

"I have Silvio," said Zach smirking.

"Who did you get Chase?" asked Silv.

I froze looking at the name on my paper.

"Dorm: 245

Roommate: Amelia Edwards"

Who is that?

Zach frowned "Is that a new girl?"

"Pretty sure Zach" replied Xavier.

"That sucks," said Silv.

I clenched my teeth and walked over to the receptionist who gave me my paper.

"Excuse Me..."

"What do you want?" asked Sarah the front-desk lady.

"I would like to get the correct dorm," I said.

"The paper you got is your correct dorm and roommate" She replied not even looking at me.

"But I'm supposed to get my friends as roommates" I protested.

"Look son I'm just doing my job okay? If you don't want your roommate you can just talk to the principal" said Sarah ignoring my comment.

I growled irritated and walked back to my friends.

The principal? He's the one person who doesn't like me out of everyone in the entire school!

"So you are going to be roommates with that girl?" said Zach.

"I have no other option do I?" I replied sarcastically.

"Chill man I will find a way to hack the system and change the dorm number and roommate," said Tyler.

"Thanks, Ty for now I'll be fine trust me," I said reassuringly.

"Sure you will your Chase Salazar! The big boy on campus!" said Silv.

"That's right," I said grinning.

"Now we should go before the principal comes and thinks we are planning something," said Xavier chuckling.

We went our different ways I walked over to my dorm.

I opened the door and didn't find anyone there.

I packed my stuff in the cabinets and looked through my phone.

Hearing the door open I glanced at the direction of the door but returned my attention to my device.

"Hello?" said a girl's voice.

Rolling my eyes I got up and walked over to the front door.

Somehow that girl didn't see me because she tripped and bumped into me.

I lost my balance and fell on the wooden floor with her on top of me.

"Can't you see where you are going?" I hissed at her.

"I'm so sorry I didn't-"

She looked up and we both made eye contact.

I felt a weird feeling in my heart.

Dang... I've never stared at a girl for that long

Amelia was pretty for being new here.

She had brown eyes and red hair that was just above her waist.

After a few minutes passed I broke eye contact and cleared my throat.

"Oh! I'm so sorry I didn't see you" said Amelia getting up.

"Sure you didn't" I replied drily.

"You're my roommate aren't you?" said Amelia.

"Nice guess," I said sarcastically.

She flinched at my attitude and stayed quiet for a while.

I looked at her outfit she didn't have much fancy clothing for attending this school.

"How could someone from your class made it to be able to attend Hampton High?" I asked her.

"Believe me I didn't want to attend here but I won a scholarship for this school" She replied.

"People like you win scholarships? Ha! please," I said scoffing.

"You are one to talk," said Amelia eyeing me.

I glared at her and she backed away.

"Enjoy that you have me as a roommate for now but soon I'll be sharing rooms with my friends," I said.

She just looked at me.

I brushed past her and slammed the door shut in her face.

With a girl as my roommate will be hard to deal with.

But everyone adores me so I won't have that much trouble if Amelia gets on my nerves.

I have to find a way to change the roommate I have to one of my friends.
