9 Chapter 9

Hyun Na Bi was lost in her dreamland thinking about what she can do and what she was interested in. One of the perks of being of the daughter in law of Park family was she attended countless classes such as cooking vegan food, painting, pottery making and so on. Maybe because she was forced to do all that, Hyun Na Bi did not have any interest in any of those classes. She attended those classes out of compulsion and though she had mastered those skills, she was not into any of them.

Someone whispered to Hyun Na Bi, "Taking notes?"

Hyun Na Bi shook her head "uh uh" without looking at the person who spoke to her.

When Hyun Na Bi felt someone looking at her, she turned towards him. She couldn't remember seeing him the last time or even knowing that guy.

Hyun Na Bi whispered back to him, "Do I know you?"

The guy introduced himself, "Nam Joon Woo…"

Hyun Na Bi repeated, "Nam Joon Woo? Nam Joon Woo… Nam Joon Woo…" she had definitely heard this name before but wasn't sure where she had heard it.

Nam Joon Woo got up from his seat and sat next to Hyun Na Bi to talk more comfortably. He had drawn something in a paper and Hyun Na Bi looked at the paper he was holding. He had drawn her and Hyun Na Bi had to agree that it was breathtaking. He had made her look like elegant and graceful.

Hyun Na Bi took the paper from him, "You made me look pretty"

Nam Joon Woo replied effortlessly, "Well… you look gorgeous"

Hyun Na Bi was quite surprised by his words, "Are you flirting with me?"

The guy winked, "Who wouldn't flirt with a pretty girl like you?"

"Flatterer"

Though Hyun Na Bi sounded annoyed, she wasn't annoyed at all. She could not even remember what was the last time her husband flirted with her. Several older men had tried to bed her when she working in the gallery but that was it. The romance section in her life had been zero. But Hyun Na Bi was no longer an old woman now. She was a young pretty girl now like Nam Joon Woo said and she was feeling happy.

Looking at what Hyun Na Bi had written, Nam Joon Woo asked her, "You're interested in photography?"

"Maybe… Not sure yet"

"Do you want to check out my photos?"

Being so out of touch with college life, Hyun Na Bi found it hard to even pretend like she knows what he was saying. Her confused look was enough for him to explain further.

"I'm in the photography club in our college. Well it's pretty much just me and another guy who never comes. Wanna come with me?"

"Sure"

The class was almost over and they were prepared to leave together. Jin Yong was disturbed during the entire class. Hyun Na Bi was ignoring him totally and for the past few minutes he had seen that she was whispering and smiling with Nam Joon Woo.

Why did she have to talk to Nam Joon Woo? As far as he knew, Nam Joon Woo was a flirt and changed girlfriends like handkerchief without any regret. Rather than girlfriends they were just his one night stands. Personally Jin Yong did not like Nam Joon Woo and seeing Hyun Na Bi talk with him made his blood boil. Before he could stop them, both had left the class room.

Jin Yong wanted to check out where they went but Ahn Se Na was by his side, "Oppa"

Jin Yong could do nothing other than smile. Ahn Se Na was important in his plans for future and he couldn't get on her wrong side now. They walked together to their next class but his eyes were looking around in search of Hyun Na Bi. She was nowhere to be seen. Jin Yong waited in his next class but she was not there either. Though this class was not included in Hyun Na Bi's, she attended the class just for Jin Yong. Hyun Na Bi had cancelled those classes but Jin Yong was not aware of that. He eyes roamed around checking if she had come to class but Hyun Na Bi had disappeared with Nam Joon Woo.

Hyun Na Bi was not a student who was punctual to regular all classes and so when Nam Joon Woo asked her, she did not even check her schedule and left just like that. She was ready to ditch classes after attending just a single lecture. Attending college made travelling to the past feel like punishment to her.

Hyun Na Bi went along with Nam Joon Woo to check out his photos and as she was looking at the photos that were hanging around; she could see so many of hers.

Hyun Na Bi exclaimed, "Wow you really must love me"

A thought rose in her mind. Did Nam Joon Woo love her in the past? Is that why he has brought her here just after Jin Yong rejected her? Was he the one for her? But all those thoughts were shattered the next second when she heard Nam Joon Woo speak.

Nam Joon Woo was laughing, "Wahh… you must be delusional. Your proposal was something I couldn't miss. Here look at all the emotions in your face."

Like he said, there were so many pictures from the day when she proposed to Jin Yong. She could see the young and foolish version of herself bawling her eyes out after Jin Yong's rejection. Hyun Na Bi was neither sad nor emotional when looking at those now, it was rather interesting to see it, she murmured, "hmm… I must have been really sad"

Nam Joon Woo was confused by Hyun Na Bi's reaction to this, "You're not sad now?"

"Nope I'm not."

"You're lying"

Hyun Na Bi flipped her hair and walked closer to Nam Joon Woo, "Should I prove it to you by kissing you? Or sleeping with you?"

Nam Joon Woo was flustered. He was the college playboy but Hyun Na Bi was coming on strong towards him and that was something he did not expect. Nam Joon Woo hated Jin Yong and he approached Hyun Na Bi because he knew that would make Jin Yong angry. He had expected that Hyun Na Bi wouldn't speak a word him since everyone was aware about her loyalty Jin Yong and the entire college knew that Hyun Na Bi was a rude bitch to anyone other than her friends. But contrary to what he thought, she was talking to him well and she did not look sad at all. Last Friday when Jin Yong rejected Hyun Na Bi, it looked like she was ready to kill Ahn Se Na but today she did not even look at Jin Yong or Ahn Se Na the whole time. Nam Joon Woo saw Jin Yong staring at him a couple of times and he had achieved the result he wanted; making Jin Yong jealous. However he was starting to enjoy spending time with Hyun Na Bi. She did not look or talk like a bully and Nam Joon Woo was getting the thought that maybe everyone was wrong about her…
