11 Chapter 11

Hyun Na Bi gave a call to her mother. She liked her grandmother more than her mother but still she missed her mother. Even though she knew that her mother was not very fond of her, Hyun Na Bi wanted to see her mother one more time in the past after she had passed away. Now that she was alive, she had tried calling her mother multiple times but not once did her mother answer her call. Hyun Na Bi was at the stage where she was ready to forgive everything her mother did but her mother did not have time to even talk to her. Hyun Na Bi's mother had said that she lived in some city at the southern part but since she moved often, Hyun Na Bi had no idea where her mother was. She did not care either in the past, but after becoming an orphan with no one by her side, she missed her family. Hyun Na Bi's mother and grandmother passed away around the same time so she wanted to make use of the little time she had left with them.

Hyun Na Bi loved her father so much and she missed him equally at all times. He was the one who had always supported her and when she had moved on from Jin Yong she had no one else by her side to even chat with. Her father was no more and she wanted to bond with her mother now but it seemed impossible.

Hyun Na Bi spent most of her time with either Jeong Hyun Joo or Nam Joon Woo. It has been hardly ten days since she had come back to her past, but Hyun Na Bi was slowly forgetting about her past and trying to live her life now. She knew that couldn't see her children again ever even if she wanted to. So no matter how much she whines or cries, they are not coming back and she had accepted that truth. Hyun Na Bi had made a grave for them secretly. She knew they weren't dead but they exist no more in this life and she wanted at least that grave to serve as a reminder that her kids had existed in another time of her life.

Jin Yong had just stared at her a couple of times after that day. She hadn't seen him after that. She hadn't searched around for him so she had no idea if he was around or not. Hyun Na Bi had cancelled all the classes that she attended just for Jin Yong so she had more free time now. That was one of the reasons why she hadn't seen much of Jin Yong now.

Nam Joon Woo had started coming to her dorm to pick her up every day and this was creating uproar in the college. A rumor had started in the university that Hyun Na Bi was dating Nam Joon Woo the playboy just to get back at Jin Yong. But like everything else, she ignored the rumor. Hyun Na Bi was well past the age where she would fight girls for spreading false rumors about her.

Though Hyun Na Bi hadn't seen Jin Yong, he had seen her every day. He knew that he hurt her by rejecting her in front of everyone but he just couldn't understand why she was with Nam Joon Woo every time of the day. Jin Yong knew very well about Nam Joon Woo and he knew that Nam Joon Woo would never do anything unless he could gain something from that. He always had a hidden motive and that was one of the main reasons why he did not want Hyun Na Bi near him. But to his dismay she was always by his side and it was getting to him. Already rumors were afloat that Hyun Na Bi was dating Nam Joon Woo to get back at him and he was not sure how much truth was there in the rumor but if that was what Hyun Na Bi wanted, then it was working. Jin Yong was not just jealous; he wanted to kill Nam Joon Woo right now for staying next to Hyun Na Bi. He was trying hard to stay patient and let it go, but it was getting impossible for him.

Ahn Se Na was always by his side not letting him out of her sight. In Jin Yong's grand plan Ahn Se Na was just a pawn to reach the end game; Hyun Na Bi is, was and will be the queen at the end. Jin Yong was truly flustered when Hyun Na Bi proposed to him in front of everyone; he was totally not expecting it. If he had known about it earlier, he would have somehow stopped her. But it was too late and even if he wanted to say yes, he couldn't.

It had been more than a week since Jin Yong's birthday and Hyun Na Bi hadn't spoken a word to him after their brief encounter in his apartment. Jin Yong had expected that she Hyun Na Bi would be angry or rather disappointed with him but he did not expect that she would totally ignore him. Hyun Na Bi hadn't spared a glance at him this whole week and though he pretended like it did not bother him, he wanted to apologize to Hyun Na Bi and tell her the truth but he couldn't.

Hyun Na Bi was having lunch with Nam Joon Woo and a couple of his friends along with Jeong Hyun Joo and her boyfriend. Nam Joon Woo was sitting next to her and he was playing with her hair. One of the things that had made Hyun Na Bi happy about being 22 was that this was the time she had long hair. After marrying Park Dae Hyun she had to have her hair styled daily and it took hours for her to get ready and her mother in law had made her cut her hair.

Nam Joon Woo was pushing her hair away from her face and playing with her hair. Not many people noticed this as everyone was busy with what they were doing.

But Jin Yong was watching this. He was shooting daggers with his eyes but Hyun Na Bi was busy eating to notice that he was looking at her. He couldn't take it anymore after a certain point. Jin Yong walked straight towards Hyun Na Bi and without a word dragged her out with him holding her wrist.

Hyun Na Bi was stunned when suddenly someone dragged her but seeing that it was Jin Yong she calmed down.

Hyun Na Bi called out to him, "Oppa what are you doing?"

But Jin Yong did not say a word or stop when Hyun Na Bi was yelling behind him.

It was hard to match Jin Yong's pace, so she tried to talk to him, "Oppa wait" but Jin Yong released her arm only when they were out of everyone's eyes.

Jin Yong moved close to her and she could feel him hot breath but Hyun Na Bi did not step back, she stood her ground.

With a low growl Jin Yong warned her, "Stay away from him. Do you understand?"

Saying that Jin Yong left the place. He did not wait for an answer.

Seeing his retreating back Hyun Na Bi shouted, "Wait. You could have said that there. Why did you drag me here?"

Jin Yong paused for a second as if he wanted to say something but then continued walking. But Hyun Na Bi wasn't done talking to him; she shouted, "I won't"

When Jin Yong did not stop walking, she screamed once again, "Do you hear me? I said I won't"

Hyun Na Bi's lips had curled into a smile as she saw Jin Yong walking away furiously.

Nam Joon Woo had followed them to see what's going on and by the time he reached them, Jin Yong was leaving with a scowl on his face.

Nam Joon Woo chuckled, "Looks like someone is angry."

But Hyun Na Bi was not bothered, "Who cares…? Ahhh I'm hungry… Why did he have to drag me out when I haven't finished my lunch yet? Why couldn't he wait for some more time?"

"Even at this time you were thinking about food?"

"I'm hungry"

Hyun Na Bi looked like she was in a good mood and Nam Joon Woo couldn't help but ask about the rumors, "Are you trying to get him back by using me?"

Hyun Na Bi wanted to clarify about this topic once and for all, "No… I don't want him anymore even if he wants me"

And she turned to look at him and continued "and… I'm not using you. Who suggested we eat together? You. Who suggested we go out together to take pictures? You. Now why are you blaming me?"

Nam Joon Woo stood there listening to her and Hyun Na Bi said in a final tone, "Your free to walk away from me, I'm not stopping you" and continued walking towards the canteen. She wasn't bothered by either Jin Yong or Nam Joon Woo's words. Who cares what they think about her?

Nam Joon Woo couldn't refute her and from her actions he could see that Hyun Na Bi really wasn't bothered by Jin Yong at all.

"Wait for me."

But Nam Joon Woo believed her words and followed her inside.
