10 Chapter 10

Nam Joon Woo was confused by Hyun Na Bi's reaction. He had been to Jin Yong's birthday party which was hosted by Ahn Se Na the day before just to enjoy the fight that Hyun Na Bi would start but Hyun Na Bi was nowhere to be seen in the party. He had been expecting something huge to happen in the party but it was a normal boring party without any drama and he had left soon. In the party as usual Ahn Se Na was fawning over Jin Yong and he was the charming boyfriend in everyone's eyes.

After looking at her silently for some time, Nam Joon Woo questioned Hyun Na Bi, "You're not sad now?"

Hyun Na Bi looked at his eyes and replied, "Nope I'm not."

Nam Joon Woo had a smirk on his face, "You're lying. Your childhood sweetheart rejected you before a couple of days. How can you forget everything so easily?"

"It's a couple of days for you but a very long period for me…"

(Well its been 14 years but she couldn't tell him that)

"So you're happy and ready to date other men?"

Hyun Na Bi nodded her head. She hadn't given much thought to that, but yes she was ready to date other men.

Nam Joon Woo just smirked clearly showing that he did not believe her.

Seeing that Nam Joon Woo was adamant about not believing her, Hyun Na Bi decided to take extreme measures. Hyun Na Bi flipped her hair and walked closer to Nam Joon Woo, "Should I prove it to you by kissing you? Or sleeping with you?"

Seeing Nam Joon Woo's flustered face, Hyun Na Bi started laughing, "Relax I was just joking"

Nam Joon Woo was seated and he was trying hard to find out what was going on Hyun Na Bi's mind. But Hyun Na Bi was relaxed and looking at the pictures hanging around in the room without any thought. She found several of her photos in the room and she did not look happy in even a single picture.

Without turning to look at him, Hyun Na Bi said to Nam Joon Woo, "You have many pictures of me"

Nam Joon Woo just nodded his head, "I told you your gorgeous"

After looking at all the photos Hyun Na Bi turned towards Nam Joon Woo, "Why have I never seen you?"

Nam Joon Woo stated the most obvious answer, "Because you never looked"

Hyun Na Bi could not say anything to that because it was true, "Hmmm…."

She wasn't really interested in anyone other than Jin Yong in the past and therefore she never really bothered looking around. Hyun Na Bi never in her life thought that she would marry anyone other than Jin Yong so she wasn't really interested in other men.

Nam Joon Woo then asked Hyun Na Bi the question he had wanted to ask her from the time she came here with him, "Why did you come with me?"

Hyun Na Bi couldn't understand why he asked her the most obvious question, "You were the one who asked me. Remember?"

But Nam Joon Woo was not satisfied with her answer, he questioned her further, "Are you trying to make him jealous?"

Without looking at him, she answered, "Nahh... I have lost interest in him"

When she felt that his eyes were on her, she turned around and said to him, "My eyes are on you now"

Nam Joon Woo was a bit taken about by Hyun Na Bi's straight forwardness, but she continued, "Help me take good photos. I want to learn photography"

Hyun Na Bi loved photography but the Park family only had one word for that, 'the rich only get photographed they don't take pictures of others'.

Till now Hyun Na Bi couldn't understand what that meant. Her husband Park Dae Hyun had never forbid her from doing what she wanted but her mother in law used every single opportunity to never let her do anything she wants.

Hyun Na Bi was amazed as she saw all the photographs taken by Nam Joon Woo. She could feel the emotions behind these pictures and she had to agree that he was immensely talented.

Hyun Na Bi wholeheartedly complemented him, "You're really talented"

"I know"

"And a narcissist"

"Says the one who was over confident that Jin Yong would accept her proposal because she was the only one who is perfect"

"Can I kill you?"

"Not if you want to learn photography"

"Then let's get started"

Before she knew it more than two hours had passed. Hyun Na Bi had been going around the college campus with Nam Joon Woo and only then she understood how much she had missed in her college life because her sole attention was on Jin Yong. Though Nam Joon Woo seemed like a flirt and was aloof she could see that he did not cross any limit with her. Jeong Hyun Joo was nowhere to be seen when Hyun Na Bi came for lunch so she sat with Nam Joon Woo.

It had been such a long time since she laughed so much. She wasn't to even allowed to laugh loudly as it wasn't lady like and as time went on there had been nothing to laugh or smile about. Hyun Na Bi felt like all her problems had gone away and she was able to relax at last. The reality sunk in and she could feel that this was her life now and she no longer had to return to that horrible Park's.

Finally Hyun Na Bi felt like she was 22 again.
