Back in Time To You
Amanda thought she was born this way, to be betrayed, and end up like a fool who doesn't know what it is to live like a powerful person. She only dreamed of living a simple life with Edmund, her fiancée. However, she didn't expect to be betrayed by someone she'd loved. She's lost everything but the precious ring her mother had given her. Knowing she couldn't let them have their way, she swallowed the ring before plunging to her death. However, she didn't expect to wake up in her room after her death. As she continues, she will be facing the same plot of her life. However, she will change it into a brand new life. But, as she goes on turning the tables. She will be encountering unexpected events that will make her change.
Chapter 44
"Can you hold them for me?" Amanda turned to Diane,
"Yes, ma'am." Diane smiled.
"Which one, teal or amethyst?" Amanda held up the sweaters for Shannon to choose.
"Hmm... I like the teal." Shannon grabbed the sweater.
Amanda asked Shannon if she wanted to take a look at the others.
"Why don't you take a look at some of these clothes and see if anything's there to your liking?" Amanda asked.
Shannon squealed with happiness.
She picked out some plain dresses, pants, and blouses.
According to her liking, of course.
Amanda thought she'd pick out all of the most expensive ones.
Much to her surprise Shannon only picked the plain beautiful ones.
"Are you sure about that?" Amanda chuckled nervously,
"Yeah, I find it comfy." Shannon giggled.
"Okay.." Amanda exhaled,
'She's kind of acting different right now. I wonder what she's up to...'
Amanda took out her credit card to scan the payment.
"Now that we're through with clothes, why don't we move to shoes to match your outfits?"
"Yay!" Shannon giggled with excitement.
They went to a shoe store and Shannon picked anything she liked.
Which isn't that many though.
'What's going on in her?' Amanda wondered suspiciously.
Shannon seemed happy on what she bought though.
'She's getting harder to read.' Amanda thought as she paid for the stuff.
Shannon volunteered to hold the packages.
After moments from store to store, they finally stopped to take a bite.
"Sis, how come you've got so much money?" Shannon asked,
"Oh, it's just from my allowance every day. You know, I don't really spend much." Amanda shrugged.
Amanda can't really tell her she had another company with Vidia and Colin.
That she had a private bank account.
