Touring the island | Part 1

With morning sun William woke up from his sleep. It is still hard for him to adopt to this life style. Although he was just a cleaner in his previous life but still he was living comfortably with all necessary facilities. But after coming to here, he only got one advantage that is this younger body and everything else is too hard to handle. for example, food without spices is not tasty at all, no mobile, no electricity, at night we cant work at all. his clothes was luxury for others but he felt his cleaning clothes were better than this. plus people of this era doesn't not know the underwear. His room is also simple with one table one bed and bronze mirror which he brought from his home. Bed is to hard to sleep. It was really uncomfortable for him to adopt to this circumstances. On the top this all his dam system is also shutdown because of energy deficiency, hence he was unable to inspect the source of energy for system.

With all this thought he got up, completed his morning activities. He started thinking about improving his lifestyle first. his father has given him a limited resources. He has to use it wisely. He also have to look after people around him. In total nearly 140 people are depended on him. he thought about inspecting the surrounding today. You first need to know about your surrounding to make any future plans. although they brought lot of food but it will last for 6 month for all this people. He need to find out local food source for his people.

After coming out of his room, He was greeted by Deny in corridor,

'Good morning, aunt Deny. How is your day today?' he said.

'Greetings my lord, Today is really a beautiful day. let me make you some breakfast.' Deny said and scurried away to prepare breakfast.

William also walk outside the mansion in front yard. Servant were doing there home chores, Roland and all knights was practicing swords in near ground. He spotted uncle Smith, went towards him.

'How was your night uncle Smith? did you have good sleep last night? ' he said

looking at energetic William, ' It was okay, seat here we will have our breakfast.' Smith signal him to seat besides him on large stone platform. Smith was seeing changes in William after his accident. Although William was always polite with them but he was lot impatient person. But now by seeing his calm and stable attitude, Smith was happy but little confused also. William's voice bring him out of his reverie.

'Uncle Smith, I think we should make tour of surrounding estate, also we need to know attitude of people around us. Let roam today, meet some villagers. I can also observe there village and living conditions.' He said.

'It is good of you to think about this, William. We do need to scout the area. We don't even have map of this area. Also need to announce to the resident about your ownership of this Rocco island.' Smith said .

Deny brought the breakfast for both, which was simple bread and tea. After talking about todays agenda Smith went away to prepare some knights for outing. Roland also wanted to come but was stopped by Smith. Someone responsible need to be present at mansion to safeguard the supply all the time.

'Roland, do not worry we are taking 50 knight for outing, you should be okay with 40 to guard the mansion, right?' William said with smiling face.

'I will follow your order my lord. Have a safe outing.' Roland said.

With his yes we started our journey with village area first. Village is located at half a mile from mansion. Road towards village is completely in mess, hole and dirt can be seen everywhere. William and Smith seat on horse and remaining knight walk on foot. After some time they spotted the village. By the look of it, village looks simple with rough huts and some houses. there is no wall fencing around village, also no gate. William and his company entered the village. people stared distancing themselves from them. William got down from his house, walk towards one of the house.

'Is anyone home. Is there a village head around here?' William ask in sharp voice.

Elderly women was working inside come out to see who was calling her. upon seeing a noble young man with handsome face standing in front of her with smiling face, She got scared. ' What do you want? We have nothing to offer? ' She said after accumulating lot of courage.

'Madam, I am not here to ask for anything. Can you tell me if this village has leader? if so then point me in his home's direction.' William said politely.

Upon seeing his polite attitude towards her, she felt relief. ' We do have head of the village. He live in the center of the village. His name is Herold. If you go straight ahead you will reach his house.'

'Thank you madam for you guidance.' He thanks her , seating on his horse they again resume there walk towards center of village.

Herold , Village chief in his 40's, got the news of noble arrival on island yesterday. He was also oppressed by the noble in Vasco kingdom. Upon falsely accusing of theft, he run away with his family to this island. It has been 10 years now they are living here. Although there are lot of difficulty they are facing here such as shortage of food, medicinal facility. As soil of the island is less fertile the agricultural output is quit low. hence to support the villagers, he form fishermen team, most of the time they catch good fishes which is there main diet. But to feed 1000 people at once is still challenging task. although they are facing this difficulties but there life are free here without presence of noble and kingdoms rule. They all want to go to kingdom and live happy life there but they can't go as they are outcasted by kingdom.

Now that noble has enter his with his knight, there struggle will only increase, he thought. Just as he was thinking about all this, one 10 year boy from village came to him with noble coming towards his house. Even if he hates the noble for there atrocities, He still got up and went to greet them.

With smile on his face, ' Greetings estimate lord. Welcome to our humble Village.' Herold said.

Before William could said anything, his uncle Smith replied, ' Greetings Village chief, You are standing in front of second son of Earl Thornwood, Lord of this Rocco island. Earl has given his son this island to rule, from today onwards you will be under lord Williams rule. '

After finding out the identity of young noble man, Herald got shocked, also scared about there future. They have multiple experience with nobles. 'Sorry for clumsiness, Welcome lord William to my humble house, please come inside.'

' Thank you for your polite invitation chief, lets have talk inside.' William said. He told all of them to stope at gate. two knight, Smith and he went inside the house with Herold.

William enter the home with Smith and was about to seat on simple wooden chair. he got shock od millennia.
