1 Prologue

The sky was dark, clouds impending the doom that was about to break out.

With a crackle, lightning fell on a bunch of trees in the forest, making everyone jump out of fright.

Soon enough, rain started pouring relentlessly and they were all stuck there. 'They' being students of the most prestigious supernatural academy, Bliss.

The mages, werewolves and vampires were helpless as they stared at the fat droplets of water falling down.

The reason behind this was a golden barrier, shielding them from the outside world. The entire forest was encased in the barrier. Except this wasn't to trap the students, but to protect them.

One of the students, a blonde-haired werewolf gritted his teeth, eyes glowing in anger, "This is all because of the asshole, Rafe. If he hadn't provoked the beast out of his lair, we wouldn't be stuck here."

"I know right?! What was that blockhead thinking? He wanted to woo our Princess by taming the most powerful beast on these lands?? Was he even thinking?"

The man on his right clenched his fist, almost as angry as the blonde.

"Princess… Ah, our cute Princess… Do you think she's alright? What if she gets scared and her hormones go berserk? Then her fertility might reduce. That bastard Rafe, this is all because of him!!"

Both had a lovestruck appearance on the mention of the Princess.

Meanwhile, the so-called Princess was currently munching on some candied chestnuts while sitting on top of a beast.

It was quite the odd scene.

When the gigantic muddy beast grunted in displeasure, the dainty woman smacked his head.

"Be obedient. Or you won't get any food."

The beast settled down, disgruntled.

"Ah… And here I thought I finally had some time to rest. But that idiot won't leave me alone."

Her pink lips pursed up in frustration as she sensed his presence.

The idiot she was talking about was an infamous maniac, who went through hell just to find her.

Even if he was dangerously handsome, she couldn't help but want to run away. He was the hunter, she was the prey.

Before she could get off the beast, a shadow whizzed past the beast and carried her down. The shadow further pinned her against the wall cave.

A hot breath fanned her lips, dark amethyst eyes holding her captive. Her breath hitched in her throat.

"You-"

"You thought you could run away from me? How naive, Kanae. You and your body only belong to me. Me, your mate, your fiance, your lover. Do you understand?"

The charming face in front of her made her knees go weak.

She couldn't speak for a moment, before shaking her head.

"You are so delusional. I'm not your lover! How many times do I have to tell you?!"

He raised an eyebrow.

"Oh, is that so? Okay then. I'll leave you to your suitors."

And the next second, she was sent to the forest where hundreds of men were waiting for her.

"Princess!!"

Multiple shouts were heard, screaming for her.

Biting her lip, she called out in her head, 'System!!! Help me out!'
