CHAPTER 6, THE MEMORIES PAINTING FEAR IN THE HEART

The girl lying down looks like a mermaid, she has sea green scales and a shirt of seaweed. She just lies there, her body seems to be releasing a faint amount of magical energy, from looking at her I can tell she's hurt at the very least.

"Who is she?" I ask them.

"Fomalhaut, the Southern Fish Familiar." Dorado answers. "The constellation's real name Piscis Austrinus, we call her Fomalhaut."

"What's wrong with her?" I ask them.

"She's sick, so much that she can barely move. Since we water based spirits can heal our bodies when we are in water we went as deep as we could to help hear heal faster." The boy explains. "We've been here for a long time but she still hasn't healed. We thought of bringing her south but she's so weak she can barely move."

"I might be able to help." I say. "Reveal, Lyra's Medium. Come, my Harp Familiar, Lyra."

"Wait, Master I'm still-" Dorado was about to say something but I had summoned Lyra already.

"Master, how may I help?" She says sticking close to me so she can breath. So I can summon two at once.

"Wait, why can I summon two Familiars at once?" I asked the two.

"Master is extremely compatible with Familiar Magic. So with your natural gift for summoning it seems you can summon two without any set backs." Lyra said.

"Please play Vega." I say as I realized what was happening to Fomalhaut.

"Understood." She says and sings her tune, slowly a warm light wraps around Fomalhaut, when the light finally fades and Lyra disappears Fomalhaut slowly opens her eyes.

"Alrescha, Alpherg? Where are we...?" She ask they all have deep blue hair and pearly eyes.

"The sea not far from Port Aquamarine where we last met." The girl who must be South answers.

"Who is he?" She asks pointing at me.

"M-my name is Haru Morganite Tsuki." I say. "How do you feel, Fomalhaut?"

"He's the one who saved you." North says. "Alrescha, he's the one who we will serve from now on."

"Yes." Alrescha answers. "What about you Foma?"

"I will serve him as thanks for saving my life." She says.

"Excuse me." I say and kiss Alrescha then Alpherg and finally Fomalhaut. "With this it's done right?"

"Yes." The three say and disappear, their Mediums appear, for Pisces the Medium is a bracelet that has two fishes on it. For Fomalhaut it's a necklace with a fish carrying a coral.

I return to the surface and there everyone has been waiting eagerly for my return. It seems that it's almost sunset. "Well how'd it go?" Neph asks.

"I got two in one." I say. "Pisces and Pisces Austrinus."

Everyone is extremely cheerful after hearing that it was a success. I might get used to this loud.

As we all ate dinner that night everyone was in high spirits. I noticed Aria staring in my direction but when I turned my head she averted her eyes. I've noticed this a lot lately, she's been staring at me.

"Come take me, let us travel beyond this land, to the ends of the world." I hear a voice singing this song.

"Did you guys hear that?" I ask them.

"Hear what?" Rogue asks just then the boat begins to rock. "What is going on?"

"Master, the water has turned wild, please tell all members to hang on." Leo says via direct telepathy to me.

"Everyone, please hang on." I say. "The waters have turned wild."

Thankfully we've finished dinner so some of us head up to the deck to sea what is happening. It seems that the clouds are clear but the water itself has turned wild as if manipulated by something. "Leo, what is going on?" I ask.

"The water have turned rough, it happens often in these parts." Wolf says. "This area of the sea is known as Whirlpool Waters, a part of the sea where whirlpools appear suddenly."

"What should we do?" I ask.

"We need to get out of the waters first." Leo says as Master and Jade try to help him with the wheel.

"That's a tall order, we can barely control the ship." Aria says, holding on to the railing so she doesn't fall off. Just then my necklace shines a simple glow and an idea fills my head.

"Reveal; Pisces' Medium. Come, my Paired Fish Familiar; Pisces." I say and the two appear beside me while Leo vanishes. I made him return because I'm worried what might happen if I summon two Zodiac Familiars at once. "Can you two get us out of the water?"

"We can, we'll push the boat out." South says and the two of them jump into the water and turn into giant fishes, they look like whales. They then push the boat till we reach calm waters, far from the whirlpools.

While we all rest in our cabins after the whole whirlpool incident I notice that I've hardly had a bath for two days. I wonder if this is what it's to be an adventurer. I lie down on my bed and get some sleep. But, before that, the strong headache that accompanies the return of my memories fill my head. As I trembled at the memories, I'm starting to get scared, of who and what I really am. The memories I have they contradict the memories shown in my head and I'm scared. As fear started to over come me, I fell asleep.

When I open my eyes, I'm at a place I've never seen before. It's a beach, on a large stone I see a woman, she's carrying a jug, she has deep blue hair that isn't tied. South had hers tied in two ponytails. The two of them look alike and different at the same time. Her hair is more like Fomalhaut's. I wonder who she is. "Who are you miss?" I ask her as I approach her.

"Greetings child, don't be afraid I'm not a foe. I wish for you to trust me." She says, she has a gentle voice. "My friends call me Aqua, we shall meet soon so until then your questions will have to wait."

"Okay." I say and she places her left hand on my head.

The two of us walk along the shores as we watch the clear blue waters meet with the silver shore. The sky looks like it can't decide what time it is because even though it's sky blue I still see stars. I see a bunch of little crabs walking along the shores as seaweeds wash up shore. In the distance I see a small shine, I walk towards it and pick it up. It's a small gem, about an inch in diameter and two inches in length. I hand it to her and she smiles happily. She takes a strand of seaweed and turns it into a small string then places the gem into a small shell and fixes the shell to the string then make me wear it. As return to where we met, she gives me a gentle hug and waves me bye as she slowly fades along with the rest of the place.

After I wake up I wonder what time it is so I look outside my window and see that it's still dark and there are lots of stars so I decided to go up to the deck for some star gazing. The stars look beautiful up here than through the window in my room, their clearer to than when I was in Goshenite town, everyone in the guild is lucky to see such views like this.
