CHAPTER 12, THE TRAGIC FATE OF THE TWINS

"Oi! What do you mean a fake?!" Dia asked and grabbed my collar. Everyone looked liked they wanted to say something but couldn't.

"Haru, the name of the heir to the Aerial Isles throne. Didn't I tell you? My real name is Haruki." I said as they recalled the night when I told them. "I'm a seal... the one that seals half of Haru's true power. When Haru was born, the power he bared was too much for him to control as a mere child. Because of that, he was split into two seals, the Seal of Two Souls."

"What are you talking about?" Neph asked.

"Two souls, twins bound by a single thread. When the seal is undone, Haruki and Haruka become one and reform to revive Haru back into this world." I answered with a smile. "When the Eclipse happens, with the power I have and with the power that has accumulated in the Aerial Isles, along with the power I have retrieved from Haruka, we'll wake Haru and bring him back into the world."

"What's going to happen to you after that?" Aria asked with a worried expression.

"I'll disappear physically but Haru will have both my memories and a piece of my personality." I answered as I opened my arms to the fiancees. They cane running and I held them close. "That's why, you don't have to worry, nothing bad is going to happen."

"Do you have to do this?" Master asked it seems that I've truly worried everyone.

"If I don't, I'll ascend into the higher plains." I answered, because of how much power Haruka returned to me, I'm starting to ascend. I loomed at everyone with a worried expression and I got an idea. Itapped the ground beside me and called out to him. "Haruka, there are people I want you to meet."

"Geez... you really didn't have to make them cry!!" He answered as he appeared beside me. "They're worried about you, be good and behave yourself."

"That's... the boy inside the crystal!!" Hoshi-san exclaimed with a shocked expression.

"Allow me to introduce my brother and other self. Haruka Morganite Tsuki." I said as I got up and stood beside Haruka. "When we were children, we were nearly killed by assassins, Lita saved us by giving us some of her blood but I awakened as with the power of the Hero and Haruka awakened with the power of the Demon King."

"So, in order to keep us alive, our parents sealed me within the crsytal here. When we become one, the two are going to become a contradiction and supress each other." Haruka stated. "I hope you're willing to accept me as you have accepted Haruki as well. I'm fine if some of you don't treat me like him but as long as you're willing to talk to me, please... I beg of you."

"What are you talking about? Haruki and Haruka? Who cares... all we ever knew was Haru." Jade answered. "In the first place, aren't you just the same person only different bodies?"

"Thank you." Haruka said. "Haruki, when the Eclipse comes, the seal will be undone, we can do this, bind my soul and power to your body and become Haru."

"Yeah." I answered him. "I'm going to end this tragic fate of ours, so wait a little longer."

"Haru-er, Haruki how many more secrets are you keeping?" Storm asked and I turned to Haruka and smiled stiffly.

"Who knows, my memories now aren't complete." I answered. "A part of it is still sealed with Haruka and most of my magical power and knowledge has been sealed in both of us because our bodies can't withstand the power."

"Come to think of it, you're the Hero now but what is the difference between your true power and current power?" Rose asked.

"The power that is not of this world. The True Blessing of Light." We answered. "That is what it is. Endless control over our current power and a few other things, we don't know what elese but it is believed to be a power that transcends time and space."

"Is that so?" Alexi asked.

"Yeah." I answered.

"Haruki... keep a close eye on those Researches of Lost Wisdom, I don't like what they're scheming." Haruka told me and I nodded. "Alright, you all seem down when you came here to enjoy yourselves, want me to tell you embarrassing stories of our past?"

"Ehh? I'm interested." Dia said with a smirk.

"When we were kids, there was a time when Haruki said he wanted to destroy the world because he was bitten by a mosquito." He laughed and I immediately covered his mouth as everyone grin. "Whenever he got mad he'd always say he'd destroy the world."

"Hahaha, I'm not sure if a kid could do that." Sirius laughed as he held his chest in laughter.

"But seing as how it's you, maybe you could do it." Aqua added.

"No more grim expressions, well then, Haruki I'll be going now. Enjoy your time." Haruka told me and I nodded.

As we were enjoying our time, I ordered the maids to prepare something to eat. As I held my fiancees in my arms, I got a message via telepathy.

"Haruki, it's been found." Tsubaki-san told me. "A teleportation circle, not far from Alfheim, the nations of elves amd fairies, to the north of their capital Sistine."

"I understand, thank you." I answered her.

"Everyone, I'm sorry to say I have something to take care of immediately." I said as I covered my hair in my hood and changed it's color to black along with the color of my clothes and glasses.

"Ehh? Do you have to go?" Glimmer asked and I nodded my head.

"Where are you going and what are you going to do?" Silver asked.

"Just some political things, I'm thinking of making contact with Alfheim next, they seem to have experienced an attack of demons earlier today." I told him. "I think I'd be easier to form an alliance with nations who have experienced the power of demons first hand."

"Take care." Aria said and kissed my cheek I opened a gate. "Come home safely."

"You guys get some rest, by our calendar it's already night." I told them and they nodded.

I entered the gate with only one thought in my head that night. I wish that this is the Warehouse or at the Factory atleast so that I can use it.
