Chapter 11: Tier 1

Arthas's eyes widened in shock and disbelief as he looked at the daunting upgrade requirements for the Townhall.

The costs were exorbitant, far beyond what he could have ever imagined.

He couldn't even begin to fathom how long it would take him to gather enough wealth to meet these prerequisites.

The generous amount of gold he received from his father barely makes a dent in the hefty Gold requirements for the Townhall.

And gold didn't just appear out of thin air, there was a limit to what his father could provide him with.

Arthas knew he couldn't count on any additional funds from his father for a long time, as he had not anticipated his son splurging it all on developing a base.

For now, Arthas would have to focus on building the rest of the Tier 1 structures with the limited funds he has.

He could still afford one or two more buildings currently.

But he needed to start implementing a business plan quickly or risk running out of resources before completing even the first tier of development.

Once all Tier 1 buildings were constructed, then he could begin considering ways to procure enough Gold for the elusive Townhall upgrade.

However, he also wondered if any of the other Tier 1 buildings could still be upgraded as well.

It was certainly something worth considering as he mapped out his plans for his budding territory.

...

As time passed on the day of the grand Townhall celebration.

Arthas gathered everyone together and gave them the awaiting news.

That they would now be living in the impressive building that loomed over them.

Before this, some of them had lived in the modest farmhouse with Arthas.

While others resided in the various barns that had been converted into makeshift living spaces.

But now, with moving into the Townhall, they would all have a new and better home.

The excitement was palpable as everyone scrambled to pack their belongings and make their way inside.

As they bustled about, Arthas took a step back and admired the newly unlocked Tier 1 Buildings.

As it turns out, the Tier 1 Buildings are indeed capable of being upgraded.

Excitement and anticipation filled the air, as he perused through the detailed descriptions of each building.

Trying to determine which one was most worthy of his next investment.

The possibilities seemed endless as he imagined the potential uses and benefits of each structure.

Finally, with a determined glint in his eyes, he made his decision and set about bringing his chosen building to life.

...

The grand Townhall stood tall and imposing.

Its exterior adorned with ornate columns and intricate stained glass windows that glinted in the sunlight.

Located in a private room meant for serious affairs, Arthas sat at a large oak desk.

Contemplating over his plans about another building's construction.

Marwyn, one of his Private Knights was sent to fetch Mike.

About an important meeting taking place.

...

As Mike made his way through the bustling halls, he could feel the energy and excitement in the air.

The sounds of chatter and footsteps echoed off the walls, creating a symphony of noise that filled the space.

Despite the chaos, Mike was filled with a sense of anticipation as he approached the doorway at the end of the hall.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, Mike appeared in the doorway.

His face was flushed with exertion and his clothes were slightly rumpled, as if he had hurriedly dressed after receiving urgent news from Arthas.

Taking a deep breath to calm himself, he entered the large oak room where maps and blueprints lay scattered across a large table.

Arthas, who had been busy studying one of the maps, looked up as he heard Mike's arrival.

"Ah, you're finally here," he said with a hint of amusement in his voice.

Mike couldn't contain his excitement any longer and replied eagerly, "Yes, your Highness!"

"Perhaps you already know why I called you over?" Arthas asked with a small smile.

A grin spread across Mike's face as he saw the blueprint laid out on the table in front of him.

"Of course! This must be about the construction of another building?" he exclaimed, unable to hide his enthusiasm.

Arthas nodded and gestured for Mike to take a closer look at the blueprint he had copied from his system.

Mike's eyes widened in amazement as he took in every detail of the intricate design.

He knew this was going to be an incredible project and couldn't wait to get started.

If you wonder why the chapter looks different than before, it's because I revised it for the better or to adjust with the chapters in the future.

This won't be the last time, as I'll make changes throughout the story so there won't be any discrepancies.

If you guys notice anything wrong, or out of place. Let me know and I'll make the corresponding revisions to fix that.

Also if you have any ideas on how you want the story to go, feel free to tell me! I am open to anything, and it actually helps me a lot in writing.
