Story 18 Broken Hearts. Mended Lives Chapter 1

The saddest thing was seeing someone at a complete loss for themselves. Whether they be human or animal, when they stare soullessly out into the void with nothing in their eyes as everything within them has been broken. That was the worst feeling to myself as I could feel that same listless feeling when I lay in bed wondering if today was just another day to pass through.

Well such philosophical thoughts didn't matter as much to me after I died in... A very fucking stupid way. I was at a pool and when a fat ass that had to buy his shorts in dinosaur sizes on the things sticker tried to use the diving board.

The fucking diving board exploded under all the pressure sending plastic and wood shards everywhere like a hand grenade and I got a splinter the size of my thumb that got shot through my eye like it was shot out of a canon which was damn near instant death.

This then led to my whole reincarnation process and it turned out that my soul was very receptive to soul bonds and perfectly suited for rehabilitating a certain cliche in the multiverse. "This... Like how well put together is she?" I asked as I watched the monitor showing the blank-eyed form of Hinata Hyuga who was sitting in another room.

My sponsor coughed and said frankly. "Well... In her timeline a Chunin Exams took place at Kumo and things happened that involved her getting an endless train ran on her via the ninja villages occupants. She has had her body cleaned up of any issues, her virginity technically restored and all that other jazz but the mind break and cock shock... Yeah, that requires a softer hand and a more active life outside of being held in stasis."

I looked at the list of seemingly endless women that had been battered, drugged, hypnotized, forced, and all other nasty things and couldn't help but grimace with my sponsor sighing and saying gently. "Bro, they are cleaned up and almost all them will love you more deeply than you can ever imagine. They are the abused pit bulls that get sent to the pound and will latch on and love whoever shows them affection. Let go of any alpha male shit about them being damaged goods and take in these girls as I swear to you. That they will literally do anything for you." 

I slowly nodded as yeah... They were the textbook description of used and abused women, which could be difficult, but I wanted to look past that, they were healing and hell... I was literally fucking being reincarnated with superpowers, my body being enhanced and the potential to use whatever the hell magic and nonsense of whatever universe I went to!

I had a phenomenal deal rather than just a cheat being given to me, I was given basically infinite potential and a strong body to start off with. All in return for accepting at least five of these women to be delivered over time as I made my life in this new universe.

Exhaling I held up my hands as I said with a wry smile. "Alright, you got me. Where do I sign?" 

My sponsor smiled and then he opened up his desk and before I could react a blur of purple light shot into my chest making my form shiver and shake as I could my body being unmade and remade to be far more perfect and efficient.

"Alright dude, so here is your cheats or whatever. Basically, you are a martial arts savant with you picking them up easily. Next, you have the standard energy gradient that allows you to use damn near any supernatural energy source in the known multiverse... Trust me you won't find anything you cannot use as thousands of Jake's have done everything from cheese magic to killing Thanos and Darkseid via fart bending."

Even as I processed all that information my sponsor continued happily ignoring my seizure-like shaking, as it was 'par' for the course for all Jake's when we get our cheats/boosts. "Next is the body healing ability you have, basically if you lay your bare skin on someone else's you can project your vitality into them to heal them of all bodily issues besides mental issues and this includes your bodily fluids being used to heal as well even more potently."

He coughed seeing my form calming down as I tilted my head forward remembering my EMT training so I wouldn't choke on my tongue and with my arms crossed over my chest as I hugged myself to stability. "Lasty due to you signing up for five ladies at once to be delivered over time with possibly more to be added should you desire, you will be given hammerspace inventory and identification. That will allow you to pass undetected in the new universe as being foreign with shallow memories of you being there being inserted into that paperwork." 

And with that, he hummed with his eyes glowing before he grinned and said. "Alright to save time, I already looked into the future and saw who you would have picked... Hats off to you honestly, good taste bro. But good luck and don't get snapped out of existence!" 

He then snapped his fingers and from behind me and in a blur I saw a portal open behind Hinata herself on the monitor and then as I was sucked into the portal I felt a form gently hit my own as we were both shot through the multiverse to wherever the hell I was being sent.

A comical thumping noise rang out as I landed on some admittedly rather soft grass and I was staring up into the stars above me as a soft form laid flat on my chest as I just processed that I was already halfway through the two main tags of being a standard isekai protagonist. First I already had a waifu in my arms but I still needed to get the whole infinite power bullshit.

"Please tell me you aren't going to punch a hole through my chest," I spoke wryly as I felt Hinata slowly sit up to straddle my waist. And then I stared into those pools of lavender that didn't have an iris and I was entranced by those eyes that reflected the dim moonlight coming down from above us.

She slowly lifted a hand that was laying on my lower stomach and I felt her palm lay over my heart as she leaned down closer to me. "Why did you pick me... I am broken." She stated more than asked in a whisper.

Hinata clearly knew she was going to be difficult and I took a breath and with her palm over my heart I honestly didn't know if she had some super way of knowing if I was telling a lie so I answered frankly. "Honestly Hinata. You were always my favorite lady from yeah... But, I wanted to help you, and I wanted your help to get my life to the best place it could be."

There was a moment as she looked at me as her legs tightened around my waist and I thought she was going to run away or something but she exhaled sharply before sighing and looking at me with a weak smile as her hand that was over my heart was gently removed with that hand going further up to my face as a flush entered her cheeks.

"I... I am broken, I need help with certain needs lest I kinda..." She drew off and I gave a wry smile at hearing that and I responded with brutal honesty.

"Hinata whatever happens is up to you besides how I may flirt with you. So can I please get up from the dirt?" I asked as I didn't want to be lying down in the middle of grass in the middle of a park for god knows how long for a spider or something to come to bite me.

She blinked and with a flex of her legs she hopped backward with her standing on her feet from where she was straddling my form with her legs flat on the ground... Which was honestly impressive but she was a ninja after all. So matching her I stood up and finally got to take in my surroundings properly. 

'Nice parkland. Looks like a city in surrounding us and... Oh, this is NYC?' I thought as I took in the Empire State Building and as I made the mental connection I heard a soft thumping noise and right at my feet a backpack got dropped on my feet with a glowing sticky note plastered onto the bag.

[Here is a start-up gift, you are in NYC and I am not going to make you homeless here especially. So take a couple grand and either get the hell out of dodge or find ways to make money so you don't have to live out on the streets.] Within the backpack was a bundle of three, thousand dollar bundles made out of the twenties and then beside that were a couple of pamphlets that had my own and Hinata's information so we could actually get apartments and whatnot.

I took a breath and looking at the money I knew that we needed to find out what universe we were actually in as I had no doubt that this universe was a high-end one with how generous my patron was being. So I said. "Hinata let's go get a hotel so we can wait out the night and then we can go to the library to find out what has been happening alright?"
