[Location: A club known as The Den]

The three leaders sat on opposite couches while women dressed in short, skimpy, revealing clothes approached them with different kinds of expensive drinks that were smuggled from Neveah. As they walked in and out of the room, the leader of the Serpents would touch their sensitive areas and lick his lips like the perverted creep he was known to be.

"Please, Kazak," the red-haired man spoke in a low, deep voice. "Have some respect and leave the women alone. Control yourself."

"Now, now, Rhys," Kazak replied while licking his lips. "You can't blame me for wanting to have a little fun, can you?" He smirked and quickly grabbed one woman and sat her on his lap while sliding his hands up her thighs. "You can't expect me not to appreciate such beauty, can you?"

"Enough." The Alteca leader barked as they waved their hand, signalling for all the women to leave. "If you're not ready to discuss business and just wanted to waste my time, I'll take myself out of here and go."

"Fine. I'll get on with it." Kazak placed his hands over his face and sighed three times before placing them down. His facial expression changed to one of seriousness as he got ready to speak. "First of all, I want to thank both of you for coming here alone without any escorts or protection. It warms my heart to know that you…trust me this much."

"Please, Kazak," Rhys muttered angrily. "Get to the freaking point. Some of us have important things to do."

"Relax comrades. Let me get started, alright? As we all know, Chief Damian Prince has been severely injured and is currently in the hospital. Not many know of his state, and I'm not sure he'll be getting up anytime soon. However, there's a new Chief in charge of the police, and he means serious business."

"You're right," Alteca continued. "My sources say that he's taking down all the mechanical units and replacing them with regular human units. However, they're each going to be equipped with new technology that's supposedly meant to 'ease the work of the police.' I would had some samples but not even the police working for me know where the tech's being manufactured. All I know is that they'll be distributed and put into action by next week, since Neveahian children will be studying here."

"Bingo!!" Kazak cheered. "Here's where the real interesting news is. Since Prince is down, our little friend Kong no longer has the protection he's always had." Rhys and Alteca's sitting postures changed as soon as Kazak finished his last sentence. "Yes, pretty good news, isn't it?"

"Finally. The Gorillas don't have the protection they've always had," Rhys muttered. "Now we can take them down once and for all and then go for Jin next."

"Hold it," Kazak replied. "We can't just start planning what's going to happen next. We need to take our time. There's a reason The Gorillas are the biggest and strongest, you know. Kong already has the trust of more than half of Desper's citizens. If we dare to attack without a plan, we'll have them do deal with. He truly is a man who plans things out."

"True," Alteca answered. "And even though we prepare now, there's still the underlying fact that the new Chief loathes them with a passion. So not only will the Gorillas have to deal with us, they have the police watching their every move, waiting for them to slip up so they'll take them down with ease."

"And with these new suits," Kazak placed a round disk on the floor that produced a holographic image of the six Dystopian Unit police suits that were to be given by the start of next week, "the police are going to be more aggressive. Now, here's where the challenge is."

"If I'm correct, Kong has already thought of these facts and is currently making out a plan on how he's going to rival us and the police. I won't be surprised if the man has already got some things cooked up. Also, he's very smart. He may be a wall of muscle, but he's backed up with brains as well."

"Where are you going with this?" Rhys questioned.

"Relax, Rhys," Kazak smiled. "Like I said, we need to be smart with this. We can't just move on without thinking, otherwise we'll end up losing what we've spent years building. I suggest that we form a joint gang, dedicated to taking down Kong and Jin next."

"No," Alteca quickly replied without even giving it a second thought. "We know you, Kazak. Working with you is a gamble, let alone working with you to take someone else down."

"Hear me out, Alteca," he smiled once more. "Alone, I can't go against the Gorillas. Have you forgotten how violent they all were before Chief Prince was in office? Now that he's gone, they're going to revert to their old ways. Plus, they're backed up with high-tiered beast crystals."

"So, you want us to take out their Hunter society?" Rhys asked. "If we do so, we'll not only render them powerless but also…"

"Become the newest distributors of crystals," Alteca interrupted. "With their main source of income down, they'll have to decommission more of their own just to stay afloat."

There was a short moment of silence in the room as the three gang leaders went into a state of deep thought. As they did so, Rhys noticed something strange happening to Alteca.

"There's something in your jacket, Alteca."

"Wha-"

*BOOM*

The small item Krista dropped earlier was actually a smoke bomb which was detonated remotely by Dezhong. As soon as it exploded, Dezhong quickly dashed to the lower floor and slipped another disk through the cracks of the door. The three leaders, dazed and angered, quickly ran to the door but soon came to learn that it was blocked.

"It's an ambush," Alteca announced with fury emanating from their voice. "Someone's trying to kill us."

"Stand back. I'm going to blow this door off its hinges." Rhys' hands lit up in flames as he generated a small fireball between his palms. However, before he threw them at the door, the disk that Dezhong slipped under the door lit up with a green hologram that showed Kong's face.

"Kazak, Alteca, Rhys," The message started to play. "This is a clear warning to the three of you. Any sudden acts you do to my people is a declaration of war. I will bring down hell on all of you and take you down, for good this time."

*BOOM*

After the message ended, the disk exploded, releasing a powerful shockwave with raging flames, a specialty from Kong himself. The force from the explosion shook the foundations of the club, and all who were in it ran out in fear. As for the three leaders, they were luckily saved from getting blown up by Rhys, who manipulated the flames to disperse away from them.

"He tried to kill us," an infuriated Alteca screamed while struggling to escape. Kazak remained quiet throughout the entire event and only had one thing to say.

"Declaration of War!" he muttered loud enough for the others to hear. "Kong's declared war on us by initiating the first attack."

"That son of a b*tch's gonna pay." With one punch to the door, Rhys blasted it off its hinges and quickly ran to the top floor, hoping to find who was responsible for it.

"The girl." Alteca muttered. "The girl who bumped into me. She had something to do with this." Both Kazak and Alteca ran to the upper floor where they found people quickly running out of the club while screaming and panicking.

"Over there!!" Alteca shouted and Rhys immediately responded by shooting a fireball at Krista. "Kill her."
