Chapter 7 somewhat a complete family

An hour later. Mike, Paula and their mom arrived at the hospital and they also got Michael some storybooks, they had bought on their way.

Michael read a lot, that was the only logical way to pass time. Being locked in this prison called a hospital seemed like his only option. He watched movies too, but he was more interested in watching the news, documentaries on nature, animated movies and comedy.

"Michael we got you a new book. And guess what..... okay, I'll tell you. We got it sighed my the writer".

"Thank you Mom..... Paula, come, sit by me. I've missed you a lot, more than dad, mom or Mike".

Paula with the happiest voice replied her big brother. " REALLY....... MOM DID YOU HEAR THAT. MICHAEL MISSES ME MORE. I'm more special than all of you".

Everyone was laughing, of course, she was. "Oh, I see. So Paula is the only Princess here. I thought we were two Princesses in this family, turns out it's only one". Elizabeth said in a sad, low tone".

" Yes mom, there's only one Princess and that's me. But you are the queen in the family when I grow up.... big like you, I'll also become a queen like you, then I'll be able to do all the things you do for us. I love you".

She moved a little away from her brother and kissed her mom on the cheek. Elizabeth felt so loved, she even forgot that they were at a hospital. She felt at home because her family was complete.

"Seems the boys have been left out of the whole love scene. No kisses and hugs for us. Such a bummer". Mark spoke up after the long hug by the mother-daughter duo.

Elizabeth rolled her eyes at him and gave out a gentle laugh.

" Come here, you jealous man".

They all came around and had hugged each other for a lengthy duration of time and they seemed not weary enough to separate.

"I love you guys, you're my strength, motivation, hope, love. You're not my world, you're more, my universe. Thank you guys so much for believing in me. For making me feel like a good husband and a good father though am not. I've never felt like giving up, I persist and persist because of you guys. My family, you bring out the best in me. You're my everything, I love you so much. You guys are the greatest gift I have been given in this world and I am most grateful to God. I promise, that I'll give you the life you deserved very soon".
