22 Changes are coming.

Outside it was pouring rain, the sky was dark, and the atmosphere that should have been joyous for the victory just won was now clouded by the dangerous future that awaited the Olo'eyktan of the subaiya clan.

The leader had not yet died, but his health was serious, the Tsahik of the Mate'yia clan had managed to save his life thanks to the Su'tre fruit, but even so, Sukai had given no sign of waking up, forcing Aleyx to take the role of leader for the time being.

As for Aleyx, he was inside the hut where the Tsahik was taking care of his father, five days after the possible death of his father, Aleyx had large bags of blood under his eyes, along with his messy hair, after the victory over the collectors, Aleyx had ordered the imprisonment of all the surviving humans of the base, which numbered around 2300.

These people had been taken to large cages that had previously been used to imprison the natives, showing the irony of how those who made the cages ended up in them.

On the other hand, Aleyx had given top priority to taking all the weapons, ammunition, and important material, being taken to the heart of the clan, where Aleyx would use them to train the warriors in the use of modern weapons, thus having an advantage over the humans.

As for the collectors' base and their vehicles and airships, Aleyx had decided to leave them at the base, as so far no native knew how to fly one, and it would be very difficult to convince them to use what they called lifeless demons.

However, Aleyx knew that the human ships would be of great help, especially the two C-21s that had been left intact, as well as four Valkyries, which were not only the property of the RDA.

However, what Aleyx treasured most were the research centers at the collector's base, the computers along with the advanced research machines were a gift that Aleyx loved at first, as such technology would help him with research on Pandora's fauna and flora that he had failed to do before due to not having the necessary tools.

Cough, cough.

Hearing a faint cough next to him, Aleyx snapped out of his thoughts, watching as his father began to wake up.

"Sempu," Aleyx said, as the tears that he had not released in all these anxious days fell from his eyes. "I thought I would never see you again, I wouldn't know how to tell Mother the news if you died, I just..." everything Aleyx had been holding back, she was letting it out, causing her anxiety to show more and more.

Sukai, seeing his son's state, started rubbing Aleyx's hair, while trying to comfort him; "Shh, it's over my son, I'm not going anywhere, not until Eywa calls me."

Aleyx, seeing that he had become too attached to Sukai's body, pulled away a little for fear of hurting his wounds, then wiped the tears that were falling down his cheek.

"This is yours, father," said Aleyx, pulling out the necklace Sukai had given him in battle before he was knocked unconscious, "no, it is yours now, I am too old to be an Olo'eyktan, but your journey as a leader is just beginning" replied Sukai, painstakingly placing the necklace around Aleyx's neck.

Aleyx, looking at the necklace, one made of gemstones of various colors and shapes, with a Thanator tusk as an amulet, the necklace that belonged to and was worn by the Olo'eyktan of the tribe, formerly his father. It was now worn by Aleyx.

"You know the leaders of the other tribes must be called, or they will reveal themselves," Aleyx commented absently, for even if Sukai decided to abdicate in favor of Aleyx, the other four leaders of the tribes under the power of the Subaiaya clan had to be in on the act where Aleyx 'defeated' the Olo'eyktan, which consisted of Aleyx using a knife and making a shallow cut on Sukai.

This was done so that the other leaders would have the opportunity to confront Aleyx if they wanted to take the role of Olo'eyktan, otherwise, if the other leaders did not do so in the ceremony, when those leaders wanted to make a challenge against Aleyx, Aleyx was well within his rights to refuse, and the challenger could do nothing to prevent it. Unless it was during the abdication ceremony or challenge period, which was once a year, Aleyx could deny any potential challenger that came his way.

Sumey stood behind Aleyx, watching as he looked at the humans kneeling in front of him.

They were currently on the airstrip of the collectors' base, where at least 970 people were gathered, all with their hands and legs tied.

Aleyx didn't know what to do with these people yet, of course, he wouldn't send them back to earth, since he knew that if the information of what happened here was passed on, those people who sponsored the collectors would send more humans, even with more war machines, since they wouldn't let them lose their source of immortality just like that.

So now he was in a bind, of course, if he wanted to, he could give the order to assassinate them all, but that would be a waste of opportunity.

They were the ones who knew how to pilot the ships and operate the AMP suits, plus they could be of help in training the warriors in the use of the weapons.

At first, he had asked his father for advice, but he had told his that it was now his job to make the decisions.

So sighing, Aleyx addressed the humans kneeling in front of him; "Your era of destruction and death to Pandora is over, you are now under my power, those who wish to leave are free to do so, only they will have to travel the jungle path, and I do not guarantee them safe passage, those who stay, will be under my command, they will be slaves, yes, but they will be treated with dignity.... A little, of course, and they will be in charge of training my warriors in the use of their weapons".

"Of course...!" One of the men, immediately stood up in protest, shouting, only to be pierced by three arrows instantly. Giving a nod to the Na'Vi who had fired, Aleyx looked back at the humans; "Now, who wants to go next?" he asked, watching as all the humans ducked their heads, fearful of being the next to be killed.
