254 The beginning
On top of a mountain four-person, one man and three women, are sitting side by side and looking at the clear sky.
They have excited, worried, nervous, expectation and many more expressions on their face. But most of all they have firm confidence visible in their eyes.
They keep looking as if they are waiting for something. Something is going to happen.
"Sora, are you sure it's tonight?" One of the three women, also the youngest one, asks the young boy she is hugging.
"Nami, be patient. If Sora said it's tonight then it will happen tonight." Another woman sitting on the boy's left side said.
"Sakura is right, you should be patient. Don't be hasty all the time." Said the one sitting on the Young boy's lap.
They are the three family members of the Protagonist of our Story, Nami, Sakura and Maria. Sister, Aunt and Mother.
Sora smiled and said, "be prepared, only 10 seconds left."

Suddenly the ground underneath them shakes. It's like an earthquake just started. All three hold Sora tightly and wait for the earthquake to stop.
The Earthquake is not just happening there. It's happening all over the world. The whole world is trembling at once.
People all over the world start to panic and hide in any place they think is safe. Panicking, shouting and crying for help start to happen all over the world.
"What is happening?"
"Move, find shelter."
"Mom…"
"Honey, hide under the table."
Suddenly something started to come out of the ground. It looks like dust but it's glowing.
The whole mountain lights up with this glowing dust and lights up the entire forest. The forest now looks like it's come out of a fantasy world.
This phenomenon is not just happening in this forest but all over the world. People who were shouting for help stopped and look at this special scenario.
"W..what is this?"
"Wow, so beautiful."
"Are these some viruses?"
"Move, don't let them touch you."
They don't know what this is or what is causing this but these are damn breathtaking moments.
Many take out their phone to take pictures and videos of this. But to their surprise, the phone can't capture this.
Many thought this was a hallucination. But how can so many people hallucinate at the same time? Many start to pray to their god.
"Hey, why can't my phone take pictures of this."
"Mine is not working either."
"Someone please call the cop."
Many think that this is the end of the world. Many thought this was something done by the government secretly.
"Damn this government. I never had good feelings about them."
"We are all gonna die."
"This is the end."
Suddenly the Earthquake stopped. People take a breath in relief. But before they can be happy dark clouds start to gather up in the sky. It covers every inch of the sky.
"Oh Jesus! Is this the end?"
"May God have mercy on us."
"This must be because of our sin."
"God is punishing us."
The part of the world where it's nighttime becomes darker and the part where it's still day now looks like night.
"Stop the bullshit god things, this is for global warming."
"Yes, we are killing our earth."
"Those industries won't stop even after harming the earth for so long. All they can see is money."
The media also didn't miss this chance and already started broadcasting globally about this phenomenon.
"New phenomenon is happening all over the world. Experts still don't have any explanation as to what is causing this."
"Many civilians are saying it's the government doing."
"This is a sudden change in weather. There was no clear indication of this happening before."
The rumbling sound of thunder keeps ringing from the dark cloud.
"Sora, will they be okay?" Maira asks worriedly as she looks at the dark cloudy sky.
Sora shook his head and said "this is not the problem. This is a blessing actually."
He moved his eyes from the sky and looked to a city miles away from them and said "the real problem is humanity itself. They will be their own destroyer."
Maria sighed and leaned back and closed her eyes. She knows what he meant.
Sakura and Nami also became silent. Everyone knows about human greed. Humans themselves are also aware of this. But for most of them, greed is too much to control.
Sakura and Nami rested their heads on Sora's shoulder and stayed silent.
The glowing dust is actually mana. After a few minutes, it stopped coming out. All the energy is going up and mixing with the cloud.
"It's about time," Sora said. As soon as he said that, a drop of rain fell on his face. And the next second heavy rain starts to pour down.
It starts the whole world all at once.
Sora and others didn't find shelter. They get wet in the rainwater and stay the way they are.
The rain only poured for a minute and it stopped after that. The clouds also start to disperse and clear the sky an other few minutes later as if there wasn't any doomsday like scene a minute ago.
Sora looked at the sky and said "Tomorrow a new beginning will start. The world will see its first wave."
