End in the blink of an eye

Naruto looks at the book of Orochimaru in his hand as he looks down at the fight. Naruto looked at Orochimaru and nodded his head.

This guy is really good. He is selfish, ruthless, self-centred, heartless and will do anything for his goal.

'Should I make him one of my summons?' Naruto thought as he looked at Orochimaru.

'He has a really good IQ. What's more, he is also a very talented Shinobi.' Naruto thought. After some thinking Naruto shook his head and said to himself, 'But I already have someone more talented than him.'

'But I can use his knowledge of biology and genes. And I am sure those two will be more than happy to learn it.' Naruto thinks as he grins.

On the ground, the fight finally ended. Orochimaru succeeded in his mission. But instead of getting happy, he starts to feel dread for some reason.

Orochimaru falls back with a jump and looks around. But then he feels that the threat is gone as if it wasn't there at all.

Orochimaru sighs in relief and finds out that he is soaked in wet. 'Why do I feel like I dodged death just now?'

With that thinking, his plan for immortality now grows stronger.

Suddenly an attack came from behind. Orochimaru easily dodged it and looked back at the attacker. To his pleasant surprise, it is his old student Anko.

Orochimaru didn't wait to fight her and escape from there. He is afraid that Hiruzen will come. He still needs to wait for his plan.

Anko wanted to go after him but he was too strong for her. Though she is angry and wants to kill him at any cost she still doesn't forget her duty.

She looks at Sasuke and notices the curse seal and bites her lips. She can't do anything now. She looked at the team and disappeared from there.

She needs to report to the third Hokage about Orochimaru. It's an urgent matter.

Naruto didn't go down to help Sasuke. He is not planning to help him now.

Naruto teleports beside Hinata and Ino. What happened next is not his problem anymore. He was worried that Orochimaru might kill Sakura and Kiba so he went there.

But luckily Orochimaru seemed in a hurry and was afraid of something. So this time he didn't waste much time on marking Sasuke.

"Let's go, we will finish the second round," Naruto said as soon as he appeared before the two.

Hinata and Ino looked at each other and nodded. They guess that Naruto must have gotten a scroll so that they can finish earlier.

They just feel disappointed that they couldn't show their skills.

Naruto looks at their disappointed faces and says "Don't be disappointed. You can show your skill in the next round."

He then teleports to the central tower with both of them. Naruto takes out the scroll he got from the grass and his scroll and opens it at the same time.

They are not the first to pass. Not like they care. They enter the tower and go to their designated team room.

The second round is finished. All the teams that pass the exam are now standing in the middle of the central tower hall.

There are a total of 17 Genin who come this far. Four people are less than the original. It's all because of Naruto.

Because of him, the fight was intense as everyone wanted to pass as soon as possible.

All the Jonin standing on the second floor notice something strange about the Genin.

They notice that some of the Genin are fearful of one particular Genin and would look at him. This increases their interest in him.

Only one of them sighed and shook her head. She knows that her student may act like perverts but is actually very strong.

Even she doesn't know how strong he is.

Naruto laughs and talks with Shikamaru and Choji. On the other hand, Hinata talks with Sakura a little.

Sasuke stands beside Naruto quietly.

Unlike the show, this time he isn't avoiding the gang and is also open to them a little.

But he still considers Naruto as his only true friend and maybe Hinata too.

"This time there are a lot of strong candidates," Kakashi said as he looked down from the second floor.

"Yes, I can see the promising Youth." Said the green beast with a white teeth smile.

Kurenai smiled a little and said, "But, my team will win for sure."

Kakashi raises his eyes and looks at the Orange-haired kid in the middle of the hall. He didn't object to Kurenai.

"My team is not weak either," Asuma said from the side. His mood seems a little off. Kurenai knitted her brows but didn't comment on anything.

"Youth," Gai said again as he brims with his Youth as the sun shines in the West.

Soon the Third Hokage arrives and gives his speech which continues for a really long time. After finishing it the Pre-third round starts.

Sasuke VS Yoroi, Just like the show.

Sakura tries to stop Sasuke but then she stops herself. Unlike the show, Sasuke isn't too injured this time and she hasn't seen the full length of the curse seal yet.

Sasuke stands face-to-face with his opponent. He isn't worried about his opponent. To him, only one among the contestants can give him a little pressure, the guy from the sand.

As for Naruto, he knows his limit. But when he looks at Naruto, he has an obsession and yearning. He wants to be powerful like him.

Naruto looked at Sasuke and grinned as he said "Finish it faster. I am hungry."

Sasuke moves his eyes from Naruto and looks at his opponent. The examiner moved back and told them to fight.

The guy from the sound didn't wait and ran towards Sasuke as if he would like to finish the match as soon as possible.

Amongst the crowd, one particular guy is looking at Sasuke as his breath becomes fast. 'Show me what Uchiha blood can do.'

But to his and many other's disappointment, the exciting fight didn't happen.

"You are too slow compared to him," Sasuke said as he pointed his kunai at the neck of the sound Genin.

"He is fast," Kurenai said.

"Youth" Gai

"Now I want to fight him." Bushy brow.

"Sasuke wins." The examiner declared. He looked at Sasuke astonishingly. Even he couldn't completely catch his movements.

As for the opponent, he is already soaked in sweat. For a second he felt a little killing intent from Sasuke.

"Show off," Naruto said as he chuckled.

Of course, he is a lot stronger. Naruto has been training him for a long time. And Sasuke was strong to begin with.

"Look who's talking," Ino said as she gave Naruto a stink eye.

Hinata smiles and hurriedly comes between them before they start another bickering.
