Avatar: Lion Turtles Champion

Four lion turtles spoke in his mind. In this turn of events the lion turtle couldn't pass on energy bending to aang. The Spirit Vaatu who was supposed to be the sealed away was free and Raava was sealed. Everything was strange and apparently the chaotic Vaatu was helping the avatar incarnations maintain balance.

The Scarf Girl

I poked her in the face with a long stick I found. Encase she had the ability to fire bend I stood a little bit away. I looked through her stuff finding several pens and pencils. A drawing pad with a ton of notes and drawings. Some of the pictures were incredibly detailed and realistic. I was impressed overall, she even had notes on me and a picture of Lime. It included note on Lime's mimicry.

I continued to poke her with my stick and Lime got one of his own beginning to poke her as well. Jabbing her with two sticks made her wake up.

"Hye?"

She opened her eyes panicked and looked around frantically. Even as her eyes opened Lime didn't stop with his own stick. She tried to move her arms, but ended up just falling backwards.

"What do you want?"

"Meh. Nothing really just felt like waking you, seeing if you gonna do something."

"What am I a pet?"

"Don't listen to her Lime, she's just a bully."

She looked at me at disbelief. She squinted staring at me. "You saved me how? and why?"

She wasn't fighting so I figured she couldn't fire bend, which made me wonder why she was in this tournament. "Bait, maybe Teamwork, Could always use you as a human sacrifice if needed. Just general reasons."

"Are you actually serious?"

"No, well not about the teamwork thing. Even with me saving you I doubt you would help me."

"Are you insane?"

"Not really, just pragmatic. I got 8 months here so might as well have some company."

"There is only five spots, aren't you just gonna kill me?"

"No, I wouldn't kill you unless on accident. Just saying as well I personally don't like killing."

She was trying to distract me so she could cut her bindings it was impressive. It was just to bad that i knew what she was doing. I let her begin her way to freeing herself. After all if she chose to run, she would have none of her stuff. Telling that she could just burn the ropes away, she couldn't bend. Since she had lost to the dead guy with the sword, she couldn't fight.

"So you really expect to what, win two spots? Expecting me to fawn over you because you saved my life?"

She jittered slightly, and then she rushed forward with a long dagger like object. It seemed it was hidden within her sleeve. I moved backwards slightly and kneed her in the stomach.

"No expect you to do that actually. What was even the plan? You couldn't fight the guy with the sword, so i am just gonna say your fighting skill is pretty shit. You could've ran, but you would've been left with nothing. Finally I am a bender so I already had the advantage over you, no offense."

She squirmed up into a ball, I had kicked her where she was stabbed. I had healed her, but that didn't mean I completely healed her. Her stomach would have a scar, and she would still be susceptible to pain in that area.

"I am not like a pro fighter or anything, but I know what to do. I spent too much time think what I would do. Now its what I have to do. So don't make it harder than it already is."

She just sat there, relatively silent. Until I realized she was crying. That wasn't good. I grabbed my poking stick and began prodding her to see if she was only faking or soothing. Could never be too careful.

"Why are you crying."

"I didn't want this, I just thought it would be a chance to do my art."

"Interesting...Wanna talk about it?"

"No."

"Alright, So you fine with being bait?"

"Whatever."

So that's whatever, guess I'll carry this girl to victory. She seemed to be from a noble. She had decent skills, I don't mind carrying her to victory. As long as I could use her skills, I already had an idea of what it would be perfect for. If she could copy signatures, Oh Boy! I could do something amazing, and highly illegal.

I tied the rope around her again and began dragging her along. It didn't take long until she got up.

"I'll walk myself, no need to drag me."

"Cool, because I'm investigating this big rock."

"There isn't a rock here."

"We are standing on it. To be honest I don't think its a rock."

She looked at the ditch and the separated earth. "Huh."

"Not gonna question it?"

"Not my problem."

I shrugged and we walked up the mysterious earth. Making our way to the center of the non-earth rock the trees got thinner and cut stones marked the area. When we finally got to the center it took me a second to realize what I was staring at.

"Okay, this is actually pretty cool...Can I have my stuff to sketch this pattern?"

I motioned to Lime and took her bag from him and tossed it to her. I wanted her help with something in the future, so I wouldn't deny the scarfed girl the ability to sketch the turtle shell pattern. That and once she was done, I wanted her gone.

"Once your done...Leave, if you survive we should be friends."

I sat down in a crossed legged position. I needed to focus, after all I had no idea how to do the spiritual stuff of avatar. With the discovery of a of a Lion turtles shell buried under tons of earth. I needed to try and contact them or any spirit that may help me.

"You mean you kidnap me and now you don't care if i leave?"

"Didn't kidnap, I saved your life, leave the rope when you leave."

She looked obviously confused, but I didn't need her here. If she survives that would be good enough. I'll even cut the slots down so if she does survive she can pass under the radar. I looked at Lime, motioning him.

"Go hunting Lime, Come back when you are done."

He needed to eat, with me here. I would let him run wild. With my words Lime ran off, I could find him later if I really needed to.
