Sokka

It wasn't hard to convince Sokka to go drinking with me. Despite Sokka's skepticism he was fairly willing to trust if the conditions were right. With free food and drink he sat at the bar sipping on a small glass of alcohol.

Eventually he sighed going straight ahead. "So how did you know I was traveling with the avatar?"

I shrugged a little, "Surprisingly enough the fire nation has this theater that are writing a play about the avatar's adventures. Getting information about you guys from travelers, merchants and a cabbage man."

"A fire nation theater?"

I nodded, "Pretty sure that is gonna age poorly, since the ending has already been created. It is about as you can imagine."

Sokka raised an eyebrow, "If its in the fire nation how do you know about it?"

I blinked, It seemed I slipped up slightly being a little tipsy. I motioned, bending the ice cubes in my drink around. before freezing it solid. Sokka's eyes lit up and then he nodded. "You could still be a spy, but I doubt the fire nation would be using water benders."

I agreed, "Truthfully I got a lot of secrets, I can't reveal many of them, but I will say I am on a mission to teach the avatar bending."

"Aang already has a water b-"

"Not water-bending, I mean something called energy bending."

Sokka looked at me weird, "I don't know all about bending voodoo magic, but I've never heard of that."

"To be expected, energy bending is something I was granted by uh higher beings i guess?" I made myself look as unsure as possible, but then shrugged it off continuing. "It has unique properties and can be used to end thing peacefully. After all let's be real, do you think Aang a 12 year old kid raised by peaceful monks to kill the fire lord?"

Sokka frowned, "I have thought about that, I think I've been the only one even thinking about that possibility. I thought I would need to force his hand in some way. Except as you can imagine."

"You don't want to hurt your friendship with he kid."

"He's 14 actually, he turned 13 when we were on kyoshi island and then after a year passed."

"Ah, makes sense." Sokka drank a little more of his drink and set it down whispering. "*Is it me or are we being watched?*"

I nodded, "*Back left corner, he is a member of the Dai Lee. In retrospect surprising, but fairly lucky for me as I needed to kidnap one of them.*"

"*Dai Lee?*"

Continuing the whispering i explained, "*You got some tour guide called Joo Dee right? I have one too. There is like a couple dozen of them. So question is, wanna start a bar fight?*"

Sokka smirked, "You just don't want to pay don't you?"

I shrugged, "It is a good excuse."

Sokka was mostly a do-gooder, but that didn't mean he was totally righteous. He knew something was wrong with Ba Sing Se and he wanted to know what. So ultimately his investigative spirit made him forget about the fact it would be wrong.

I nodded, Slamming my fist on the bar. "I DON'T CARE HOW GOOD YOU ARE!"

Sokka jumped up, "Its not my fault! YOU ARE THE ONE WHO FUCKED THE JOB UP."

Creating some noise the Dai lee agent started to stir. Faking a bit of more verbal fighting i whispered to Sokka. "*Take a swing. I'll stumbled and break the chair. Once that happens run out of the building. I'll follow.*"

Sokka nodded following the plan perfect. I dodged the punch by stumbling falling back and breaking the chairs behind me. "YOU SON OF A BITCH! I'll DESTROY YOU."

Sokka ran out of the building and I created a water whip slicing through the wall and falling him out. Sokka ran through the streets taking peeks at our surroundings. He ran down an alley way and I followed behind. Sokka pulled out a knife from his boot and I raised my fists.

5 people jumped from the roofs and landed in front of us. With our backs to the wall I smiled. "Freeze! Explain your disorderly conduct!"

Sokka looked over, "I'll be honest I didn't expect 5, how about you?"

"I'm a little disappointed actually."

"Really?"

The Dai Lee launched their rock gloves at us and I made them explode in the air. Sokka ran forward kicking on and that made this so much easier. Instead of focusing defense for the earth bending I pulled the water from the sewers to the surface.

I Pulled the water across the alley way creating a flash of brown much freezing all five of the Dai Lee. Sokka just turned to me and looked in confusion. "Wow, i don't even think my sister can do that."

I shrugged, "Are you referring to the control of sewer water or the winding flow of water?"

He shrugged, "Both I guess. How did you do that so quickly?"

"I created a higher water pressure by rapidly slamming the water against the walls of the alley. This both makes the ice harder to break and as you can imagine making the water whip around faster."

The method was something like a pressure washer against a driveway. It cleans more with his power and breaks down more area. This basically was to interfere with any earth bending.

Sokka looked back over to me. "Now what?"

"I unfreeze just their heads and u give them a good concussion. After that we tie them up and interrogate."

"I more meant where do we interrogate them? Just saying don't think my friends would agree with this."

"My friends would."

Sokka gave me a look and shrugged. Picking up a piece of wood. Nodding, "I'm ready are you?"

"Let's play some whack a mole."
