Eleven

At the Airport in Capital City, Country A....

"Why are they not here??? It's already time....", asked Karan, pacing around the Airport. The Singhanias reached the Airport before the mentioned time to check whether all the necessary preparations were done. The Singhanias, The Singhs and The Ahluwalias were going to city N together on the Singhania's private jet while the elders of the Singh and Singhania Family would reach there directly.

"Oh God Karan, stop pacing. You are making me dizzy.", saying this Sheetal made Karan sit beside her.

"By the way, when is Aryan coming ?? I spoke to Aunt Manisha and she told me that he is not in Country A??", asked Sheetal trying to distract Karan.

"Maa, he went to Country X to attend the bidding for the contract with National Bank there. For the last one month, he was working hard to finish of his part of work as the CEO, preparing the best course of action for the pending projects and plans, so that he could come to City N with us, deligating the rest of the work to his sub-ordinates."

"Oh my God, he has been working non stop so that he could he could make a time for your wedding and what were you doing??", saying this, Sheetal pulled his ear.

"Maa, I was also busy."

"With what?"

"With Neha.....", to which Sheetal pulled his ear even harder. " and the wedding preparations with you all.", Alok shook his head and let out a resigned smile on his face.

"Sheetal Maa.......", Sheetal turned around, only to notice two girls running towards her. Both Neha and Avantika hugged her, at the same time.

"Oh my..... I missed you both so much.", saying this Sheetal released them both and went and gave a side hug to Varsha. " And here I thought I would I die with a single dumb child.", sulking a little.

"Maaa..."

"Don't talk to me. Go and eat Neha's brain.", listening to this Avantika pushed Neha to Karan who shamelessly wrapped his arms around her, refusing to leave her. Neha patted his back, consoling him.

"No one loves me anymore.", sulked Aryan. Neha couldn't help but pull his cheeks." Awww... baby it's okay. I'm there for you.", saying this Neha gave him a wide smile and both of them were lost in each others eyes.

"Ahmm...Ahmm.....Public Alert....Public Alert.....",announced Avantika. Neha and Karan came out of their bubble, only to notice that they had become the centre of everyone's attention. Neha turned red in embarassment. To further add to this, Avantika walked behind Varun and Varsha, who were busy whispering to each other and said,"The Lovebirds in our family are very open with their show of affection. I guess I, being to lonely single soul should get used to it.",wiping her fake tears, making everyone laugh.

Varun pulled both of Avantika's cheeks tightly,"Now, I know who was responsible for the idea of spoiling the moment in the morning."

"Ahh.....Ahh.... Varun Bhai let me go....Sorry sorry ....I wont do it again.", at this Varun released her cheeks. Seeing this opportunity, Avantika ran and hid behind Adarsh. " I will trrryyy...not to do so but no promises.",said Avantika, sticking her tongue out.

Soon, Avantika started chatting with Smita and Sheetal, making them laugh with her antics.

On the other side....

Varun saw her smiling and laughing. His lips turned into a smile. Varun's eyes met Varsha's and an unknown conversation passed between them.

After a while..

All of them were busy chatting among themselves when they heard footsteps marching in the Lounge. They noticed the Ahluwalia Elders followed by two kids. The boy was dressed in navy blue jeans and white shirt, while the girl was dressed in a white dress upto her knees with dark blue flowers on the lower half and navy blue ballerina shoes and her long hair braided into a french one. The elder couple were epitome of elegance while the kids looked adorable, nothing less than models.

Introductions were done and everyone, even Adarsh and Alok couldn't help but adore the charming twins. Karan went and gave them a bear hug, making Aarushi burst into a fit of giggles and Aarav smile. Karan adored the twins from the time he knew about them since his time in the army with Aryan and often smuggled information about his well being to them, including his pictures.

"How are you munchkins?? I missed you so much."

"Uncle Karan, we met yesterday only.", Aarushi laughed. Karan kissed her cheeks and said," But I missed you so much. Won't you give me a kiss?", saying this he pointed his cheek. Aarushi gave him a soft kiss, after which Aarav pulled her back and coughed, " One is enough." , making Karan burst into laughter at the overprotective boy in front of him.

Both the kids went around greeting everyone.

"And this is the love of my life, Neha about whom I told you earlier.", Karan introduced them.

"Ohoo, you are the Cute Aunty, right Aarav??", asked a confused Aarushi, after seeing so many new faces. Aarav knew Aarushi needed a little bit time to get used to so many people, unlike Aarav who was very quick with name and faces, hence resulting in the nicknames from Aarushi.

"Yes Roo, her name is Neha. Uncle Karan just now introduced us.", Aarav said, bringing her back from her day-dreaming.

"Yes, yes. Hello Aunt Neha. I am Aarushi and this is Aarav and we are twins.", Aarushi said shyly.

"Aww, you both are so cute. Can I hug you?",squealled Neha.

"You can hug me but not Aarav. He is not much comfortable with hugs.", said Aarushi protectively. Neha hugged Aarushi and felt she was so soft, just like a marshmallow.

"Can I still call you Cute Aunty??", asked Aarushi shyly. "Ofcourse darling, you can call me anything you want."

"Hello Aarav.", saying this Neha extended her hand for a handshake which Aarav gladly reciprocated."Hello Aunt Neha."

Aarushi pulled Karan's pants to draw his attention. He went down on his knees,"What happened Princess?"

"Ahmmm.... where is Pretty Aunty??", asked Aarushi in a soft baby voice, with bright eager eyes.

"I met Beautiful Aunty and Cute Aunty but not Pretty Aunty.", Aarushi pouted.

"Ahmm.. who is the Beautiful Aunty and Pretty Aunty??", asked Neha Cluelessly to which Aarav replied."Aunt Varsha and Aunt Avantika. Roo has a habit of giving nicknames to people she likes."

"Avi must be here, somewhere.",saying this,Karan picked her up in his arms, looking around for Avantika.
