'Here I come!' Song Lei shouted in his head as he started running at full speed toward the monster. In less than a second, he eyed all the geyser-like holes on the monster's skin and calculated the safest route he could take.

After he was done with his calculation, Song Lei started blazing with soul energy from his body, even reaching into and filling his sword. With an explosive last stride, he got into the stabbing range of the monster. Unfortunately for it, it couldn't sense Song Lei coming in time.
