Chapter 65: Uprising

It was a regular warm and sunny day in the village that Vulcan's sentries protected day and night. The last time Jess and Jason were here, they had seen how much Vulcan had improved the place. Since then, he had continued to expand the village by extending the protective walls further out. He added more fields, as well as stone and wooden cabins.

Merchants who traveled here to deliver goods and wares were always astonished to see the new improvements. It made them envious because not even their homes were this nice, and the chief of the village was just giving them away as long as people were willing to live there.
