4 FAQ: Do I have to read the whole series before Warrior Beast?

Quick answer: NO. (If that's all you need, jump to the very last paragraph in this announcement to learn about something cool that's unrelated to this question)

Longer answer: Thank you for asking, lol. The goal of any good author is that you can read any book in a series, at any time, without having had to read the previous books.

The events and lives of the characters in the previous books become "backstory" just like you'd see in any book. Where you need to know what happened in order to understand a narrative characters thoughts or motives, I (the author) will share it with you in brief as backstory or flashback.

This is no different than events that are shared in the very first book in the series, to explain the characters lives before that book started.

So, do you have to read the other books to understand Warrior? No!

I've had people read Queen of Beasts before King of Beasts without even knowing there was a previous book until they read comments. (It even won an award on its own merits, from "judges" who hadn't read the first book.)

So, the same will be true here! If you want to jump into a shorter book, you are welcome to read Warrior Beast first.

And the good news is, Warrior Beast is a little different to Queen because although the conflicts in this story occur after earlier stories, they are... unattached to them. Neither of the main characters has been a POV character before. So no reader knows them intimately.

And on top of this, many of the main characters from previous books will be significant side-characters in this one. So you'll get to know them anyway.

Will there be spoilers? Of a sort, yes. It's impossible to write the ENTIRE story without mentioning some of the things that have gone before. But in most cases, because the conflicts here are only related to the previous books, not a direct continuation of them, I don't have to get into the details of different things.

So, for example, you'll know who won a war, but you won't know how they did it.

But I always say that my books are written to entertain and (hopefully) add to your life. If you want to read the whole story of this world and the characters within it without any spoilers or crossover of earlier events, then you'll need to read in this order:

1. Falling in Love with the King of Beasts

2. Taming the Queen of Beasts

3. Mated to the Warrior Beast

Thank you for wanting to enjoy the characters as I intended for them to be enjoyed, but truly, I don't mind what order you read them in! You do what suits you! I'm just glad that you're here to read at all!

See you again soon.... WITH A VERY BIG ANNOUNCEMENT THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT YET!

Yes, yes they do call me the Queen of Cliffhangers for a reason.

See you soon...ish.

LOL.
