Everyone is summoned to the realm of the path by eren in his final moments and briefly explains everything to them.

"Annie you only had one reason to survive. You wanted to get back to your father. When I die the everyone including your father would change back to human form,"

"I am sorry that I had to freeze you for years but it was the only way for this plan to work

"Armin is a good man but he is too soft please take care of him,"

"You idiot why did you do something so reckless. Why would you even do something like that for our sakes! I killed so many people I don't deserve any of this!"

Eren doesn't say anything and disappears and appears in front of Connie.

"I am sorry about Sasha. I wished there was another way where she wasn't hurt. I was powerless."

"No I am sorry it was bound to happen. It was war I am sorry I only blamed you. You were hurt too. "

"Your mother will turn back to her human form. I lost my mother and there is no bringing back but you have a chance. This is the only thing I can do for you i am sorry I took Sasha away from you."

Eren appears in front of Jean

"You suicidal bastard! why did you do this! Why do you always take it upon yourself!."

"You always knew why I had to do it. You understood me far better than everyone. So I'll ask of you this, Please take care of Mikasa. She won't move on she will remember me. I want to be remembered but I want her to be happy as well. You loved her don't you, so please help me with this,"

"You suffered enough Reiner, I know you still blame yourself for it but you were just a kid who was indoctrinated by a bunch of ignorant adults."

"Everything ends now. You don't have to burden yourself with this mission. Take care of yourself and live your life."

After eren's death, Armin and others tried their very best to gain allies to the paradise island. During the world's destruction, the new Eldian Empire thrived the surviving jaegerist faction used Eren Jaegers sacrifice for their own gain and established a fascist regime. The history repeated itself the new Eldian Empire expanded just like how it happened for 2000 years. Their colonial policies were harsh.

Mikasa and the others visited Eren's grave for decades. She for a long time haven't moved on but eventually, she got married and had children.

She came alone to Eren's grave. Her husband died a year ago and her children were out of the Eldian empire and are living in one of the colonies.

She found a little boy with black hair sleeping near the tree. It had grown a lot bigger these past decades.

Mikasa looked at him standing. The boy opened his eyes. He had the same green eyes as Eren he looked exactly like Eren.

"Are you alright ?"

"It's nothing, it's just I had a long dream but I can't remember anything."

"Are you alright now"

"Yes-" he said and gazed at her scarf.

"Eren" a pretty woman with blond hair caller out. Mikasa recognised that woman. She was historias daughter Ymir.

"I told you to stay out why do you always spend time around here?"

To Eren, this place is somehow nostalgic almost as if he belonged there. There was a sense of familiarity to it.

Eren shivers as the weather got cold. Mikasa ties the scarf around the boy's neck. Ymir pinches Eren's cheek and asks him to say thank you

"Thank you," Eren says as his mother grabs his hand and take him out there.

"See you later Eren," Mikasa says and a tear falls from his eye. He doesn't understand how or why but he remembered a memory of a short-haired girl saying exact same line.

A century later a rebellion took place around the colonies which eventually led to the bombing of the capital soon a deadly war took place around the planet which led to the death of millions of people. The civilizations fell and the survivors struggled hard to survive. Among those survivors Helios, a young boy explored the wastelands along with his dog. While looking for supplies he ventured into a forest there he found a gigantic tree with a gaping hole. He stepped inside and suddenly fell into a hole full of water and then something attached itself to him.

Then he saw everything. After the death of Eren, a small part of the parasite stuck within Eren. Eren died severing connection to other eldians so the parasite failed to take over the body. While buried it moved itself underground and stayed there for a century. The boy used the Titan powers to lead the survivors to a new age. He built Bridges and houses and made civilization prosper once again. Eren Jaeger was no longer the host to the parasite he was free

Decades ago

Ymir held her son in her hands and whispered
