Phantom's POV

"Make sure you shoot him if he drops it." I said

Emma cocks the paintball gun and sits down on a chair as Keegan holds a log above his head.

"1 hour, time it." I said

"Understood." she replied

I turned around and entered the house where Conor was sitting there looking at the two.

"You can join them if you want to." I said

"Oh uhh sure." he replied

He scrambled out and joined them.

"You're harsh." chuckled Tessa

"Shouldn't you be at work?" I asked

"I should be but you know, Commander things." she replied

I sighed and looked as Conor sat next to Emma.

"Keegan is a fucking brat." said Tessa

"I know he hates Ajax for some reason." I said

"Probably because he hardly shows emotions." said Tessa

"He has to understand the shit he went through." I said

"You never told him about his parents?" she asked

"I did but one time he decided to insult his parents, luckily Ajax was cool so he didn't get that much of a beating from him but I was pissed." I replied

"Well, you're going to straighten him or he won't change." said Tessa

She gets up and packs up her stuff.

"But don't go too hard on him." she said, "I have to go."

I nodded so she left and took off in her car after saying goodbye to Conor. I entered the basement and began to workout and train so that I don't get rusty but my phone started ringing.

"Ajax?" I asked as I answered the phone

"Hey, what's Keegan doing?" he asked

"Holding a log while Emma is holding the paintball gun." I replied

"I knew it." he replied

"Did you get the phone? I don't think he deserves it." I asked

"Well about that, I did get it but I had to give it Ashley and Brooks." he replied

"Let me guess you broke their phone, no specifically you broke Brook's phone so you gave the new one to him but Ashley was there so you felt that it was unfair so you gave her the other one." I said

"How'd you know?" he asked

"Cause you broke more shit in the past." I said

"Ah." he replied

I chuckled.

"What are you doing?" I asked

"I just finished another meeting but right now I'm in the hotel figuring out about Historia's past." replied Ajax

"Wouldn't it be so much easier if you asked Historia?" I asked, "And this channel is secured right?"

"Yes it's secured but asking her might be a problem, the fact that no one knows about her father is already strange enough, not even Reiner knows for sure." replied Ajax

"That makes sense." I said, "So what are you going to do?"

"We can't do anything yet, neither the Scouts nor Ghost team are free right now so Malvik and I might do it." said Ajax

"What about Tessa and the Bounty Hunters?" I asked

Ajax stayed quiet for a while and I knew why.

"I'll think about it." he replied

"Do you hate her?" I asked

"No I don't hate her, I just remembered what she did for a second." he replied

"Okay, anyways try asking her." I said

"I will." he replied

"When are you coming home?" I asked

"I don't know, probably like 4 days. Depends if the hard headed bastards will finally listen." he replied

"What are you going to get Emma then?" I asked

"I'll get another iPhone, don't worry." he replied

"What about Keegan?" I asked

"What about him?" he asked

"Even though he doesn't deserve it he's going to hate you even more." I said

"He can hate me all he wants but he needs to know what he's doing. He's still a kid, plus my father skills aren't good yet so I understand his feelings." he replied

"Okay I understand, do what you think is best." I said

"I know, I gotta go." he said

"Okay, stay safe. I love you." I said

"I love you too, take care of the kids." he replied

I ended the call and smiled and got back to working out.

Recon's POV

I was driving towards HQ when I got a call from Malvik.

"Yes?" I answered the call

"Hey are you busy right now?" he asked

"No I'm driving to HQ." I replied

"Do you have an upcoming mission?" he asked

"No." I replied

"Then can you do me a favor?" he asked

"What is it? A separate mission?" I asked

"Kind of, can you track down and interrogate a man named Rod Reiss?" he asked

"Rod Reiss? If he's Reiss, isn't he related to Historia?" I asked

"He's the father." he replied

"Why can't you ask Historia?" I asked

"Reasons but he has some private military and is hiding under the grid." he replied

"I see. Rules of engagement?" I asked

"Keep him and this other man name Kenny Ackerman alive, he's somehow related to Mikasa and Levi and looking at his history, he's a high wanted man for killing over 100 MPs." he replied

"I see, just those two, the rest are disposable." I said

"Don't create a huge scene though, minimize the amount of dead." he said, "We don't want this on the headlines on the news."

"Fine I'll do this myself." I replied

"Are you sure about that?"

"Yea I'm sure are you underestimating me?"

"No no no just worrying a bit." he replied

"I'll leave once I get to HQ, you'll be hearing from me in a day." I said

"Got it." he replied, "I love you."

"Love you too." I replied

"Oh did you drop Conor off?" he asked

"Yes I did, Keegan's suffering." I replied

"I see." he replied, "Okay I'll see you soon."

He ended the call and I changed direction and took out my burner phone.

"Overlord get me a private jet ready with my gear." I said

"Copy that." he replied

I broke my burner phone and drove a bit faster.

Annie's POV

I was at Hange's place with Mikasa since I wanted to talk to Levi and Eren's squad since Eren's at Zeke's place.

"Annie we need to be very careful with Eren and Zeke." said Hange

Levi entered the house with Jean, Connie, Bertholdt and Porco.

"Eren again?" asked Jean

I nodded.

"Where's Armin?" asked Mikasa

"He couldn't come because he's at a meeting." said Hange

Mikasa nodded in response.

"What do you want?" asked Levi

"Ajax and Malvik are in Eldia." I said

"Huh? Since when?" asked Connie

"That doesn't matter, but right now he and I have one objective." I said

"What objective?" asked Jean

"To find the founding titan." I said

Bertholdt and Porco both groaned in disappointment.

"I forgot about that." said Porco

"Founding titan?" asked Hange

"It's one of the nine titan powers." I said

"I see, but why is that important?" asked Levi

"Because we never found it, it was our mission to find it. Well me, Reiner, Bertholdt and..." I trailed off remembering Marcel, Porco's brother.

"And?" questioned Levi

"Marcel, my brother who Ymir ate." sighed Porco

Bertholdt tried to comfort him while we continued talking.

"But why is that important?" asked Connie

"Because Ajax found out that the founding titan belonged to a royal family. The only royal family that exists is the Reiss family." I said

"What about Fritz?" asked Hange

"The only known living Fritz is Zeke." I said

"Okay so who's this other Reiss?" asked Levi

"Rod Reiss, the queen's father." I said

"Why don't we ask her?" asked Hange

"Ajax is probably going through files right now but he probably will when he finds the right time." I said

"Why is this important?" asked Porco

"Ajax has his ways." I replied

"Looks like we're going to have this Rod Reiss." said Connie

Levi nodded but Mikasa stopped him.

"Ajax also told us that he has a private army." said Mikasa

"And?" asked Levi

"One of them is an Ackerman, Kenny Ackerman." she said

Levi's eyes widened once he heard that name and it looked like he heard something that haunted his life.

"Levi do you know this man?" asked Jean

"You don't know Kenny Ackerman?" asked Hange

We all looked at her and she was also surprised.

"Kenny Ackerman is a mass murderer, he slit the necks of a hundred MPs." she said

I looked at Levi and he seemed pissed now.

"He's my uncle." he whispered

"Huh? Then why didn't you hunt him down?" asked Porco

"When my mother died, he took me in and taught me his ways but he left me once he thought I was ready to live on my own." he replied

"Looks like we're a go on this mission." said Jean

"We are, we're leaving right now." he said

Jean quickly hugged Mikasa before leaving us.

Jean's POV

"A church huh?" I asked

"Let's move." said Levi

We moved up to the church and we stacked up next to the door and Bertholdt broke the doorknob with his crowbar and we entered the church.

"Clear." whispered Connie

"Was our intel wrong?" I asked

"No, search around." said Levi

I searched around until I saw a trap door at the front of the church.

"Trap door." I said

We all came together and I held onto the handle of the trap door as Porco held a flashbang. Porco tapped on my shoulder so I pulled the trap door open wide enough for Porco to throw it in and I immediately shut it.

Once I heard the flashbang go off I threw open the trap door but no one was under there. I went down first and I saw a door so I stacked up against the door. Connie put a breaching charge on the door and we moved to the side, Connie blew it up and I entered this white bluish cave amazing me, it had multiple pillars and it looked like the crystals that come out of titans.

"Hey look." said Porco

I looked down and there were multiple bodies, dead, puddles of blood everywhere. I check the bodies and it looks like they were just killed, no longer than an hour.

"What is this place?" I asked

"There's more to this place and more bodies." said Levi

We moved throughout the cave and we came across more bodies.

"What was the type of wound?" asked Levi

"Knife wound." I said

"Nah, for me it was something else." said Connie

We got to another section of the cave where there was this round place with some kind of cliff with two staircases on each side and there were only two bodies laying on the ground but there was no blood.

"Secure those two bodies." said Levi

But then I felt something touch my shoulder so I quickly spun around but no one was there until I saw something move, like as if the wall came alive.

"Who's there, we know you're wearing an invisibility cloak." said Levi

The person became visible again and we all gasped when we saw who it was.

"Didn't expect you to be here." said Recon

She had a mask with a glowing red light, like the one Cyclops wears in X-men but it's not covering her entire face, just her eyes and lower part of her face.

"Commander Recon?" asked Connie

"Did Malvik send you?" asked Recon

"No, we came because Annie told us about Ajax's intel." replied Levi

"I see." she said

She then starts to touch things on her hologram watch and she waits.

"Malvik, it's Tessa. I have the packages secured but Scout team is here. Should I lend them over to them?" asked Recon

She waited and nodded.

"You can take them." said Recon

"But what are we going to do about the bodies?" I asked

But Levi was already checking up on one of the man's bodies, the tall slim one.

"That's your uncle?" asked Connie

"Kenny Ackerman is your uncle?" questioned Recon

Levi nodded and began cuffing them.

"We'll take it from here, the soldiers here are nothing but prisoners. They don't have a single family member left." said Levi

And with that Recon nodded and left.

"This is a classified mission, do not speak of this to anyone. Hange will tell her majesty once we finish interrogating them." I said

I looked at the short fat man and examined him.

"He must be Rod Reiss." I said

I picked him up and put him on Bertholdt's back.

"Move out, Hange is going to want to hear this." said Levi
