2 ALMH Chapter 1: A New Earth

Chapter 1: A New Earth

An alarm clock rang loudly, snapping James Keller awake from his sound sleep. He slapped the clock face several times in a desperate attempt to silence the annoying contraption.

"Mmm! Come on! Shut off!" he moaned in frustration.

Finally his hand connected with the off button on the digital display and the room was once again peacefully quiet.

"Muh guh!" He managed to mutter between yawns.

James stretched his arms above his head as far as he could and heard his joints crack and pop as he did so.

"That was a good one." He admitted.

James glanced down at the night stand beside him and fumbled around until he found his glasses. Once he placed them on he could finally see in the dimly lit bedroom Sunlight had just begun to peek through the small gap between the blinds and the windows edge.

As James sat up in bed he noticed that it was already almost noon.

"I should probably get up and get ready for work," he said to himself as he put his feet on the cold floor.

He stretched one last time before walking over to the window and throwing open the curtains. The sunlight streaming through the window made him squint at first but it felt good on his sleepy eyes.

James Keller, a thirty year old man with spiky brown hair, hazel eyes, and small pot belly stood in front of the open window with a tired look in his eyes. He scratched at his ass through his blue boxers and seemed half awake to the world around him.

James then proceeded to stumble over to the bathroom where he started his morning routine. He took a shower, cleaned his teeth, and got dressed in a green t-shirt with a sexy elf girl on it, a pair of blue jeans with a black belt, and white sneakers.

The morning passed quickly for James and before he knew it, it was time to head out the door. He grabbed his keys and his phone off the nightstand and made his way out of the apartment.

He walked over to the parking lot and got into his red Kia Soll. He started the car and drove out of the apartment complex.

As James drove out of the apartment complex and onto the main road, he noticed that it was a little bit cloudy. He thought that it might rain later on in the day but thought nothing of it as he had to get to work. He turned on the radio and started listening to his favorite morning show.

After he had driven for about fifteen minutes, the clouds started getting darker and the sky became noticeably darker. James thought it was strange but kept driving, figuring it was just a passing rain storm. However, as the sky got darker, lightning started to flash in the distance and thunder started to rumble.

"Oh great. Another thunderstorm. Here we go James Keller, another fun filled day in paradise!" he exclaimed, the sarcasm thicker than wet cement.

James kept driving, determined to get to work on time. However, as he drove, the sky got even darker and darker until it was almost as if the sky was pitch black. Lightning filled the sky, and the thunder rumbled all around him.

James had no idea what was going on. All he knew was that he wanted to get to work and not be too late. He decided to keep driving, despite the strange circumstances that were unfolding around him. However, just as he was about to round a corner, something strange happened.

As he rounded the corner, James couldn't believe his eyes. In front of him appeared a dark portal right in the middle of the road. The thunder rolled all around him as lightning stormed the sky and the rain was pouring down. James was frozen in fear. He had no idea what to do. Should he stay where he was? Or should he try to drive through the strange portal?

James sat in his car staring at the strange portal, heart pounding and mind racing. He had no idea what to do. Finally, after what seemed like hours, he summoned his courage and drove through the strange portal.

Once James had driven through the strange portal, he found himself in a strange and unfamiliar place. The sky was still filled with lightning and thunder, but he noticed that the portal had disappeared. He was now in a desolate, dark and empty place. He had no idea where he was or what to do next.

He managed to push open the door and fall out of the car. His entire world felt like it was spinning. He put his hands firmly on the ground and slowly brought himself back to equilibrium. As he stood up he could see that he was in some sort of village.

He looked around and noticed that there was an old broken sign on the ground. As he approached it, he realized that the sign said "Welcome to Silva Village!" He also noticed that the sign was broken into pieces and that it looked like it had been there for a long time.

As James inspected the broken sign, his curiosity was piqued. He wondered what this place was and why there was a broken sign lying on the ground. He searched the area and noticed several alarming signs.

First, there was not a single soul in sight. Second, there were several clear and deep gashes embedded in several of the walls and doors of the abandoned buildings. And finally, there were old blood stains pooled across the wooden doors and even soaked into the ground itself.

"Something bad happened here. Something really bad." James thought to himself.

He no sooner thought that when he heard voices in the distance. He looked up and saw two guards walking in his direction. He quickly ducked behind the broken sign to hide and overheard their conversation.

"I'm glad we're done here." The first guard said, adjusting her rear armor so it no longer pinched.

"This place gives me the creeps. Ever since the breach nobody ever comes here." The second guard agreed keeping her eyes peeled on the empty houses around her.

"I can't wait for a hot bath." The first guard admitted, flicking her hair to the side.

James decided that he should follow the guards and see where they were going. So, he quickly jumped out from behind the broken sign and started to stealthily follow the attractive female guards.

As James followed the guards, he couldn't help but admire their figures in the tight fitting metal armor. He also couldn't help but notice that their armor was designed to emphasize their curves. These guards were definitely not just mere guards, they were also extremely sexy.

As the guards turned the corner, he noticed that they were heading toward a massive wall that seemed to go on forever. The wall was extremely tall, standing well over a hundred feet tall. Atop the wall were hundreds of female archers and female knights ready to take on any force that dared to attack the kingdom.

James was amazed to see this massive wall and wondered how anyone had build it in the first place. Once the guards reached the main gate, they shouted out to the gate keeper and the gate slid up to permit them entrance into the kingdom.

While staring at this massive wall, the guards moved through the open gate and walked towards the main square. James hesitated for a moment, wondering if following them in was really the best idea. Then he remembered the numerous deep gashes in the doors of Silva Village.

"Fuck that, I'm not staying out here. Better inside the walls than in." He admitted to himself.

As soon as the guards passed through the gate, the gate promptly began to slide back down to block all access into the walled kingdom.

James crouched like he had seen in the RPG games and made his way along the walls. Hiding in the shadows he managed to find his way inside. The guards turned to talk to a small crowd of women and James ducked out of the way.

Hiding behind two large wooden barrels filled with what he could only describe as cherry wine, James listened in on the heated conversation.

"I wish it was like the old days. Before the rift or the breach. When there was a man for every woman. Now we walk in squalor and serve the pompous noble ladies. Pfft! Some ladies if you ask me!" An old woman argued, shaking her wrinkled fist at the Noble Quarter.

"I've never been with a man and I never will. I have my priorities straight!" A middle aged woman with a ripped muddy dress explained.

"I'll take any man so long as he has a pulse." A rather snarky blonde woman admitted while licking her lips greedily.

James shifted his stance behind the barrels as his nether region began to pulsate.

"What is this place? Clearly I'm not in Kansas anymore. Unless this some crazy trip I'm on." James thought to himself.

A very attractive woman with scarlet red hair and crimson eyes appeared out of nowhere. A pop sound signaled the closing of what James could only figure was a portal. James freaked out by the close proximity of her arrival and tripped over the bottom of the wine barrel.

Every female in the square simultaneously turned their heads towards the direction of the noise. Everyone stared at each other in utter silence , frozen in shock.

"Ugh…hi there!" James finally spoke fighting through a bundle of nerves.

Every woman in the square licked their lips or gave him the scary hungry eyes.

"Oh shit!" He shouted turning to the nearest opening.

Every woman within range sprang into action. Leaping over barrels and hay bails they ran towards the man. James felt his entire body scream for him to bolt for safety. Before he knew what was happening he too was bounding over barrels and spinning past incoming women desperate to get their hands on him.

"This sucks! Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit!!!' He screamed as one of the women nearly grabbed the back of his shirt.

"Come here darling!" One of the women shouted.

"I'll show you a good time baby!" Another woman moaned as she raced to catch up to him.

"Fuck me!" The young snarky blonde cried out while exposing her huge jiggling fun bags.

The red head woman appeared before him and grabbed around his waist. Her rather large mounds caressed his face on both sides and for a moment he calmed down. Then he heard one of the women scream at the top of her lungs.

"GIVE ME YOUR BABIES!"

"You're coming with me mortal." She instructed.

In an instant James and the red haired beauty disappeared from the town square and the other women smashed into each other.

To be continued!
