AFTER LONG TIME ♡

Starting of August , Sun hung overhead and heat wave boiled in the city

A girl (lia) with round glasses , wearing a white plain shirt , collar tight , with a decent looking dark blue color short skirt and off white color sneakers , indeed a girl giving a complete nerdy vibes leaning against the wall frustrated ,waiting for the elevator, few files in her hand;

Kicking the floor loudly making THUD sound she says to herself "huh, this time again I failed will i ever get a job or not !!!- "interrupted by DING sound of elevator arriving, she went inside and landed on the ground floor;

Making her way outside the building , she was frustrated and was walking as fast as she can without realising about her surroundings, not until she bumped into someone making both of them fell on the ground , " can't you see-" lia was about to say but realized it was her mistake she quickly said "sorry" covering her previous sentence , "please walk properly its dangerous to walk absent minded on the road" said the sturdy , tall and handsome looking man who was still looking downwards at his black lavish suit dusting off the dust which was stuck on his coat when he fell down but as soon as he looked up their eyes met and both of their expressions changed "YOU !? LIA !?" exclaimed the man

" KIM JOON ??" said lia with a surprised face

"yes.... long time no see "

"yes , i mean its a surprise meeting you after so long i mean " said lia with awkward smile and uncomfortable face

"hey would you like to have dinner with me today we met after so long-"

Lia said interrupting him "umm.. sorry not today some other day , i am quite busy today " saying this she quickly vanished from there .....

lost in thoughts of JOON who was her childhood bestie she reached home , throwing her files on the table and handbag on the sofa making her way toward her room thinking no one is at home... not until she realized someone calling her name out "LIA" lia turned around to look who called her name and it was her Elder sister –RHAE " so how was your interview "

"as usual shitty... i was not able to pass the interview even this time "

"its okay darling ! try next time " said her Aunt suddenly appearing out of nowhere

"but-" aunt interrupted lia and said "no buts, lia come on you will pass next time have faith, i and rhae believe you " to which rhae nodded

lia said smiling a bit " thanks both of you guys for believing me .... love you guys "

making an 'Aww' Face Rhae said "woah now that was cringe...."which made all laugh

"well sis .. uhh..umm..today on the road-" Lia trying to explain hesitantly

"what ? Lia speak clearly " asked rhae with a worried face

"nah , sis nothing it was just.. i met an old friend of mine...that's it !" lia said covering up

"ohh great ... well now let's get ready we are going for shopping " said aunt in an exciting manner

both the girls got excited and went inside their room to get ready ... and then enjoyed their remaining day shopping , wandering , eating etc

next morning lia rubbing her eyes but still constantly staring at the laptop screen and a coffee mug in her right hand

"hey girl , what are you doing early morning ?" asked rhae who was still lying on her bed

"well i am giving my CV in some more companies ... well i found an awesome company i am gonna try there lets see" said lia with nervous face

"which company ?" rhae asked curiously

"LEGEND GAMING COMPANY !!" said lia turning around toward rhae with excited face

"WHAT !! like seriously ..cool i hope you get selected " said rhae with a surprising face

"well i hope so "

after few days on one fine Wednesday

POP a message arrived on Lia 's phone ... Lia picking up her phone to check whose message it was while lying on the couch and watching TV , as soon as she opened the message she jumped out of the couch and started to get very excited ... to that aunt and rhae who were in their room doing their office work came out

"what are you doing lia " asked , rhae with king of annoyed face which soon turned into a happy face when lia showed both of them the message , well the message said

congratulations miss Lia you are selected for the next level of interview , which is on 20th august
