ATOHMMA

The natives were elemental. They were known for their superpowers and special abilities. Everything revolved around Atohmma being the descendant of the ancestral native elf people and becoming the true leader. She was petite, powerful, wise and envied. Her world was strange, cold and foggy. Many years passed before she realized, that even her fleeting thoughts, had the power to affect, destroy or improve her world. Copyright: Tricia A. Chapter Three

Atohmma was shocked to hear what the intruder had to say to her. She knew it must be true because she reflected on the legends she heard as a child, about herself, but she never paid any attention to it. She did not accept it as being true. She knew she had seen flashes of either memories or premonitions, but didn't take any of it to heart, as she was very carefree and unconcerned most of the time when it came to herself, as opposed to her caring and attention to the people around her. Atohmma was taken aback a bit, but she further questioned the stranger to appease any doubts she may have. The stranger couldn't answer all her questions, but he mentioned the one who sent him, and she knew she had to go to the oracle for more guidance and clarity.

The intruder seemed to be somewhat of a different tribe. He was an elf, but not the type they were used to seeing. He seemed to be from a different world, a different place unknown to them. The way he dressed and his demeanor was akin to that of a vagabond, but the attire was unsoiled and clean. She wondered, from where he may have come and how far he might have travelled. She was a bit concerned about, his acquaintance to the knowledge of the Wolf festival. Although these things raced through her mind, she asked him nothing. She did not seem to be interested in who he was or where he came from. She wanted to know his reason for being there and the message he had for her. After they spoke a while privately, Atohmma took a deep breath.

"Thank you, for coming all this way," she said to the intruder. "I really appreciate the chance you took and I'm glad you didn't mind the guards too much," she told him with a pleased smile of contentment. "I'm just doing my job, and I hope you make haste with your assignment before the Wolf festival," he said as he made his way to leave. The guards allowed him to pass and the others looked at Atohmma in awe and curiosity, because she always seemed to be secretive about serious matters, most of the time, and instead of sharing, she left them to wonder. Venomma, however, was determined to find out what that was all about, but she knew she would need to have a chat with Atohmma.
