15 Chapter 15 - Arriving at Shrek

[Author • So most people wanted to Shrek but didn't want him to follow Tang San around so I made it like this instead, personally I like it this way better because a certain someone gets put into the ground lol. Chu Feng finally arrived at Shrek and walked around the big building and saw the 'Shrek 7 Devils' listening to a white haired man.

Chu Feng looked at the man and noticed his strength was extremely weak, only Spirit Power Level 29 so either he was is a bookworm or there was something else about him.

Chu Feng used his cloak to hide in the shadows while walking closer to the group and looked at what they were doing, they were using Spiritual Power to break a bowl?

Chu Feng was stunned for a moment and then laughed to himself, 'It truly is ridiculous that they don't even know how to do that much, I can control mine like it's an extra limb...'

''She has grown so much'' Xian Xia said from within the Spirit Ring with a smile on her face and some tears on her pretty face, although she could see the outside but not for long and could only spent a few hours a day so most of the time she looked outside is when Chu Feng was at an interesting place within the city or villages he passed.

Seeing her daughter so grown up made her happy yet also really sad due to the fact that she couldn't hug her, Chu Feng also felt terrible seeing her cry but he couldn't do anything, he couldn't hold her, hug her, kiss her... Nothing....

He wanted to cheer her up but Xian Xia stopped crying already and dried her tears and smiled happily, ''Thank you dear, if it wasn't for you I would've never seen her again''

''Give me some time, I swear I will make you able to roam this world again'' Chu Feng said with a gloomy voice, this only made his determination stronger and boosted his hunger to strength...

-----------[Shrek's 7 Devils POV]-----------

''I want this banquet! And I want to eat this kind of feast!'' Yu Xiaogang said while showing them two different pictures with all kinds of different food.

''Grandmaster, your demand is quite excessive.... You wouldn't ask us to treat you right?'' Xiao Wu said with hand on her chin while looking at Yu Xiaogang.

''No!'' Yu Xiaogang turned away from them and said, ''All of you will have to cook the food and build the dining room.

''I came her to take classes, Not to be some kind of lacky!'' Zhu Zhuqing burst out in anger and said to Yu Xiaogang.

''If you don't like it then leave'' Yu Xiaogang simply said while telling everyone their tasks.

''This is easy, I will be done in a few minutes!'' Dai Mubai puffed out his chest and grabbed a bag of flour and broke it, all the floor went into a bowl that looked simple but Chu Feng could see that the bowl was extremely fragile and just like he thought the bowl broke the moment Dai Mubai put his hands on the dough.

''Ah?! What is this bowl made of?'' Dai Mubai screamed.

''These bowls cost 20 Spirit Copper Coins so if you don't want Flender to kill you you better learn quickly'' Yu Xiaogang said.

Chu Feng was done watching and decided to play a bit himself, he teleported behind Zhu Zhuqing who was deep in thought while hearing her task was to catch fish but she had to swim, at first she didn't want to but Yu Xiaogang kept nagging until she finally agreed.

Chu Feng leaned over her shoulder and was next to her ear and whispered, ''You shouldn't let your guard down''

''KYAA!''

The other 7 were alerted by a high pitched scream and looked towards the source where Zhu Zhuqing sat on her butt while looking angry with a red face at Chu Feng who was laughing at her.

''What did you do!'' Dai Mubai was the first to shook out of his daze and screamed at Chu Feng who merely glanced at him and looked back at Zhu Zhuqing while offering her a hand.

She looked at his hand and took it to stand up, the other 6 also shook out of their daze while Yu Xiaogang asked, ''Who is this?''

He was inspecting Chu Feng while Chu Feng just kept looking at Zhu Zhuqing's expression, she looked mad and embarrassed but it just looked cute to him.

''Chu Feng! When did you get here?'' Tang San asked with a smile on his face, Chu Feng turned towards him.

''I just got here a few minutes ago, I said I would pay a visit so here I am'' Chu Feng said with a nonchalant expression.

''Master this is Chu Feng, he is the one that saved us from that Giant Titan Ape when we were searching for Spirit Rings'' Tang San enthusiastically introduced.

''Chu Feng this is my Master, they also call him Grandmaster due to his huge amount of knowledge of Spirit Masters and Spirit Beasts''

Chu Feng kept looking at Yu Xiaogang while Yu Xiaogang was getting nervous from his stare, when Chu Feng looked closer at him he realized who he was.

The moron that didn't dare to fight for his woman and then found another just to leave her aswell since she was his cousin?

Chu Feng disdained men that didn't dare fight for their woman, if you can't even protect your own woman then what is your worth? But even Chu Feng had to admit that the amount of knowledge he possessed, but that really didn't matter to him since his Spirit Power was already part of him and the purity of his Spirit Power was at least 3 times that of Tang San.

''Chu Feng'' Chu Feng stretched out his hand and looked at the nervous Yu Xiaogang who shook Chu Feng's hand and said, "Yu Xiaogang''

''Okay, all of you go do your training. Chu Feng what is your plan?'' Yu Xiaogang calmed himself down and looked at Chu Feng who looked at Zhu Zhuqing, she was looking at a pinguin suit with a cold face.

''I will help her a bit and then I will go to the Auction house to auction some items after that I will go to the Sunset Forest'' Chu Feng stated and walked away without bothering about Yu Xiaogang, he felt goosebumps the moment he stood next to such a person! He didn't even feel like calling him a man after all Yu Xiaogang did to the woman Yu Xiaogang loved.

Chu Feng walked towards the little cat-girl that was sulking and complaining while trying to put on the pinguin suit.

''Zhuqing, put on the suit and follow me'' Zhu Zhuqing nodded and walked after Chu Feng, she wanted to become stronger and he could help her with that so there wasn't a problem listening to him for now.

Seeing that there was no denial or refute from Zhu Zhuqing the 7 others had different expressions on their face, Ning Rongrong, Tang San, Oscar, Ma hongjun were curious while Xiao Wu had a look on her face that said 'So that's your type' while Bai Mubai was gripping his fists tightly.

Chu Feng didn't care about their thoughts or their opinions and merely wanted to teach Zhu Zhuqing a better way of training.

After they arrived at the pond where Zhu Zhuqing is supposed to get fish from Chu Feng grabbed a chair from his inventory and sat down on it.

''So, if you're going into the water. What is your first plan going to be?'' Chu Feng asked without showing any emotions on his face.

Zhu Zhuqing's eyebrows creased and answered, ''Look at the fish untill the right moment and then strike''

''You're starting with the whole process at once, break it down into phases and when you mastered one phase you go to the next'' Chu Feng looked at her serious face and was happy she was at least ready to learn.

Chu Feng spent the few hours teaching Zhu Zhuqing and had to say she was talented, Chu Feng had set out 4 phases.

> Learn to swim.

> Observe the fish until you can tell where it is going the moment It moves slightly.

> Catch the fish but only catch them with your mouth.

> Cook them.

Chu Feng just made that last phase so she would eat dinner here, he didn't feel like staying here for long since he couldn't improve his strength quick enough here but he would stay here until he was an [Expert] rank at the [Hymn Of The Fallen] which would take him 2-3 days at most.

Chu Feng's proficiency in [Hymn Of The Fallen] was strangely fast, he himself felt that the 100.000-Years-Spirit Ring had a part in it.

It was already dinner time and Zhu Zhuqing came out of the water and Chu Feng stopped his training.

''Do you know how to cook?''

Zhu Zhuqing didn't respond but looked away towards the bushes in the distance, Chu Feng knew that the other 6 were hiding there but he couldn't care less about why they were peeking on them so he didn't call them out.

''No I can't cook so please teach me'' Zhu Zhuqing said earnestly while bringing her attention back to Chu Feng, to her, strength was everything. It meant a way to control her own fate instead of letting others decide for how you should live your life.

''Fine, look closely since I will only do it once'' Chu Feng pulled of a branch and the only thing Zhu Zhuqing heard was a *SHI* before Chu Feng was using a small amount of Spirit Power to bring the branch back to him.

'I couldn't see the branch at all' This thought appeared not only in Zhu Zhuqing's head but also in the other 8 that were watching, indeed 8, Zhao Wuji and Flender were also here because it was dinner time but nobody was there yet!

Normally they would be ready the moment dinner was getting cooked but now nobody was anywhere close?

So Zhao Wuji and Flender went to search for them while Yu Xiaogang stayed at the dinner table if they might come back suddenly.

''Flender did you notice it too?'' Zhao Wuji said while looking at the branch that had two fishes on it that were pierced straight through their eyes.

''Yes, he reinforced the branch so strongly within a second that it was more like a hidden weapon instead of a normal tree branch'' Flender said in a solemn tone.

''Do you want to talk to the kid? He is at the same age as the others but his Spirit Power is Level 36 without any guidance and Tang San said he might have lived in the Forest Of Fighting Stars since he was 6 Years old'' Zhao Wuji still remembered how Chu Feng was using the Giant Titan Gorilla as a rag-doll while having an evil smile on his face.

''I don't think he would join Shrek, otherwise he would've already come to me.... It's a disappointment but I think he wouldn't join, since he wants to teach Zhu Zhuqing then let it be since I don't think his Spirit Power Control is lower then mine'' Flender said with a shrug of his shoulders.

''How did you do that?'' Zhu Zhuqing asked with her eyebrows raised.

''Spirit Power isn't something you need to 'Control', its part of your body! You only need to guide it and not force it'' Chu Feng grabbed the fishes from the branch and started preparing and cooking them.

Zhu Zhuqing was seriously watching Chu Feng cooking the fishes, after the fishes were done Chu Feng looked at her.

''In one of the fishes is a Pellet that will help you boost your cultivation, if you find it then its yours'' Chu Feng smiled at her, he knew she could tell which one it was due to her Spirit anyway so he decided to do it this way to avoid her rejecting it due to her pride.

''The left one'' Zhu Zhuqing instantly said, she smelled the fish and it smelled amazing but there was another smell in it aswell so she picked the left one.

"Good, sit down and absorb it'' Chu Feng nodded and said, he picked a chair out of his inventory and put his hand on his Sword just be to safe.

Zhu Zhuqing put the Pellet into her mouth and started absorbing it, Flender and Zhao Wuji didn't stop her since they knew that if Chu Feng wanted to kill her he wouldn't need to go through such lengths but that didn't count for the others.

The six of the 'Shrek's 7 devils' were worried that Chu Feng might have done something to that Pellet meanwhile Dai Mubai couldn't take it anymore and stepped out of the bushes.

''What did you give her?!'' He shouted with a face full of anger.

Chu Feng didn't even look at him and drew his sword.

*Shiiiing*

Chu Feng cut a line 10 meters away from him and Zhu Zhuqing, absorbing a Spirit Pellet needed absolute concentration, luckily Zhu Zhuqing trust Chu Feng enough that she could let her guard down since there wasn't a reason for him to go through all this trouble if he had bad intentions towards her, Chu Feng didn't bother looking at him.

Chu Feng knew Dai Mubai was just another hypocrite and didn't want to bother with such people, Chu Feng was interested in the Evil White Eyed Tiger Sage inside him though.

''Move across that line and I will kill'' Chu Feng released a small amount of Slaughter Aura that enveloped Dai Mubai, he couldn't resist and went onto one knee and groaned from the pain, just as his other knee was about to touch the ground a white aura emitted from him.

The other people watching dashed out and tried to help Dai Mubai but were repelled by the white aura.

''What is this power? It's so strong!'' Zhao Wuji said, even he couldn't approach Dai Mubai at this moment while Flender just looked at Dai Mubai.

Chu Feng looked at him in amusement and opened his mouth,

''You finally decided to wake up? Your pride can't take it?'' Chu Feng laughed at 'Dai Mubai' who was currently being possessed by the Evil Eyes White Tiger.

{Human, don't be to overconfident and push me to far} The white aura got stronger and slowly removed the small amount of Slaughter Aura.

''Don't push you too far? Are you worthy enough? If you were in your prime I might have feared you for another few years but now? You're nothing more then a burned out fire, useless!'' Chu Feng laughed while taunting the Evil Eyes White Tiger.

{You! Do you think that if I go all out with my current power I can't kill you?} The Evil Eyes White Tiger wasn't proud of its current situation and hearing a kid taunt him wounded its pride heavily.

''Kill me? You? What a joke, if you go all out you will destroy his body when you finally 'found' an heir but even then you won't be able to kill me'' Chu Feng said coldly while putting his hand on his sword.

Chu Feng released his Slaughter Aura towards 'Dai Mubai' and a *Thud* was heard, the current Evil Eyes White Tiger wasn't able to withstand the power of a kid and his knees were buried into the ground while in a kneeling position, Chu Feng turned towards it and his eyes shined brighter.

''If you threaten me one more time I will rip your little remnant soul into pieces'' Chu Feng looked at the Evil Eyes White Tiger who was struggling on the ground to get up, its power grew stronger and was able to look up, it knew it had the strength of a peak Spirit Douluo at this moment but wasn't able to stand up and felt horrified at the thought that this kid was almost comparable to a New Average Titled Douluo at his age.

{If I was in my peak condi...}

''Shut up!'' Chu Feng interrupted it while releasing all his Slaughter Aura, his Aura had already covered Zhu Zhuqing the moment she started absorbing the Pellet so she wouldn't notice all the drama going on since Chu Feng had already expected someone to step out.

''I do not care what your peak strength was I do know that I can cut off your chance to ever get it back right now!'' Chu Feng looked at 'Dai Mubai' that was on the ground while looking into his bright red eyes.

''You're a Spirit Beast that loves to slaughter yet you picked a soft-hearted idiot as your heir? Don't make me laugh! This moron probably hasn't even killed more than 10 living beings yet'' Chu Feng continued insulting the Evil Eyes White Tiger, it couldn't refute Chu Feng at all since he was right, He wouldn't have picked Dai Mubai if it wasn't for his remnant soul's power dying out!

''Please spare him Chu Feng!'' Flender stood out and begged Chu Feng, he didn't withdraw his Slaughter Aura until he saw Xiao Wu's frightened face and thought of Xian Xia.

''I will tell it one more time you, cross that line and I will kill, no exceptions!'' Chu Feng coldly said and sat back on his chair with his sword in his sheath.

The Evil Eyes White Tiger gave Chu Feng one last look before stopping his possession, Dai Mubai woke up and felt his whole body hurting due to the Evil Eyes White Tiger releasing his aura but his body was too weak to bear it all and on top of all that the Slaughter Aura that assaulted his body didn't make it any better.

He gripped his fists and bit his lip until it bled while looking at Zhu Zhuqing calmly absorbing the Pellet Chu Feng gave her without a complaint or suspicion and instead fully trusted him.

The woman who he loved was being close with another guy, he couldn't take it, his and her Soul Spirits should be compatible and able to awaken a Fusion Ability but every time Grandmaster would ask them to try and awaken one she would refuse and no matter what was said by anyone she wouldn't accept despite them saying she could get stronger that way.

'What a hypocrite, he was the one that left her when they were young and was screwing around with other girls first and now he is acting like some injured dog?' Chu Feng thought to himself and didn't bother looking at them anymore, they took Dai Mubai back to their dorms while Zhu Zhuqing was still oblivious to all the things that happened.

Zhu Zhuqing didn't believe that Fusion Abilities would make her stronger ever since Chu Feng beat up that Giant Titan Gorilla in front of them without any help at all, her teacher was helpless against it yet Chu Feng was able to bully it on his own.

Zhu Zhuqing wanted strength and Chu Feng could get her that so she listened to everything Chu Feng said unlike when she kept talking against Yu Xiaogang's training, a few minutes later Zhu Zhuqing opened her eyes and looked bewildered at Chu Feng.

''My Spirit Power is 34, it grew by 4!'' Zhu Zhuqing didn't know what Chu Feng gave her but it was definitely expensive and felt kind of awkward and grateful for getting such a present for nothing, Chu Feng saw her inner struggle and laughed.

''I have enough of them so don't worry about it, but you can only take one in your life, well, of the same grade that is and I already took one'' Chu Feng smiled and explained, although he could sell a few of them to the Auction House or something to make some money but that was one of its only uses now until he got a higher grade in the [Shop] but that would probably only happen when he absorbed his fourth Spirit Ring.

''Oke, for the next two or three days I will help you get better at using Spirit Power'' Chu Feng stood up and stretched his waist a bit and decided to share his experience in cultivating with her so she could get stronger so she could stand next to him without being a helpless little house wife since that would hurt her pride and self-esteem.

'Now lets train my future wife' Chu Feng smiled to himself when he looked at Zhu Zhuqing that was waiting for his next training schedule.
