~Sorcerer's Abandoned Land~

Hours after the elves had gone, Snow ran back to where the fighting had ensued and saw Nerissa still lying down there, looking dead.

"No, no, no. Come on. There should be something that can help right?"

He began to nuzzled his head on her face and lick her face, hoping that something and anything would help her.

He did not know what he was going to do as he could no longer reach Astrid and that only made his heart, ache badly.

"Mother, mother. Please, hear me. Help! Astrid is gone."

He had been in too much of a panic that he just kept on running and crying till his limbs could no longer do so. He tried reaching his mother but somehow, it felt like the link was weak and broken.
