5: Dinner Date

Mila was wearing a dark green fitted dress perfect with her emerald accessories. She also wears a black three-inch heels causing people at the restaurant to look at her astonishing face. She walks and looks around trying to find Zandro but she can't find him. Mila immediately looked behind her when she sensed someone was coming towards her.

"Zandro!" she exclaimed as Zandro held her hand and kissed it gently.

"You look stunning today, Mila," Zandro speaks, looking at her with a smile on his face. "I have prepared a VIP seat for you," he added and let Mila walk first.

When they were already at their designated table, the waiter immediately gave them the menu and ordered food to eat. After the waiter finally left the table, Mila wanders her eyes around. They were in a room filled with pink roses and a beautiful chandelier above served as light in the room. There are also three candles on the table and three people playing an instrument to add some romance.

Mila dislikes the preparation that Zandro gives her however she pretends that she loves it as the real Mila wanted to feel something like this. A romantic date is all she wants but for Kira, she doesn't like extravagant and expensive dates. She wanted to do it with Caleb again.

"Do you love it? Is the place to your liking?" he asks causing Mila to smile.

"Yes, thank you. I didn't expect you'd do this again for me Zandro," she said sweetly looking into Zandro's eyes causing Zandro's heart to beat faster. What was happening to them just looked like their first date when they were still in high school. He can't believe that he forgot how it feels to be in love with his wife, the feeling he had for her had long gone and now it is coming back again.

"Mila," Zandro called for her name causing Mila to look at him with an innocent eye. Zandro's heart felt pain looking at Mila's eyes. He felt pain for what he did to her and now he wanted to change everything. He really wanted to make Mila the happiest woman in the world. "Nothing, you're beautiful. I hope you can really give me another chance to love you again."

"You already had a chance, Zandro. This. This is your chance," Mila speaks looking at his eyes causing him to giggle. Mila's eyebrows raise after hearing it.

"Yes, right. I forgot. I am just worried that Caleb Washton might take you from me. I don't want that to happen, Mila. I know you and him are already childhood friends. He is the one who always following you, right? You, Alexia, and Caleb are best friends. The relationship you had with him is scaring me," Zandro speaks.

Mila clenches her fist after hearing it. She couldn't believe Zandro spoke like that. 'Scares you? What the hell? If only my sister Mila is really here, she should slap you many times until your cheeks will get swollen. You impudent rat!' she thought to herself as she clenched her fist secretly. She just looks away before speaking.

"Let us not talk about that today, Zandro. Let us enjoy the moment we had together now. There is a right time for that." She then moves her head to look at him. She lets out a sigh and smiles, touching Zandro's right hand that is placed on the table. "Can you do it for me?" Zandro smiles and nods his head in response.

After the Dinner Date, both of them decided to take a walk talking about the things they did when they were young. Mila just keeps on listening to Zandro's stories. Mila may not be the real Mila but she already has all of the things that her sister Mila and Zandro did together as her sister loves to tell stories about their love stories when they were still students. But it stops when they reach college as she accepts the job that someone offers to her and she becomes a professional assassin who kills people in terms of money.

"Those times were the happiest moments we had together. I am glad you also didn't forget about it," Zandro speaks as they keep on walking causing Mila to look at him.

"Why would I forget about that? I was madly in love with you at that time. We women can't forget how happy we are every time we remember those moments where we knew that we really had fun and our heart to race," Mila speaks as she walks when suddenly her heels trip on a rock causing her to almost fall to the ground.

Fortunately, Zandro was able to catch her waist causing the two to stare at each other's eyes, their eyes widen in surprise. Mila immediately gets up from lying at Zandro's hand and looks away. "I am sorry," she said and took the heels she was wearing, her eyes were in dismay after seeing her heels break.

"This one is my favorite" she murmured but Zandro heard it. Since her heels have been broken, Zandro immediately sits on the ground takes off his socks, and gives Mila his shoes causing her to raise her eyebrows looking at Zandro in bare feet.

"Wear this. You need to wear more comfortable shoes so your feet won't be hurt. Don't worry I will immediately take you home now, it's getting late at night anyway," Zandro speaks as he assists Mila putting her feet in the shoes. He laughs and speaks again. "Cute."

Mila pinches his ears causing Zandro to groan in pain. "It is not cute at all. Bring me home," Mila said walking in Zandro's shoes. It was big compared to her feet which is why she is having difficulties in walking. She may wanted to remove it and just walk with her feet but she couldn't as she needed to take Zandro's heart and feelings.

She already knows about men since aside from just killing people, she also tried pretending to be different kinds of people to make her mission complete. Not just that, she was also irritated by Zandro's word calling her cute. As if, from her perspective, calling her cute made her think that she may look like a bunny or what and she hated that.

Moments later, Zandro immediately carries her in a bride's maid causing her eyes to widen and look at Zandro's eyes again. "Alright, I will take you home."
