chapter 1

Ash after losing at the unova league to Tobias Darkrai again Tobias entered the Unova league and faithfully battled again. Ash decided to return home after his bittering defeat but with the satisfaction that he almost had won despite facing some of most powerful Pokemon and their trainer. Ash felt like a new person he felt like he had matured after the Unova league but he did not only attain a new heart but also won the heart of a certain champion who loved Ash for his Clumsy nature but deeply admired his kindness and his deep love for pokemon. As Ash was getting ready for his flight back to his home town back to Pallet town he felt an evil aura watching him he felt sick and felt something bad was about to happen but not wanting to let such  eerie feelings in his mind he packed his clothes and headed out of the hotel where he was greeted by Iris and Cilian telling him that he tried his best and that they will be parting ways and how he changed their life in an amazing way. Iris thanked Ash and told him that without him maybe she wouldn't have made it so far in the understanding of dragon type and Pokemon as a whole Cilian hugged Ash and told him that because of him he realised his full potential at becoming a conesuar and for taking him on his adventure. The three friends shared a hug before parting their own ways as Ash was waiting for his flight he had the most surprising visit he heard his name being called out from the lobby Ash turned around to see Tobias waving him to come. Ash approached Tobias and Tobias told Ash he was one of the best trainer he had met in a long time  and how he was great fun that Ash ignited a fire in him that had died out a long time ago at that moment Ash realised that not only had he made a rival but also a good friend. As Ash was waiting a certain Blonde headed champion crossed his mind and how he wished he gets to say goodbye and ash dreams was interrupted when Pikachu gave him a Smirking look because the yellow rodent knew how Ash felt about Cynthia. As soon as Ash's flight came and he got up to get on board Pikachu climbd on his shoulder. Then he saw something he remembered from the start of his journey a double of Team Rocket goons were stalking Tobias into a dark alley so Ash ran towards the alley because he knew nothing right was gonna happen as long as Team Rocket was involved and as soon as he entered the dark alley he felt something heavy hit his head and at that moment his vision became dimmer and he passed out. As Ash lost consciousness he heard noises at the background "it's this.....Brat.....Let's....... ... Quick the cops are coming......"  As Ash slowly opened his eyes he saw the two suspicious shadow running away into the shadows and when he slowly came to his senses he saw that the Cops had surrounded him and as they saw him rise they tackled hi to the ground and as Ash hit the ground his blurry eyes noticed something horrific he saw the body of Tobias all bloody and messed up sitting in a corner with the blood trails leading to Ash as he noticed a bloody knife in his hand Pikachu was nowhere to be seen. And Ash pleaded he was innocent as the crowds remembered him from the tournament and threw things at him for the murder of his rival Ash cried all the way and he was thrown inside the police car.

As Ash was being taken to the police station for inquiry he asked the police inspector where his Pikachu was and what happend to Tobias the cop replied "I don't know why you did such horrific thing to him you stabbed him in the throat and then ruptured his stomach as for the Pikachu we found the Pikachu in a no better condition it was brutally beat up and had to be rushed to a Pokemon center it had multiple cut marks on it I'll be surprised if it survives " At that very moment Ash froze he was shocked and saddened to hear that Tobias died and Pikachu was on dead's bed. Ash cried out telling the cop to take him to the poke centre but the cop said "boy as much as I like to believe you aren't the culprit  and that you are innocent until you are proved innocent you will have to be locked and wait until further trial and we can't let you come any closer to the Pikachu we have contacted your friends and family about the incident that has occured" Ash begged the officer to let him go to pikachu.. Meanwhile at a hotel Cynthia was thinking about a certain raven Haired boy then a call came in RING RING RING

"Champion Cynthia it's the police speaking a murder has occured and the victim and the  criminal were a part of the recent league that had taken place at Unova you are requested to come and verify and intervene the case"

Cynthia dropped the phone hoping it was not Ash and praying that Ash was okay she jumped on her Grachomp and flew to the police station

Moment's later Cynthia barged in through the door and she saw Ash behind locked bars she was relieved Ash was alive then she ran towards Ash but as she was running she thought if Ash is alright and it's a murder case who could the victim be. Then she reached Ash who didn't seem to care what was happening around him

All he could think of was Pikachu then he heard a voice he could never forget it was Cynthia and he ran towards her and cried telling her to go and check on pikachu. The police pulled Cynthia away and explained the situation and the evidence and the speculation of the people Cynthia couldn't believe what she was hearing she left to search for evidence she was determined to prove Ash innocent.

DAYS PASSED ASH NEVER LEFT THE THOUGHT OF HOW PIKACHU WAS

After 3 days all of Ash friends and his mom's came Ash was extremely pleased to see them Ash slowly went towards his mother and he was about to say "Mom iam.."" Slap         Ash's Mom feel to tears as she slept Ash before Ash could say anything more her Mom screamed out "I didn't raise a monster who would kill others for their rival just cause he couldn't beat them and what about Pikachu I thought you were best pals " Misty pov "Ash you are such a loser I knew you couldn't do it and harming your own Pokemon" Brock pov "how how have you fallen Ketchum I didn't expect this out of you " May pov "I never thought I'd have feelings for a monster you are nothing but a disappointment " Max"I looked up to you but I guess you are down right dirty " Paul " if I beat you does that mean you will kill me too huhhh?" Gary " What have you become Ketchum you aren't the same boy who left pallet 5 years ago you are just like the Tema rocket we know " Iris and Cilian " Ash what have you done I thought you were okay after the loss we knew something was wrong the moment we left you but didn't expect you to go and murder and beat up your own Pokemon " Ash went silent for every plead of innocence he was being showered with hatered and disbelief but Ash mustered up all the courage and he fell to his knees and he begged them "BLAME ME HOW MUCH YOU WANT BUT PLEASE HO TAKE CARE OF PIKACHU" this cry made all the room quite and ash just silently withdrew to his corner inside the cell

As Cynthia was entering the room he saw a group of people his friends and mother talking about how far he had fallen and how disgusting he had become. Cynthia clenched her fist as she couldn't bear what his life long friends were taking about him. But she couldn't help but think that Ash might have killed Tobias himself after all there were evidence.
