It was like any other Wednesday night dinner was almost ready and Yazmine was setting the table while her sister was serving food when a knock came at the door there mother was in the shower after a long day at work and didn't hear the door. so they grabbed there brother and went to the restroom. "Mom, there's someone knocking on the door" as Diana said this her mother said a string of profanities and said "I'LL BE OUT IN A MINUTE! . . . And kids let him in he's a friend of mine" as Yazmine and Diana heard this they both thought *Mom has friends*

*10 minuets later*

The mystery friend was sitting on the couch like he had been there like he owned the place ( 😑. . . rude much ) with his feet on the table and a beer in his hand and hasn't said a word since he came in. when Yazmine was about to ask him a question her mother came out " Oh, I'm sorry u had too wait buts it's better than waiting outside " Yazmine's mother had grown up with a past and didn't really care what people thought of her unless it was her boss so she could keep her job

"Now Diana is dinner served"

"Yes mom. I even made him a plate"

"That's good than let me go introduce him to y'all"

as she said this he walked up to her and said

both Yazmine and Diana were dumbfounded cause the entire time he was there he had not spoken a single word even when they asked him if he wanted a beverage he just grunted and nodded, to tell the truth they were scared of him though both didn't show it they immediately didn't like this man. As they sat there introducing themselves Diana was cautious but Yazmine was studying him with being able to get away with things at school with lies she also learned how to act around people she didn't like and by that she can act like she trust said person act like she liked said person and like she forgives said person when they did her wrong but she keeps note of it all and the only person that knew this was Diana for seven and nine year olds they were pretty smart. after getting to know him better that found out he was a MMA Wrestler had about 20 tattoo's and he chose to shave his head bald. After that mom and Marc went to the dinner table and started talking Diana had to get Giovanni from the room to go eat and Yazmine was sitting down looking at the Sean they were touching each other in a friendly way like they knew each other for ages when everyone was done with there meal and the dishes were washed they went to watch a movie halfway in Marc got a call and said he had to go

" I'll see you off just give me a minute so I can put these ones to bed "

" okay "

she went and took Giovanni to the bed they shared voluntarily and told them to go to bed Diana went to bed but Yazmine didn't when she looked through the window she saw something she had only seen in movies her mom was kissing a dude they barely knew Yazmine ran to the room and jumped in bed thinking 'if mom trusts him that much than I should too, right' and that was the last thing she thought before had a imageless dream.
